With these high temperature days, this place delivers a multitude of delicious iced (or hot) teas. They have so many delicious sounding flavors teas to choose from, that you will have to go multiple times. My wife must note, every time we go, they sell the mother of macro donuts... A healthier alternative to the regular donut.

Always go to Too Soul Tea for matcha, chai and herbal teas!! If it’s hot out, order iced tea. If it’s cold outside, yummy warm chai! I get the canisters in person or online. Chai is the favorite as it’s authentic- you add your own sweetener and milk of choice.

Its a nice place to get a cup of tea or coffee and relax.However, I am a long-time connoisseur of fine imported green tea, and the quality of their Chinese tea, in particular, is quite low. If you go to the web sites of TeaVivre, TeaTrekker, VerdantTea, AmazingGreenTea, etc., you will find that Dragonwell (Long Jing) tea has a very specific appearance - beautifully and uniformly shaped leaves. The Dragonwell sold by Too Soul Tea looks like cut grass from the yard - like trash stems and large leaf pieces (check out the picture on their site, even).The flavor of REAL Dragonwell tea is NOTHING AT ALL like the tea you buy here at Too Soul Tea. I mean, NOTHING like the real thing. I tried the tea we bought here and it was nearly undrinkable it was so bad - tannic, harsh, lacking in complexity and just overall nasty.If you tried the Chinese tea here, I encourage you to try the real thing instead. Real Dragonwell has a natural sweetness and a lovely hint of nuttiness and spice depending on the grade and how much it was toasted.In China, it is like fine wine harvests - the tea gardens have specific terroir and graded official designations.Real Dragonwell at the highest grades will not be available outside of China, generally, but even their less precious tea gardens produce some amazingly delicious green teas. They are very serious about the quality of their teas and would be APPALLED to see what is being sold here at this store.And the highest grades of Dragonwell from REAL Chinese tea gardens is not cheap. The highest grades (emperor-level grades) will be hundreds of dollars an ounce. However, the lower grades are still really wonderful and are more affordable.Its too bad that these guys dont understand Chinese tea. Probably their other teas are ok - and if you only want flavored teas it wont matter much what the base tea is anyway.Dont buy green tea that doesnt have a harvest date (like the teas here). High grade teas dont last forever and need to be consumed within a year of harvest.

Had to change to just one star, because my patronage was responded to with being asked to leave because Im homeless. I dont smell or anything, and Im not an eyesore. I charge my devices around their schedule to avoid any negative image, and made regular purchases. I returned my card with three stamps and will NOT return.

Went in today for the first time. We were immediately offered a sample of the two teas they had for the day. Cute little sample cups! I spoke with the two girls behind the counter. I love tea and I drink a ton of it. They were very knowledgeable and kind. I had a great time and will definitely return.

I come here all the time with my fiancée. It’s one of a few tea places in town so that makes it special. Their selection is amazing and they have a good offering of teas of the day. The orange color and small structure is so unique. Highly recommend for anybody, but especially those who enjoy tea.

This place is nice and has pretty decently priced drinks. Service is a bit slow but that’s because they take special care in making their beverages. I would decently recommend trying this place, especially if you prefer tea over coffee.

If you like tea, this is the place to go! The staff were knowledgeable about what they have, and can suggest teas according to what youre looking for. Additionally, the shop is very cozy, and would be a great place to take someone to talk without worrying about a noisy environment!

We go to Too Soul Tea almost every week. We really, really like it. Such pleasant staff, and all great with recommendations. It is a nice atmosphere and has nice outdoor seating as well. My only wish is that they had fair trade and rainforest alliance certified products.

The one and only tea bar in Reno, and the best place to get high quality mixes. They have a tea of of every flavor you can imagine with many mix ins and milks. They also serve local baked goods and snacks. I frequent this place both to hang out and meet up with friends but also to sit down and work on my paintings. I buy my tea exclusively though too soul, no other place will do.

It was my first time buying loose leaf tea they were very friendly and helpful. They had my favorite green tea (gen mai cha) and gave other great recommendations.

The best tea in Reno, I love the sencha green most days and the ginger root is incredibly soothing and spicy. Great local food options as well! Always a friendly staff that knows their tea. I dont have a bad thing to say about this place, its really got it all.

Cute place to catch up with friends. I like that they have different tea choices for their daily teas. If you want more for home they have a wide array of tea. They are loose leaf, but they probably have the packets there too. I know for sure they have all forms of diffusers for sale. The place is average size and it can get pretty crowded, but seems to be pretty free for the most part. Most customers come in and leave. Probably going for a stroll and wanted something yummy in their Tummys. I like their chai. Its my favorite. They have simple teas to flavorful ones. So come and see what suits you.

