I stopped By here after work just to check the place out. One of my coworkers told me that it was worth doing so. I was quickly greeted by 2 friendly faces when I walked through the door, I was approached by 1 asking if there was anything I need to help finding, To which I responded I was just meandering around. Since it was my 1st time in the gentleman pointed me around the store to the different products in different areas to which I found to be pretty helpful. I wasnt necessarily looking to purchase anything today however when I was greeted by a 3rd friendly face asking if there was anything he could help with, I it was at that moment I decided that I was going to purchase a few things from here that werent on my list. This place has a genuinely good group of people working at it. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing you guys all again soon. EL.

I love this place! The staff ( especially Steve, Michael and Jim) are very knowledgeable about the products and what you need and dont need and they dont try to up-sale like REI.

They have everything you need for work or outdoors. I get all my Ben Davis and Dickies here for work and they are the prices are better then Amazon. I highly recommend it

Great store for all around camping and work gear. They carry lots of top brands for men and have a large selection of items. Similar to REI but with a little different mix of items. Always find a great deal or two when I shop here!

I love this place. They have great gear that other outdoor stores do not. I go here for gear first, but especially when Im having trouble finding something I need. This place generally has it if I cant find it closer to where I live. Its well worth the drive.The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. The guy who seems like the manager or owner, is really great, showing up every time just when I need someone to answer questions, but leaving me to wander and explore the store at my own pace. I love looking through this place, they have so much great stuff hidden all over.I love their new location. Great parking too.

This is the go to outdoors store in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Usually they let you browse around on your own until you need them, which is perfect.They sell a wide variety of outdoor gear. If you need it, they probably have it. Quality is great and price is reasonable. Definitely shop here.

Been going here since I was a kid. Theyve ways been cool and treated me like I had e ough money to buy their products. Even when I didnt and was a star struck 10 year old saving money to buy one of their PVC rafts they had hanging from the room back at the old location. Support local business. They have a great selection of knives too!

I purchased a knife as a gift for my father here. The place came recommended by others and u must say the guy selling knives there knew a ton and was very helpful at the same time as offering a low pressure sales environment. They carry Bench Made which Id a terrific product line!

Nice store with a pretty decent selection of items. Picked up an Osprey day pack for dayhiking with my girlfriend for a pretty good price. Tons of quality footwear and camping supplies. Staff seem friendly and knowledgeable.

The employees here are really nice and helpful. This store has tons of selection, everything from heavy duty camping equipment and survival tools to everyday clothes and shoes. Great place to buy high quality items. Id say prices here are average, neither high nor low, but usually reasonable for what youre buying.

Nice selection of hiking boots and trail sandals, as well as rough weather and work boots. Pricey, but good quality clothes for hiking. Staff was friendly, without being overbearing. Id go back again.

I spend a lot if time in Redwood Trading post, so much that they recognize me and have conversations with me. That being said, this place has a great selection for such a small store and the staff are generally very helpful. I will definitely return and often.

This place has a great selection of everything from work wear to camping and emergency kit supplies. The prices are similar to places online, not heavily inflated like most surplus type stores. The staff here is also very friendly.

If you do the work apparel this is the place to go. You have a very friendly staff that is more than willing to help out the customer multiple variety shoes apparel. If you havent tried out Redwood City Trading Post I definitely recommend you should give it a shot.

Redwood is a place you need to support and buy all your clothes in. They sell good quality everything and the staff there will help you find what you need without trying to sell you snake oil. I wish there was a redwood trading post in every city in America

Price wise, some goodies are cheap, like, fire starters, fuel tablets, cups, some clothes, bag packs, and some are over priced, like some portable oven, shoes and clothes. over all a must visit for all emergency supplies seeker, RV owners and camping heads. Check the type of warranty on offer before you hand over any cash in this shop. I bought a 60$ airbed that I kept in the box for 1 week. First night I use it, it loses half the air. So this airbed comes with a manufacturers warranty which offers 1 year replacement - but at the customers shipping cost both ways and out of state. Obviously the cost of using this warranty equals the value of a new airbed so I decided to take it back to Redwood trading Post and see of they were susceptible to common sense.They refused to exchange it, citing the manufacturers warranty. However, they did acknowledge that this warranty is useless due to the high postage costs. So dont expect these guys to look out for you when products are faulty.You can go in there, buy a faulty product and there is nothing you can do about it - well except pay 50$+ to get it fixed. Theyre not that cheap so Id rather take my chances with Target next time.
