It’s been awhile since my 458 was last serviced at different dealership, I’ve had a great experience today with both my service advisor and the technician who helped took care of my issue with the car and I’ve received advice of how to prevent the problem from coming back again, both were friendly, helpful and professional.

Alto Rechenauer as Service Manager helped me with all aspects of my repair. He understood the problem over the phone, and made special arrangements to fit me in over a holiday weekend. I live a long distance from the Silicon Valley dealership, but was in the Silicon Valley area on a Friday and Monday. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule so I could pick up my Portofino after repair and drive it home. He took care of everything, and even solved an engine light problem that couldn’t be figured out the last time I had it in to the S.V. Ferrari shop. Mr. Rechenauer is an extremely pleasant and accommodating gentleman, and a master service professional. I will definitely continue to bring my car in, as long as he is there. It is the first time that I went to Ferrari Silicon Valley for service. I worked with Sarah on my car. The work was done swiftly and Sarah was very responsive and answered my questions in details. Highly recommend Ferrari Silicon Valley.
I called and expressed interest on a vehicle they have for sale on their website, cars.com and the official Ferrari pre owned website back on 8-15-20. I explained to the salesman that their vehicle as the color combination I wanted and at a price point I was comfortable with. I was told it was in the service department but would be available soon. I received a singe return call on the 18th with no new information. I’m currently writing this on 9-1-20 and I’ve purchased a Ferrari from another dealer but strangely no communication yet from this one. It seems a strange practice to advertise a vehicle across multiple platforms that’s not even available for sale yet. The salesman was a nice gentleman to speak to but apparently not interested in selling me a vehicle.

Recently visited dealership to test drive a Maserati. Atmosphere is extremely comfortable. Beautiful display of both Maserati and Ferraris but it was the Sales team that really impressed me. They are not snobby and instead very friendly. Adam, their Internet sales manager, was the main reason why we made our decision to purchase the the Levante S GranSport. He redefined what a car salesman is and should be. He showed genuine consideration in helping us meet our goals by listening to what we wanted and explained the models and their features so we could make the right decision for our family. We are thrilled with our experience we had buying our car as there are no sales reps that have pushy closures who have managers who pass off you off to finance... none of that. Adam helped us 100% of the way and instead of going back and forth with his sales manager, he rather introduced us to Antonio and continued to assist us in a test drive, offered transparent pricing, and got us financed. True one of a kind experience. This is a true testament to his great assistance and professional experience. We absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy a Maserati or Ferrari to stop by this Store as it is in a class of its own.
My son loves luxury cars been Ferrari one of them. He wanted to go in for quite some time,but I wasnt sure if we were allowed. So I took him and my daughter and asked if we could come in to see the cars and the friendly personnel said yes with no problem at all, obviously with out touching anything not that they had to tell us not to, but my kids knew they werent supposed to. Overall its a great place.😊

For someone who has no idea about automobile technologies, I truly appreciated how much time and efforts they spent on explaining each model they have, the features, and deals, etc. Nonetheless, there is a nice bistro by the front door where you can get real Italian meatball pasta. good experience. thank you

This is one of my favourite car dealers that I go too. I have not been to Ferrari SF because I never had the time, but this dealer is very friendly and after going there as a 16year old, going there for the past two years have been fun. Jason (Co-owner) and Charlie (Ferrari Sales) are both great and awesome people. Two months ago I went to the dealership to film a YouTube video and school project and Jason was kind to let me have the privilege to film there. They took me on a tour of what they do. And looking at the service department is very organised. They are under remodelling and will be amazing when I go back. Overall a great experiance there.

I went in with three teenagers to look around and the friendly staff were apologizing that they were working with other people. Its nice that they were apologetic and still very friendly to somebody who was just there to look at the beautiful cars.

I have had my car for 3 years. i have to say their service department has the worst customer service i have known ever since i have owned a car for the past 30 years!They never have loners, and are so NOT helpful in getting a rental. They talk as if though its a privilege to just get them on the phone and are always super busy for a phone conversation which concerns your super expensive car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No offense to honda or toyota, but they have far better service and are always happy to loan you a car and are super nice on the phone.If i end up getting another Maserati i would not go here for service even though it is close to me.
Absolutely terrible parts department service... attitude... unfriendly... and could care less about selling to us... maybe because they think they can treat you however they like because they think that they are the only place you can get a Maserati part in this area. Terrible service over the phone. not at all helpful and after the way the guy talked to us I would rather row a boat myself to europe to get the part I need rather than give this place my business.

Bought a 458 here, not a great experience, dealer forgot to do smog on title transfer, got delayed 3 months for DMV registration, had to do smog myself and never received the promised smog check reimbursement. :(

My F12 underwent its fifth annual service, at Ferrari Silicon Valley, earlier this week. In addition, I needed a trim component replaced in the interior that required removal and reinstallation of the driver’s seat. The service team was new to me since I was last in this shop a year ago. The new team accommodated me with an appointment on exactly the day that I wanted. Their projection of the scope of work necessary, the time it would take, and the cost, were, in the end, exactly what they delivered. Communication was excellent. Quality of workmanship was excellent. The car was returned to me in exactly the condition I hoped for. No surprises, no anxiety. I believe Ferrari Silicon Valley offer the best Ferrari service in the area.
