I called direct, ordered what I wanted, and received it as per my order. They didnt charge my CC until it was shipped (thank you) and shipped PROMPTLY. Perfect transaction, exactly what I expected. The sign of any good business is they recognize on occasion, something goes wrong. A great business will fix whatever is wrong (humanly possible) because their reputation matters to them. That said, I called them direct because the other guys couldnt seem to stop making stupid mistakes. Who needs that? My rating: A+ Thanks SCAT, no disappointments here.

I bought a $2200 striker rotating assembly for a big block Chevy. The oil rings for the pistons were the incorrect size. Its now going on day 10 with no hope in sight for Scat to make this right they keep making one excuse after another....should have went with Eagle...never again with Scat.

Scat has everything I needed to build a bulletproof bottom end to my sleeper. Now I got enough to make my wife nervous when I drive. The people a SCAT were friendly. If you want the best go to SCAT.

Very shocked to have returned parts, completely new in packaging to be charged a 20% restocking fee. After years of restoring Vw’s and buying parts worldwide I’ve never come across this issue. Very dissapointed in their business and will be taking mine elsewhere.

They have the best at SCAT. Id been searching for a while for some quality stuff and SCAT gave me what I needed and even dropped it right on my doorstep.

They sent the wrong parts for my kit then charged me for it. The wrong parts messed up the balance had to get it rebalanced out of my own pocket. Gonna try eagle next time never scat again.
