I had great service from Melissa at the Reedley Verizon store! Went above and beyond the call of duty!! She deserves a raise!

Avoid this place! Staff is OK, but no the store has no display models! How else are we supposed to compare phones in person. I went to the Verizon in Dinuba instead and the store was much higher quality and the staff showed me all the phones.

Brought my parents into this location to try and get the phone problem solved and we left with new phones from Eddie that was pretty much the best phone salesman technician that Ive ever dealt with in a Verizon location. I dont know what this kids getting paid or what his reward for running this store is but I dont think it is enough. if you need a phone and reedley California head down to the Verizon and talk to Eddie.

Luis did a great job from start to finish, gave me a clear quote and explained everything clearly. Best customer service Ive had at any store. I came in on his day off but the other guys at the store were helpful too.10/10 would come back to this place. ask for Luis!

After spending $2,000 at a store purchasing new phones I was locked out of my phone 8 hours later and was unfamiliar and unaware on how to recover it I went to a location and reedley where a Verizon associate by the name of Melissa took her time to assist me and recover very important information Im extremely grateful and am writing a review to commend the associates especially Melissa at the reedley Verizon location in California

The help I received from the sales person was top notch. Eddie does a great job there as does John, who has taken Cate of me in the past.

By far the worst experience ever. The manager was not listening to me in what I wanted and was pushing to sale me things that he thought I needed. I’ve been here several times for tech support because he tells me that if I need anything to just stop by, but all he tells me is to call customer service. All they see is how much money can I get off from one person. Never coming back.

Sales man was GREAT help to me when I lost my phone, helped me setting the new phone and helped me with my lack of knowledge!!!!!! I believe his name is Louis. he is doing a great job. Thnx to all of them. Marc

Great store and staff, called in to ask about specials and was instantly helped by John, he answered all my questions and gave me a great deal! I later went in the store to walk out with an iPhone XR an Apple Watch plus many accessories! I definitely recommend this store to all Verizon customers!

Go Wireless is the absolute worst company you can ever deal with..They lie to get you to purchase a phone, charge extra fees for second rate products then charge you a restock fee when you return the garbage.I would recommend you stay as far away from this shady enterprise as possible..
