Lady signed me up for $40 a month plan even though I told her I wanted the $30 plan, and only after I paid and the transaction was complete did she reveal that I had just paid for the $40 plan (I couldnt tell at the time of the transaction, because all I heard was the grand total which included the price of a new phone and a screen protector), and she behaved as if she didnt remember I had said $30, but my whole family was there to hear that I had clearly said no to the $40 plan. Then, after I told her I didnt want the $40 plan, she made a few phone calls and said she couldnt refund me, but could give me a $10 credit for my next month, but thats still keeping the money with them.

I want Metro PCS to know what wonderful employees they have at this location. They have been very helpful and I believe you need to open a class at this location for non technical phone users like me. Every time I come in they are so accomadating to my needs. Today was Monique and Isis helping me.
