This review will focus on inventory, parking, location, and service. If you know bed bath and beyond, they offer all household items. It’s nice than online stores like Amazon because you can see the item before purchasing.Inventory:Inventory here is mediocre. We found that most of the things we were looking for were gone or near out. The store shelves seem hastily put together.Parking:Parking here is good, easy to access the store. I’ve never had a hard time finding parking here.Location:Location here on the corner of el Camino and wood side road. Super easy to find! The neighbor seems safe.

Staff is friendly, store clean, prices way too high. Honestly was looking for a quart size Mason jar, they only had an 11 dollar fermenting option. Drove 2 blocks to Target and bought exactly what I needed for $2

Easy to locate, parking is not to bad. Just minutes away from other home good stores. The only issue I see is that, associates would not help you order the products from what I would call their extended inventory, such as items that are sold online only, but that was my experience, cant speak for anybody else. Associates at the Mountain View store that closed for good would do that for you, to bad is gone.

The store had exactly what I wanted that had been out of stock - a KitchenAid 5 quart mixer -.that I had been looking for. They were in short supply six months ago.

Never thought I’d give a review to a nondescript chain store but I had such a pleasant experience there this weekend. A friendly associate went out of his way to help me find an obscure item and the checkout clerk was super nice. To management: your staff deserves a nice bonus :)

Very disappointed. Had no stock of an item listed on sale in a flyer receivedv3 days before I went to the store. Im tired of Covid19 being blamed for everything. Dont advertise something you arent sure youll have in stock for least a week after the flyer goes out. And dont tell me I can go online and order unless youre going to give me free shipping because it wasnt in stock. Ive been told theyre closing up their retail stores. If thats true, its already showing.

I went to exchange empty CO2 cylinders for full ones (we have a sodastream fizzer) the other day... couldnt find the new cylinders, though i did see a new fizzer on display. Did they keep them behind the cash register I wondered? Made it to the cashier, and she walked me over to where the new cylinders were. Then I told her I had the 20%-off-everything membership, but the app on my phone needed to download... She looked up my account and tied it to my phone for future use.I really appreciate the patient, competent service at this location---not just this particular cashier, either. Maybe I remind them all of Grandpa?And it never seems to be crowded there, maybe because of the location.

The girl at the front of store, Jennifer, was absolutely wonderful. Answered all my questions with ease. I told the manager she needed more like her.

I went on March 13, 2020. They had a good sale on winter stuff.

While the products are varied/ good, the young cashiers are always talking to each other and barely acknowledging us, their customers. Its to the point that they dont listen to or converse with the person standing directly in front of them.I have observed this disrespectful lack of customer service happening to other customers as well, while I am standing in line waiting my turn.

Cash registers were lightly staffed but plenty of people in the store asking if they would help with something. Location is a little hidden and parking is acceptable. They have both compact and regular parking spots, the compact are on one side of the store only. Store itself is on the smaller side and has limited variety because of that.

Nice selection of items for sale. I went there today to exchange my soda stream cartridges. Staff is friendly courteous and helpful.This store is in Redwood City on the corner of Redwood Avenue and El Camino Real.

They have a huge variety of items. Vacuum cleaners, towels, appliances and as seen on t.v. very big store that you can get lost in but find something.

I went here out of necessity. I have never been a fan of this store due to its cluttered layout. It is crowded and difficult to navigate with a cart. Sometimes you just have to deal with it though.

No line for once today. The gas cylinder exchange is no longer at the customer service counter so I had to schlep my empties through the store and carry 3 full cylinders to the counter. No carts were available in the store to use.
