We have used public storage multiple times over the years near here. This is the best one. The manager is always here snd very helpful. I cannot say that about the other locations. This is the best one.

I had the worst experience in this “public storage”. In three months that I rent there someone entered in my store and almost everything was stolen from me and unfortunate nobody want to take any responsibility. Till now I have not received anything no apologies nothing. I call the manager “Juan” and he wasn’t very helpful. Call the district manager, left a message and no answers yet. This incident happened just recently on abril 2021. I ask all those who are renting there to take out their things and cancel the account and those people who are thinking to rent there not do so. someone has to take responsibility and pay for what was stolen. According to what the police told me before was worst and how is possible that the personal aren’t do much to protect us (customer). This place is not worth it. I made a police report and I don’t know if this is enough. Someone need to take all responsibility and pay for everything g. respond

Public Storage is the worst run storage company on the planet. Zero stars. They literally make it impossible to pay your bill then threaten to put a lien on your property. A complete scam that takes advantage of people on the margins. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BELONGINGS!!

I just want to share the awesome experience I had here at Public Storage in Redwood City, I’m going through some really hard times (as I imagine everyone else too ) due to this pandemic and Juan really helped us out by giving us a few tips here and there therefore we managed to fit our 3 bedroom into a much smaller unit than we had imagined and of course we got to save a whole of money because due to this uncertainty we don’t for how long we will be storing, I just want to give them a big shout out and let them that I appreciate it and being the first time that I rent a storage they definitely made it a pleasant experience. If anybody needs a storage this is the place to go for fast and top of the line service. Thanks Juan, we’ll definitely recommend to anybody in need!

Last week i went to rent a storage and Im very happy with the customer service at the location I have chosen. The site is very nice and juan the manager at this location is very knowledgeable and courteous, he really made my moving in a very pleasant one.

I’ve had a couple of units for a few years and the service has always been great, Juan (The person in charge) has always been of great help and makes everything smooth and easy.

Hands down this is the best storage in the area, we just moved out here from L.A and and this was our first stop since we had to rent the unit and have our movers deliver our stuff, as soon as we got to the facility Juan greeted us with a great smile and was ready to help us he made the process fast and easy, he explained the whole thing throughly and and even gave us a few tips to protect some of our items that we had not thought of, and the prices are the lowest in the area (believe me we searched for about week) over all great service and great storage will definitely recommend!

Im currently looking to move out Due to the our change on the gate access went from 9PM to 6pm.. Some people still work and its not accessible nor is it in my opinion acceptable. We all do the right thing when it comes to this pandemic and sit and be controlled by public storage. Hats off to Extra Space Storage who did not change their gate access hours.Ill be moving back to them. They are also clean and friendly place to rent from. I cannot speak on the rate hike because both locations did that after about 6 months.Its very upsetting I play 400 plus dollars for a unit I cannot get into it.

This is a well maintained facility. Going through a rough time and have never rented a storage before, Juan made the process fast and easy he helped us determine the size that we would need and also gave us tips on how to protect our belongings. We rented a unit that we thought was going to be the right size for us, but it turned out to be more bigger than what we actually needed, Juan was able to transfer us to a smaller unit and we ended up saving more than half on our rent, I highly recommended this storage facility!

I was recently in need of renting a Public storage unit. I was in transition of moving and we were in need of a place to store some furniture, while we finished some work on our new home. I was really thankful that were able to find a place not to far from our house to store stuff, it made moving so much easier. Not to mention the staff there was lots of help. I was really impressed with the staff, they made made my husband and I feel at ease with the whole process. We talked to Eddie, the first time we came in and he was great. He really took his time to explain the storage unit renting fees and made the process a pretty smooth one. It made me feel a lot better about leaving our belongings in a storage unit there with them. All in all, we would definitely rent a storage unit there again if we were ever in need.

Inevitable, I had to move and tried to figure out where can I leave my stuffs. I found the first month free and it attracted me; next, I phoned and nobody picked up, but then, they called me back and we fixed. When I first there, one lady who helped us. She seemed not so familiar to the facility but she tried to help at her best. Then, when I went there, I met with sweet and stout young man named Juan most of the times. He is so helpful and efficient. I have two times wrongly locking my store, he immediately called and left the message. I cannot say how much I thank him as a very responsive employee of the facility. I will recommend because of the staffs working at that specific facility for their good mind to help the clients at all time.

Let me just start by saying Best Service in town. I have never rented storage before and right from the jump Eddie put my worries at eases. He was very polite and answered every question or worry I had. What also helped was the property was nice and clean. I would totally recommend this place and send my friends to Eddie.

This place looks very secure and well taken care of, the on site manager was very helpful and efficient he was able to get us into a smaller unit that we had reserved saving us some money and and enabling us to use it for a longer period of time.

Ive been using this facility for over 10 years. People here are very professional and helpful over the years. I recently had to add more space to my existing unit and one of the current employees was extremely helpful. Eddie allowed me to move my stuff from my smaller unit to the larger one over a couple days. Every time I see him, he is friendly, cheerful and very helpful. More like a buddy than an employee. The Indian guy that works here is also helpful and friendly. Property is very clean and taken care of. Management seems very responsive from my past interactions. Will continue my relationship with them

I rented from this company and had a rental agreement for one year. They raised my rates after 5 months. I called to discuss it and the customer service representative was very rude. I tried to reason with them and I even reached out to the district manager but they failed to return my calls. As such, I looked elsewhere and I am now saving a great deal of money. So thank you to PS for making me realize I was being overcharged, even before the rate hike. BE CATEFUL.!!! They owe me a refund now for several weeks now and yet Ive yet to receive it.Juan is a kind site manager, but I think the corporate entity plays games with customers. Think twice before trusting this company.!

Ive known Eddie for 4 years since I moved my things in and have only known him to be a thoroughly professional, helpful, accommodating, and kind manager at this PS facility on Bayshore Rd in Redwood City. It is a well run facility and Eddie always is there to assist and go out of his way to make me, and all customers, feel welcomed. He is an A number 1 manager. They are lucky to have him.

There is a new owner, the place is much better IE there are carts that work. They are in the process of upgrading the Security Systems. So its better. They kicked out the losers for not paying the rent.... I think its all good.

Best prices in the area and no long term contract. Called regarding storage prices and they were really helpful and professional definitely will recommend.
