When was the last time you saw open stock screws, nuts, bolts? Odd sized furnace filters?These guys are amazing. You wont find everything that is in the big box stores, like Home Depot or Lowes, but if they do have it, it is likely better. HIghly recommended.

The staff here are delightful and inventory is plentiful. Thankful to have this as an excellent substitute for Lowes and Home Depot. Strongly recommend!

Came looking for canned air and the first associate I asked knew exactly where it was.

As luck would have it, Ace was open. I went in, and by the time I got what I needed...it was time for the store to close. I love this particular Ace Hardware Store! The best!

Usually find what I need, friendly and helpful staff.

I seen a couple employees from Ace Follow a gentleman out of the store yelling at him harassing him, getting in his face trying to start a fight. It was very unprofessional and An unsafe environment.I was able to get glimpse of One of the guys names of Will. Will looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen!! I was able to catch up with the gentleman a few moments laterAnd I asked him what that was all about. He told me he was having a mild asthma attack and he had forgotten his inhaler at home. So he took his mask just slightly below his nostrils and they went crazy. I asked him well then how come they werent socially distancing then and only standing inches a far?If they were so scared of the virus and freaking out about you havingYour asthma attackWhy?

I stopped by about a week ago to grab some paint and was helped by an employee named Izzy. She was super sweet and made my shopping experience super easy!

I cannot say how appreciative my husband and I are to have such a great hardware store locally. It may not have quite the selection of a Home Depot but the customer service way more than makes it worth it.. I see other remarks saying it is fairly small. I think it is quite a decent size with phenomenal customer service. Thanks Ace! Will always be my first choice!

This place may not be as big as other large hardware stores, but it still is just as awesome! the size is actually perfect as they still carry a ton of stuff, but its very well staffed and always easy to get help. Have wide variety hardware, batteries, and garden supplies. I love the large selection of grills and smokers. They also have a good selection of rubs and sauces. Its convenient that I can make a quick trip when I run out of something. Everyone is really helpful and super nice. Its clean and modern. Absolutely love having it in the neighborhood.

I came into the store to buy wire fencing to wrap around and protect my veggie garden. There was a mixup Getting my item and the store manager went out of his way to get the item in another location and delivered it to me personally. And he gave me one additional item - just because. I will always recommend this store for all of my hardware needs.

Not from the area, however I always try to find time to stop here. Employees are very friendly and helpful, I was asked at least 2 times if I needed help finding anything, which I did, and they took me to the exact spot I needed to be in every time. Big boost is its been family owned many years, always love small business over big.

After failing to find the screws I needed at Home Depot (actually buying the recommended screws that did not work), I tried here. They spent the time necessary to find the right size screws to fit the steel pieces I needed to screw together. I also went there to get a key duplicated. They did not have the right key blank, but referred me to a local locksmith they said would. I went to that locksmith and they had it. As a relatively new resident, I appreciated the referral. Their customer service is excellent and I go here first now.

Showed up at 6:50 and all the doors were closed and the employees turned me away. Terrible customer service

They have just about everything youd need in a mom and pop type of hardware store. Great customer service & will now be one of my go to places.

Polite and helpful staff. Choices of different brands than the big box stores. Great choice of fasteners and hard to find hardware. Prices in general slightly higher, but in a few occasions lower. Rebate coupons based on previous month purchases. They provide local jobs. Easy parking.

The staff is very helpful and go beyond the level of customer service Ive experienced elsewhere. The store looks great and is well organized. The woman who was working in the garden center was very nice and extremely helpful.

Very good selection of hardware items at an extra cost for some of those items (not all items). At least 95% of the time I find what I need on can use in its place. Best of all is the free popcorn.

A lot smaller than the big guys, so of course they dont have as much variety. But they are much better staffed and helpful, so its worth it to go here first. Its a much better experience.

If you live in the area stop going to Home Depot.Staff is very helpful. The selection is quality. Especially the screws and fasteners. Everting for the most part is as marked.

These people know how to do things, and have ideas (and also tools and materials I would never think of if I went to home depot). I do better job if I go there to get the stuff I need.

Not satisfied with selling defective hardware ACE declined replacing the defective part. Ozan and Noah probably need a bit of customer service training as for $2.59 ACE lost a customer for life. Everything I bought from this store/brand has been subpar, breaking early or rusting right away. But if they dont even stand behind their junk then its to move on.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, plenty of parking available, store is well laid out and clean. Our new first stop for home and garden projects.

Prices are probably a bit higher than other hardware stores. Selection is somewhat limited, but so is the space. But you cant beat the location and the service.