Im not a tea drinker. Coffee is my thing, but its not theirs. My mom however loved the lemon mint vanilla tea she had, and it was iced. Im giving 3 stars because the people were a bit... snobbish. Not really friendly, but then it was a hot day so that could totally be a factor.

We absolutely love Too Soul Tea. It is some of the smoothest, clean tasting tea we have had. I always get a tea to drink and a tin or two to go!

So Too Soul is the best tea in town, just make sure you dont have the brunette with the ball cap make your tea because without a doubt she will get distracted, burn it, and then tell you how to order your own tea even though youve been a solid customer for over a year. Everyone else makes it just perfect. Maybe retrain her in procedure and manners.

Originally the detached garage of this property the tea house is cozy, however has inside seating, covered outside seating and a four table patio. Lots of choices to relax and either start the day or wind down.

One of my favorite places in town, Too Soul is a happy little shop which provides great tea. It is rare to find a place which takes true pride in their product, but Too Soul does so with teas which are hand picked by the owners.Whenever I go in, there is a smile on the faces of the people working there, and the service is quick. I have on many occasions sat down on a rainy day with a pot of tea and read a book or surfed the internet on my phone, occasionally having conversations with people who walk in.If you want the best tea in town, come here.

This place is wonderful! The staff treated me great. I actually went in looking for bubble tea also known as boba tea but they said that they didnt carry it. They even referred me to places that did. I was so pleased with the customer service I decided to try a blended green tea instead. Absolutely delicious!!! I live 5 hours away from Reno but visit every two weeks. They will be getting my business when I am in town!!!

Was bored driving around downtown when I came across this place, so I walked in to see what they have to offer. This is not an exaggeration; they pretty much serve every type of tea you can think of. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a girl behind the counter who had me try several samples before ordering. The environment is very calm and comfortable, wifi signals are moderate.

This is my go to tea shop in Reno. Excellent teas, helpful and friendly staff, cozy space.

Im an admitted tea snob and love this place. Taster samples of some of their flavors, helpful staff to answer questions or give suggestions, and one of the best Earl Grey teas Ive ever had. If you like bold teas try it and thank me later.

Everything was great and it seem like a good spot to pick up tea for home or to grab a quick tea to go. However, it seem like its more of just a coffee shop that happens to serve tea instead of coffee. It doesnt really have a tea room or tea house feel. I might be a little more critical because I just moved back to Reno from Ashland, OR that has a Dobra Tea. Which if you love tea or even just kinda like it, and ever have a chance to go to one, I highly recommend it. They make drinking tea an experience and their passion for tea is what started my own passion for drinking, enjoying and learning about tea and I just didnt get that kind of feeling from this place.

Excellent Tea offerings in Reno, however it is a little on the expensive side. I am also frustrated by the fact they do not give you the tea leaves when you get a to go cup. To me this seems wasteful as you can reuse tea leaves multiple times.

This is a delightful quaint little kiosk. So glad I found this dainty little Kiosk. The shop has a calming and peaceful feel to it. It is situated in the Airport Gardens Business Building. The building itself has a vary Asian flair to it. I feel there is a feng shui mood to this locale.There is luscious dark green flora surrounding the waterfalls on the first floor. When you first enter the building there is a a whimsical Asian rock garden. Beautiful art adorns the walls. Enter the building walk down towards your left and you will find the Too Soul Tea Co kiosk.This little kiosk has a variety of loose leaf teas that are unique and well balanced. If you are not sure of what to order Kaycee is very knowledgeable and will help you select a tea that is just right for you. They have a small yet excellent selection of pastries. I selected a tasty and delightful strawberry turnover. The texture was crumbly yet soft. I felt like the strawberry jam/curd had floral notes to them. Maybe it is just the relaxing and intoxicating uplifting locale. Kaycee was so very sweet and informative. I hope her bosses see this and make sure she gets KUDOS.I noticed they had a selection of chips, sandwiches, bagels, quiche and even a few gluten free items. The building is clean and calming. There are several tables spread throughout the bottom floor with benches here and there.The surroundings here are so refreshing, pleasant and enjoyable you forget time.

I would give it a 1, but the tea was actually good. The service here is terrible. Every employee acts like they’re doing me a huge favor as they roll their eyes and take my order. I have been coming here for the last few years, but I am over it. I can get iced tea somewhere else. All around rude and condescending.
