We stood in line with no mask on and somehow it only became an issue when we wanted to order food lol. They wouldn’t accept our business because we didn’t brink a mask. Virtue signaling at its finest!

I always come to get some cookies when I was livening in the dorm beside this cookie place. Their cookies are good. The man at the cashier is super friendly. It’s a good place to get some snacks!

Weve needed something like this in Reno for a long time. This is delicious! The cookies are soft, warm and delicious then add a scoop of ice cream on top and its delectable! Wow! Love it. Cookie sandwiches are the best as always. What is not great is the 5:15p shift employees that worked 10/6/2021.Called, promted the menu, no answer went to voice-mail. Show up to the shop both female employees just sitting in the back hanging out talking.. showed up maskless cause I dropped it omw to insomnia.. asked if I could get a mask. Tells me Ill take it out to u. Please wait outside.. understanding.. shes done with a customer and goes back and sits down while I wait for my mask...get my mask order pay.. goes back and sits down while Im still inside... how is that even Profesional or who even does that while onin front of customers.. seriously 2nd bad experience at insomnia.. hire better ppl.... thanks.. oh and rude over the phone after I called woth a doff promt menu...Thanks for the delicious cookies though!

This was my second visit to this place in the last ten years. There are some people in Reno who think these cookies are the best--they are not. They are okay but after my last visit where I didnt care for them, I gave them a second chance today and didnt tell me friend about my prior experience. She wanted to try them. The ice cream was alright but way too expensive for what you get. What really made it worse was the horrible customer service. The lady working behind the counter was extremely rude to both my friend and I for no apparent reason. Both her verbal and nonverbal communication was horrible. Wont be recommending this place to anyone

Tried one once we got in the car and the were worth the turn around we had to make to get them. Staff was friendly and helpful with it being our first time and the cookies were nice and warm. We will be returning.

Horrible first time experience. The counter lady who was there in the afternoon of May 8th was extremely rude. We had never been there before and didnt know what to expect. The cookie sign on the wall looked nothing like what we received. I wanted the deluxe 6, but I wanted two of them to be classic. Crazy how I paid less paying separately. Very disappointed and wont return.

Honestly, I walk in the door sometimes just to for the scent of freshly baked cookies. My friend, it is nirvana. They dont bake a single bad cookie. Close your eyes, point at a random one and prepare to be delighted.

Business is NOT wheelchair accessible!!! There was a lift but apparently belongs to the business next door and does not work. The employees were not helpful. Taking my business elsewhere.

Great cookies, they cant be beat. Though they say theyre only open for pickup and delivery, but they are open for ordering in the store as well, so that was confusing.

Wow my daughter sent me a box when I was recovering from surgery. There were a dozen. 2 snickerdoodle 2 white chocolate and macadamia 2 dark brown with chocolate chips 2 sugar and 2 regular chocolate chips. I forget what the last flavor was, but they were Epic.Im so happy I found a good homemade cookie store in town. I look forward to getting a fresh box as soon as I can drive again!

Its a Cool little place close to UNR. This place is SMALL! their sign is also small, so if youre not looking real good, it is real easy to miss.The cookies are okay, what makes them so good is their size, and that they are served to you almost hot, I mean, they are more than just warm but not so warm you cant eat them right away. They also have a cooler full of milk bottles next to the counter.Im told its called Insomnia Cookies because they stay open past midnight.

Excellent cookies!! I had a cookie-which that was an ice cream sandwich. Mine was one chocolate chunk cookie, one double chocolate mint cookie and mint chip ice cream in the middle. Phenomenal.

The cookies are FRESH. The hours are WONDERFUL. The parking is LIMITED, but thats fine because the cookies are just THAT GOOD.

The employees are lazy the environment around the building is nasty as hell been calling to pick up their trash in the back of their building they never do it

Covid or no Covid, some people like to walk into a business and look at the product being offered instead of being forced to place an order online. At 9:00 On a Sunday night the lights are all shut off, and the door is locked When there’s a sign posted that they are open for pick up until 1:00 AM. For some strange reason, in a metropolitan area of 500k, this is the only cookie place.

The delivery driver of a red Chevy Aveo with a Nevada license plate of 133 zed needs to stop parking in my spot which I pay for or I will have his car booted which costs 180 dollars to have taken off. Also the cookies from this establishment are trash.

We were heading home after dinner and wanted something sweet for dessert. I googled cookies near me and found Insomnia Cookies! What a delicious treat! Right by UNR on Virginia street. You can drive or walk there and walk in or they deliver warm cookies to you until 3 AM! Lots of different flavors for anyone to love. Nom nom nom! We usually get a six pack. Will definitely be back.
