This was once a good store with a friendly, helpful staff but sadly this is no longer true. I had asked to speak to the store manager regarding the closure of the customer restrooms. I waited for 15 minutes with my 98 year old mother while she was suffering with a stomach ache. We were told first that the restroom was out of order, (2 weeks ago) and this time the excuse was covid. This is a sorry excuse for a drug store where many elderly customers shop, and cant make it to the Corner Bakery restroom, where they are telling customers to go. What happened to the management here?
Weeks ago I visited the pharmacy to see why an order for a 30 day prescription was not going to be available for a period of 7 weeks since the previous pickup. The person I spoke with told me they would submit it, but later when I followed up online it that it was on hold with no further information. I tried to call a week ago and after being on hold for 30 minutes gave up. Today, since I am now out of town and need to simply transfer my prescription I had no choice but to speak with someone there. So, after 30 minutes on hold again someone picked up the line and tells me I have to call the CVS where I want to arrange the pickup. I did and after waiting for another 30 minutes on hold, the person there tells me that for some reason that their attempt to transfer one of my prescriptions is not working and that I have to call the same location that sent me on the chase to begin with. I guess this is the end result of Wall Street run amok, where a handful of companies control each market and the service from each sucks since they have squeezed every ounce of blood from their business in the endless pursuit of increasing shareholder value. We the consumers are left with limited choices all of which suck.
I really miss the old staff. I remember when this location was a Longs Drugs and eventually became a CVS. Always used to have great customer service but nowadays the young cashiers cant even bother with a simple hi or how are you today before asking for a CVS card. The usual greeting (and Ive given this many, many tries - maybe someone was having an off day?) is Do you have a CVS card? ... No hello or anything of the sort. Just do you have a card? Not even a smile to go with that curt and sorry attempt at a greeting. Maybe Im old fashioned, but I consider it rude. It only seems to be the girls, though. The male cashiers always manage some form of friendly greeting. The young female cashier that rang me up tonight didnt bother to greet me or the woman behind me, but she was very friendly and happy to see the man behind us in line. This is a point that the management should definitely address.
They will not assist in printing documents even thought it says on their website that they do. F-
Good store that had a lot of everything. A quick stop here can fill a lot of needs. Prescription service is fast and accurate. They do autorefill and reminders as well.
Pharmacy Stuff are always so kindly & Pharmecist are super nice & remember all our kids by name! They always been finding better solution for me when our insurance doesnt cover some medication ...
Glad they carried Arctic Glacier ice. Nice associates, loved the $1 section. Wish they were 24 hours or open a little later.

Had everything I needed and much more, staff super polite and very helpful
Standard CVS location. Propane tanks available, short checkout lines, pharmacy is quick.
Good CVS, you lack frozen food options
