Grave couple things for tonight dinner I went to the self check out and for whatever reason my phone number didnt come out in the system. I requested help from the guy who is supposed to be helping you and he just went and said you cant do it and turned around without even check why I was not able to add my phone number to the purchased. I totally get it this places might pay low salary but the salary its disclosed at the moment on the interview if they arent happy with the salaries they are places that desperate are looking for people but please dont bring your frustrations to work specially if you are working in retails store. Very disappointed of the service.

Great place to grocery shop, prices reasonable. Good to go after 6 pm even week end, no lines. Their produce superb!!

This is a store and more!Great specials on items I didnt even know I needed! I like this store. I just wish it was closer to my neighborhood.Ill definitely go back again. And again....

The produce manager Joyce was extremely helpful. She let me sample various apples. She works very hard to keep the section appealing for us customers.

Harshest treatment I ever had, maybe just because I’m a instacart shopper asking for information. Early morning. Or just maybeMaybe because I’m not American enough to have a perfect English.That’s makes me angry because I live literally one block from this store and I’m here almost every day as customer.

Well stocked and clean. It was very busy and bustling, but everyone was polite, wearing masks and social distancing. Enjoyed the experience.

Bathrooms need a little love, one is missing the soap dispenser not sure the other one closes... but store was clean, staff was helpful, and their to go wraps are convenient and good.

A good alternative to the Safeway nearby, but is less busy and is roomier.

Its a nice small supermarket. Clean and not crowded. Fresh bread selection is excellent. Just remove the stand alone bins in the isles to allow for some distance. Great store overall. Have been going there for several years.

Easy to find items, plus they have great sales.

Seemed clean, but unfortunately out if the item I needed. Canned diced tomatoes. I dont usually shop here so I dont know if this is normal for this store or if its a pandemic thing. Did seem like it was cleaner than the Safeway nearby. They dont seem to have the lines as well under control as other stores, the lines are backed into the aisles. But, did I mention the stores looks clean? :)

The Employee Moral is Very Low @ this store.Management needs to be more proactive in keeping its Employees Happier

Pro: Big selection of items.Con: Staff at checkout closed the lane abruptly after I stood there for 15 minutes waiting, and when I asked whether I can pay before lane is closed with my single item, the staff begrudgingly checked out for me. I thanked her at the end and she just said yeah in an annoyed tone.

Its Lucky. Okay for dry goods, but you can get better quality, less-expensive produce many other places, your local farmers market for starters. Many times frozen food items seem to have thawed at some point and been re-frozen. Perhaps it sat out on the delivery dock, who knows? But no one likes a popsicle that obviously had partially melted sometime before.

Decent grocer with good selections despite the smaller footprint. Parking is usually not an issue. Fair prices too.

Terrible bad service

There was someone outside wiping down the carts but someone entered the store without a mask and nothing was said to them. Also the cashier barely had her mask on and even lifted the mask off of her face to say something to a customer. I was really uncomfortable . The store itself was pretty well stocked. Be careful though.

Great prices, usually well stocked but checkout takes forever. Typically there arent to many people so it works out but some days all you want to do is tell for the checker to go faster.

They are not very friendly here. I grocery shop at lots of stores including Safeway, Whole Foods, Sigonas, and Mollie Stones. This Lucky’s has some of the rudest and unhelpful staff. I always keep to myself and I rarely ask for help but you still have to interact with staff when you check out and other times. They were very rude. Even Smart and Final the staff is nicer. For the prices they charge they need to have people that are nice to customers.

Good prices on most items especially on the weekly sales! Has most items that you are looking for, friendly staff, and they have self checkout!

Good prices, good choices and most of the time I can find everything that I have on my list. Also lines arent real long if you go earlier in the day which is nice.

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this Luckys. I hit it up because my local one in foster city had a ton of traffic to get to. Normally I feel people go to Luckys to die as some of the stores need a major overhaul.

Prices are higher then they should be and they do not stock products based on sales. Seems like corporate stocks them with what they want to sell rather then what customers want to buy. After going 4 times and not being able to get the main thing I went for I started going to Safeway instead, just a couple blocks away. And the exact same product I wanted was half the price.

I was first time here and surprised. Really lucky place! 👍😊

This is a nice Market in Redwood and better than the Safeways nearby cuz the prices are much better than at the lucky and you still have the self-checkout and good options in terms of produce canned foods meat Dairy all the basics so I would recommend if you are a normal person with a normal budget to drive a little farther to this Market rather than go to the Safeway where a can of beans will cost you $2 instead of $1 at the lucky for example

Lucky doesnt stand behind their ad (mistakes). Lucky advertised Jennie-O Ground Turkey Breast at $1.99 per lb. When I got to the register they said I had the wrong product. After much discussion (I had the right turkey) they sold me one at the advertised price they offered a rain check, then said to come back tomorrow once they figured it out (as if Jennie-O had alternate turkey). Two days later I returned to find signs saying they were not honoring advertised prices for multiple products. So as convenient as the location is, theyre losing my business.

I’ve been shopping there for over 20 years. It’s just the closest supermarket to me. The customer service is terrible. It never changes but I continue to go there simply because I’m too lazy to drive further.

This grocery is so old and the people who work there seem so disgruntled. If I must shop here, I try to get in and out as fast as I can. On the upside, the location and parking is always convenient, and they typically have what Im looking for.

I continuously buy food from here that i dont realize is weeks past expiration until i get home . This is against food safety regulations and should be taken seriously before someone gets ill if not already . Check expiration dates on everything especially meat I bought ribs last night that said to use by 2 weeks ago I dont unxerstand how this can happen all the time
