The wax specialist was a nightmare. She started waxing with a very rude comment. I just touched my skin for a second and she just screamed at me “Don’t touch” as if I were touching her skin. I got late by 5 minutes for my appointment. She left my waxing in the middle saying that She had only 10 minutes to do my waxing as I was 5 minutes late . So, she cannot finish. I told her that I was not told this at front desk, she started screaming at me in the middle of the waxing that “unfortunately I don’t control front desk”. When I told that I will complain to her supervisor, she put the wax on me and left outside to call someone. She did this just to humiliate me. Though the supervisor was nice but this lady made my whole experience a nightmare. Would never go to this facility again.

I have booked 2 appointments with this franchise and i couldnt even get service either time. And both times i called to confirm my appointment ahead of time. The most unreliable company i have ever tried to use. I spent close to 60$ to uber there. Its just a big waste of time. I wont even bother with them anymore.

First time back in a while. Check in was fast and easy, they have you wait outside but unlike other EWCs, there is no bench or seat. Their chair is inside but no one can sit on it to wait. It looks like they are still sorting things out and Im just glad theyre open. I would recommend blocking off a couple of parking spaces directly in front so customers can wait in their vehicles instead of standing outside in the sun. Just a suggestion. Service was great. Hopefully more staff will be able to return to work.

The lady was very nice but also rushing to get to the next client and hair was not waxed all the way off I got home and it was still fuzzy for a $70 Brazilian wax I rather go to the culver city location the Westwood is not it

Niaya did an amazing job, and was sooo friendly and genuine. This is the first time im not sore after a wax and she was very thorough. I will be back!

The waxers are fast and the front desk staff is phenomenal! The three ladies at the front chatted with me while I waited and gifted me a small promo set when I signed up for a wax package.

This place will get the job done! Quick easy and reasonably priced ($12 brow wax). Jessica always does great work my skin has never been smoother!

I was on my way to Hawaii the next day and had Kim wax my bikini area and full legs. I was one of the later appointments for the day. Kim went so fast and rushed me out I didn’t even have time to protest her work well. I did try to have her reward some areas I saw right away but didn’t have time to fully see how bad she had done until I got back to my hotel. I decided to go to European Wax Center because I knew they were often very good as I had gone several times in Denver and had great experiences at different locations even. This time it was so bad that I had to pluck and shave when I got back which not having to shave during my vacation was the whole point of going when I did. I wrote the store asking to talk to someone but no one contacted me back. Very disappointed in this location.

Great every time. Its fast, professional and friendly and thats all Im looking for in a waxing place. Also the facility is CLEAN and neat. I always recommend it to my friends.
