The Manager Allen was very rude. They sold me a phone with a glitch and when i tried to return it exactly one week later they wouldnt help me! They never answer the phone. The staff if they arent busy just stands around on thier phones. The same store also tried to sell me a refurbished phone as a new phone thinking i wouldnt notice. I HAD been with metro for ten years but because of the incredibly unprofessional staff i made the switch to a different carrier. If i could give this store and the staff less than one star i would. If you would like to be ripped off then this is the store for you.

Great attitude!

I went on Sunday to see a phone for my brother and the whole place smelled like weed and you could obviously tell that the guy helping us was high. The next day I went again and Alex helped me and recommended me the best phone and way to buy it so I would get the best deal. He without a doubt gets 5 stars and I have gone to him to get a new phone ever since I got my first phone. He’s an amazing worker and deserves more than 5 stars.

100% excellent

Lousy service lucky I live down the street and needed a quick phone. Guy who sold me the phone was a terrible representative he didn’t seem happy to work there. The security guard was better at customer service than him. Next time I go in to talk I’ll make sure to update the reps name wasn’t on my receipt and I didn’t care to know. Went in asked a couple questions dude seemed bothered from the jump with his work colleagues low key had attitude the hole time I bought a phone I already knew I wanted and walked out rep made a google acct on it didn’t even ask if I had one or give me a password. I recommend going here only because it’s a corporate store. Seemed like other employees were nicer. Will definitely go to other reps in the future. Some workers seem like they are on commission and some seem like seem like it’s there last day.

Nothing is good about this store,They close before before there listed times.There customer service is terrible.There sales people arent very friendly not very professional appearance or professional attitude.

As a new incomer, In my first hour in US, They sold me a simlocked iphone without informing me anything about simlock with fully payment. 4 days later. I went to metropcs store, told them I couldnt call international, they told me to get a calling card,due to metropcs wont allow international. I got shocked. simlocking by career services is not allowed in Europa. at 22th day I told them I didnt know what career-lock is and you didnt tell me. so how I use it in Germany or Turkey.. so I feel scammed. Despite I already told the staff I am new here. they said me we dont have to tell the people what career-lock is. so my iphone is locked and they didnt unlock. and now phone is totally useless. they sold me 799 for nothing. it seems madam liberty murdered years ago.
