BUYER BEWARE - Another strong 1 star review to add to the list. Shopped for an item that said in stock and ready for shipment. I immediately got a confirmation email for the order after buying. 4 days later, I got an email saying this order has been cancelled. I called 3 times over 2 days, all going to voicemail before I finally got a call back. The employee did apologize but Im convinced he does this every day. This company says it is from Redwood City, California; my return call came from Eugene, Oregon. Thats 500 miles away. It is not my opinion that this company is legitimate. I see that Koblick likes to respond to those pointing fingers. If they did have happy customers we would see something more than 1 star reviews. BUYER BEWARE

Web site is not working correctly when I purchased the order. called several times for help but not replying back with proper response. Say that shipping ground is free with purchase of $150 or more but it is giving misleading information.

False advertising and poor customer support. BAIT & SWITCH!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!! Supplier advertised packs of 10 units, so 20 packs were ordered (200 units). What was received was only 2 packs (20 units). Supplier condescendingly denied responsibility, claiming it was OUR error. However, we sent them screenshots, confirming the incorrect advertisement. They have since revised the advertisement, but the supplier continues to deny responsibility.

I ordered 8 tubes of call on June 27, just got a confirmation 2 weeks later that it shipped. 2 weeks and tracking number no confirmation. Terrible vendor and worst customer service ever.
