Bob, the owner (and his Son) are extremely wonderful people. They recently installed a slider window in my ARE shell. They gave me a discount on the installation price, because I purchased the shell from them. Well, when I went to pick it up- the price was 1/2 of the original quote because they said that the install was much easier than originally anticipated. How many businesses would do that? None!! These guys are wonderful.

((Customer service review))Ive driven passed this place for years. I recently got a truck and wanted to install a leveling kit on it. I decided to step in and get a quote. I cant think of the name of the person who help me off the top of my head but I will make sure to have it on my next review ((Installation review)) I want to say his name was Ken.. either way, he made me feel comfortable and confident about purchasing from them. He even drives the same type truck I have. I felt he was honest and courteous in selling me his product and labor. Now, I have to say, I have not read any reviews regarding leveling kit or lift kit installations of any sort at their shop. Which makes me a bit nervous but he did tell me that for the more invasive lift kits they send the vehicles elsewhere for installation but for the type of lift kit Im purchasing they do them at their shop all the time. I guess I look forward to being the first satisfied customer to write a positive lift kit installation review done by them. Cheers!

They explained everything to us clearly and provided consultation on upgrades, the order in which to do them, and even showed me how to remove/reinstall the new components. Huge selection of hard to find stuff. Price is solid, even labor is very reasonable. They do appointments and non-appointments. Add on something? Done. Need something else at the last minute (trailer brake controller), done/installed. They have the largest selection of ladder/ lumber racks. Everyone else I called had to order it. Family owned and operated. I cant think of a better place for truck accessories.

Just picked up my new F150 with a new Leer shell. Everything about what was installed is impeccable, but I dont at all like that my truck received a new juicy ding in the process and Im flat out lied to that it was there when I dropped it off. I know it wasnt and I have witnesses as well. Im NOT happy!

Ive driven by this place for years thinking that they mainly did camper shells, tow hitches, racks, etc. Im more than happy to admit that I SEVERELY underestimated what these guys could do for a truck. I brought my 2016 F150 XLT in to see if these guys could help me decide on which wheels and tires would give me the look I was going for. For anyone that has ever bought larger wheels/tires, you know how easy it is to get bogged down by the numerous options available. These guys really broke it down for me so that I knew how my choices would affect the look of the truck. I brought my truck in yesterday morning for new wheels, tires, and a levelling kit. I came back later the same day to pick up the finished job. I have to admit that it was a 50/50 mixture of excitement/nervousness; eager to see the truck but still worried I might not have made the right choices.Thank you...thank you...thank you Custom Truck. I now have the truck I have always wanted. Seeing the finished F150 with a totally different stance put the biggest smile on my face. You need to double check any installation these guys do on your truck. Had them install a new lumber rack and discovered they didnt even use washes when installing... This caused the rack to shift and rip the body along to top edge at the bolt in point..... Really crappy work by so called professional installers.... Buyer be ware.
