We recently completed our kitchen & bath remodel with the KZ kitchen, cabinet & stone. The store is conveniently located in downtown Redwood City with a large selection of kitchen & bath products. The staff are friendly and helpful through the entire process. Eric gave us lots of great kitchen & bath ideas and was very professional and knowledgeable. We bought kitchen cabinets, counter tops, hood and bathroom vanity, and we couldnt be any happier with the final result of our remodel which completely reconfigured our kitchen and master bathroom. I would definitely recommend it for a good price.

We have been working on our house renovation over a year; and had been talking with Eric throughout the whole process. He helped me with decorative ideas with visualized 3D rendering pictures, offering his professional suggestions, coordinated to facilitate supply process between their several warehouses, and came up with prompt solutions whenever a couple of challenging issues arose.Eric is very knowledgeable about their products in huge selective inventory; He explains product pros and cons in details patiently. Eric Ge was very helpful and we had been working with him for quite some time to help with the renovation of our kitchen. He helped with design, getting all design through the City and coordinated the project. KZ Kitchen is a one stop shop for all your needs.Gary was the contractor and his team (Sam, Kong, ...) is a top notch from paying attention to every detail and were on top on everything from plumbing to electrical, lightning, flooring, painting, installing all cabinets, countertop/waterfall quarter, pot filler and appliances in one month with City permits which went smooth. It was a smooth collaboration between each aspect of the work. Left the work area clean and tidy end of each day. I am grateful, pleased and thankful for their team on being efficient, timely controlling dust during construction and adhering to social distancing, wearing masks during these complex and challenges times of COVID19. Job well done deserves recognition! Thanks for all the hard work put into this project!!! I highly recommend them. Pricing is right and products are great! Poor customer service. Walked in with my wife, and we werent greeted nor shown around. We spent some time browsing and no one took a moment to even say hi. Ill happily source the materials for my remodel elsewhere.

As a realtor assisting my seller we found the experience with KZ Redwood City outstanding. The products are beautiful,, selection is great and the service was excellent. Because my client was out of state it was important that everything was managed well and Eric and staff came through every time. When we needed last minute items he picked them up from San Jose and we had them the next day. I will recommend this KZ to my clients or anyone remodeling or building a home. So glad they are now in Redwood City

We received decent customer service in the KZ Kitchen Cabinet & Stone showroom in Redwood City up until they ran our credit card. We had to pay an additional $1,000 to fix problems originally caused by KZ (mixed up measurements, etc.), and were given four disconnected numbers for managers and the San Jose warehouse to try to resolve further issues. We were promised and never received a small refund and discount for all of the issues until we finally gave up, which seems to be the stores business strategy. We now look at our second set of factory-dented cabinets and think about the hours and hours of lost time, and write this review hoping others dont make the same mistake we did! Go to Home Depot or Lowes - the quality is the comparable and the customer service is much better.

Eric Ge was very helpful. Botn only he designed the kitchen for us, he help us choose the right colors amd gave us suggestions on how to maximize a small kitchen.Thank you Eric!
