I finally decided to visit Bath & Body Works at the Mall; hadnt been since Covid taken over.I was disappointed the next day, I received an email for online sales that wouldve saved me more than half of what I paid at the store.I couldve ordered online and picked up my purchases or free delivery over $50; which I qualify for. Sheesh.Quess what Im doing?

I rate them five stars because I love their foaming hand soap. This is the only product I purchased from them so I cannot expound on other products. The hand soap, foaming, is great! The staff is fairly knowledgeable as well. Ill be going back when I run low on hand soap! And they always have good sales on the stuff.

This place was amazing, the one in the South Bay Galleria. The young lady at the door, her hospitality and personality was amazing. She helped me with downloading the Bath and Body Work app.

Today Was A Busy And Successful Shopping Day At Bath And Body Works. Thanks To The Staff For Their Helpfulness Which Enabled Us To Find And Purchase All But One Of The Candle Fragrances (Strawberry Shortcake, Which Was Sold Out) That We Went To Buy. The Wife And I Went To The South Bay Galleria Store At 6:10am...It Was Full Of Shoppers, And, That Is Where We Made Our Initial Purchase. At Approximately 1:10pm, The Wife And I Went To The Bath And Body Works Store In The South Bay Pavilion In Carson And It Was Packed With Shoppers And A Long Line Waiting Outside To Be Allowed Into The Store. Sadly, The Store Did Not Have Any Of The Candle Fragrances That We Were Looking For So, We Went Back The South Bay Galleria Store And At 2:46 pm, We Once Again Purchased What We Were Looking For.

Arrived 2 hours before closing time, came afterwork and the lady wouldnt allow me to stand in line anymore even when the line was not too long! Very upset my daughter wanted her candles and she was very upset because she hardly comes out due to the pandemic

This store had great customer service, they ask if you need help. But not constantly, which is very great. I hope they being back the cucumber melon scent, my favorite 💜

I dont buy their generic stuff any longer except 1 particular smell, and only body wash. That stuff made in China and obviously its bad for you. But they carry more upscale Aromatherapy items I buy . Stress relief, Energy, Sleep etc each $18.50+. They dont carry pharmaceutical brand name skin care anymore, I think only few for men

The store is small. Doesnt have a lot of selections I think. That is why is getting the 4 stars. The cashier that was there today was pretty nice. The girl on the floor looked like she was tired and frustrated.I rather go to the Montebello mall. Its bigger and everyone their is helpful.
