I like this place but its a little bit unorganized. Theyre always out of stock of things but I still like the store. Customer services hit and miss.

Amazing job. The only thing is that they had one person helping on furniture, which to took a few minutes than expected to get our furniture. Other than that, I have no complaints !! :)

There is all kinds of stuff here! I havent been here in a long time. Some things seem of cheaper quality...and some things seem very well made. I used to work in retail, so I know how hard it is to keep the floor looking clean and organized, so I can understand why some areas are in disarray. But overall, I will come back for things such as holiday decorations and stuff like that.

Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to find items for you. I shop at the Reedley Big Lots at least once a week and they have always greeted me at the door with a smile.

It was a successful trip here but I have to say I was a little disappointed with the staff except the Cashier we had, he was great !! There was hardly any price tags on anything. Its like you have to guesstimate & Im not on Price is Right & Im not going to win a prize!! So I want to see price tags!!

I am very disappointed in this store. I hardly ever go here. I needed a small table asap, went online ordered, it said Reedley store had one left. I placed order went down there and 😔. The guy couldnt locate the one table it said they had left. And this is why I never shop there. Sorry wont be back.

Not a lot of selection in dog food but they do carry a variety of facial wipes. Their home goods are current and appealing.

They have done a little remodeling, the place looks nice and they have some good deals right now.

I go here all the time for chips soda and a few outdoor appliances. Their prices are very low and the quality of products is fair. The store will some times have a line of 2-6 people but the service is usually fast.

Its an okay place to get furniture, bedding and beds, decor, pet stuff, snacks/canned goods, and cleaning supplies. Staff is nice and place is pretty okay

I really like to shop here I find mostly everything Im looking for and even natural or organic snacks for the kids and for not a lot of money love the decorations offered and not very expensive. The only thing that my husband pointed out was the dirty floors around the bottom of the shelves where a broom or mop cant get to. All in all I will still shop here.

This is my favorite Big Lots. Lol its actually one of the stores in general where I live that I hella like to trip on. ALL the employees have always been cool, friendly, and helpful. Great team there. Seriously.

Shopping for furniture Nick has been very helpful the last 3 times I have been there. I have bought a recliner and kitchen rolling island very happy .

This store has improved so much Over the last 2 years, thanks to new management and a new team of big lots workers, including me. The store has changed and is like a mini walmart now except with better prices!! Come check it out, you wont be disappointed.

I got several items and stumbled Upon a barbecue grill gazebo. Elated that I found the perfect Fathers Day gift for my husband I looked around and didnt find anyone around to help me. I proceeded to the register and told the clerk, named David that I wanted to make that purchase of the gazebo and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to the back of the stor, llocate someone who can help me because it was considered furniture. I asked him if he couldnt simply call someone to bring one to the register where I could pay for it and he looked disgusted at me for causing him such an inconvenience. He had already started putting back my other items in my cart to send me off to the back of the store but I did not want to get back in line so I left very disheartened. Horrible service!
