This store doesnt have bags in the self checkout area and some of the cashiers dont have people skills to put it lightly.

Its the safest cleanest store to shop due to covid-19. Even shopping carts are cleaned after each use. Theyre the friendliest and love to help customers that are handicapped. Theyre strict on people wearing masks. I feel safe shopping there

When I go shopping for the week I go to Save Mart they have the best produce and you cant beat their prices. The staff is friendly and are willing to go out of there way to walk you to the isle to show you what your lookingvfor, which makes your shopping convient. I recommend this place to family and friends. Good work Save Mart, keep up the good work.

Love the Reedley Save Mart.They have more items in stock on shelves than my hometown Save Mart.I know thats not each stores fault, but considering maybe whos placing orders at each location, 🤷‍♀️.But there was another SM that Closed that was only 5 miles away from my local store and youd think more people are shopping SM at my home store. 🤷‍♀️

Went to get my vehicle tags. No one in line. Loved it. Only reason not 5 stars they didnt have my favorite Ben and Jerrys strawberry cheesecake.

Great store but the staff...well ...not too friendly and that bothers me. When employees act unhappy it tells me there seadjustments need in the attitudes of the management.

Place is very clean and a wide selection of food.

Just called corporate office asking them to reinstate policy of masks for the store. Employees all wore them yet Senior hours were not enforced and masks for customers policy removed so it felt more vulnerable shopping. Presently, I would prefer the store take a tougher stance on COVID19 for ALL locations. Otherwise, I need to find elsewhere to shop.

Very expensive, but good sales if you can stick to your list. Couldnt find cornmeal, just cornbread mixes.

Some things are on sale but it never fails the staff is so rude. When I complained to the manager she sided with the employee for her wrongful behavior. I wouldnt be surprised if Wal-Mart puts them out of business like they did to their Dinuba location.

So sweet store, save Mart know why??? Near farm trees. When driving through trees, I am surprised that there is a city. So I enter save mart. So sweet save mat as reason there is very good clean and organized aisles. Very hard working established organized workers at save Mart.

Save Mart had everything we needed for our 4th of July trip to the mountains.

I really enjoy this store and the selection they have. Unfortunately, I have tried the self check out system and I havent experienced it working properly. In my experience, a clerk had to assist with the check out, which, in my mind, defeats the purpose. The last encounter I had, the staff had to take my items to a nearby checkout lane. Which was fine, but I got the feeling from the comments the staff was making that they were highly inconvenienced and I felt uncomfortable with the comments they made about how I decided to bag my own groceries which they had to redo. I was trying to fit everything in one bag as to cut down on waste, but it seems that was displeasing to the staff. Unenjoyable experience, and Ive since moved on to other retailers but its unfortunate because its such a clean store and its right down the street.

I would like not to be rushed out of line, once I receive my change and receipts. The cashier Immediately begins with the next person, that person moves behind me, they want to see the screen. I have to gather my things and pull over to put my money away. This is just about all cashiers, although very friendly and accommodating.I think a few seconds, to make sure the person has moved away is needed before beginning with the next person.

Went tonight to just get some cereal and milk which they close at 10pm and I got there at 9:55 which they weren’t letting people in no more. It closes at 10 not 10min before or 5min before.

I love that their staff is always very helpful and very friendly, their hours are a blessing! Specially when you work long days and can’t find anything open late. I go there at least twice a week and with all their recent improvements I find it easier and better to find what im looking for. I enjoy making my own drinks so I’m very glad that their variety on alcohol, wines and spirits it’s reasonably large and their prices are very affordable! I also enjoy cooking and BBQing so it’s great that their meats and fish are always fresh. Their deli section has also gotten an upgrade and I’m extremely happy with that! Makes it easier to eat healthier when you are on a rush! I’ve been a customer for a long time and I don’t see my self going anywhere else anytime soon!

Great store. Good selection of USDA Organic and Non-gmo foods. High quality produce and meats. The store is clean. The employees are kind of dim, they sometimes dont ask you paper or plastic, Which is inconsiderate to the environment when you want paper because plastics default and they sometimes already start bagging before you tell them.

Unlike many markets at least their staff receives decent pay and benefits.

I love the new savemart...it was difficult finding everything after the remodel, but its beautiful! Is neat, organized, clean, and they always have what im looking for. The employees are so nice its ridiculous. Theyll stop whatever theyre doing at any moment if youve asked them for help. They wont just tell you where to get what you need, they will walk you there and show you exactly where the item you need is. And be polite about it (even if theyre busy).I love the fresh food in the deli, the tasty and amazing cakes, the specials they have in the meat/seafood department, and i especially love the variety of flowers they have up front. GOOD JOB SAVEMART! YOULL ALWAYS BE MY NUMBER ONE GO-TO STORE FOR GROCERIES!

The produce was fresh, and in season. Prices were fine for the California economy. It was nice to see the local brands I note out of state. California keeps the good produce for itself and theyre keeping it here.

There was a buy 2 get one free mix and match... it didnt say buy only coke or only pepsi.... I can only say i caught it myself how many people they have cheated with this misleading sales tactics....6.99 to how many unexpected buyers.... I only was today after was charged....

Weve been shopping at this store for several months now. We started shopping there because its on the way home but we found out its a great store with excellent quality and great people too.

Very nice staff. A little pricey, but I like the store, and they carry a lot of things I like. Unfortunately, they dont carry the totes anymore. I had to go all the way to Selma to get the shopping totes.
