Very cool motorcycle shop with repair services on site. They sell several of the popular brands and the parts department is stocked with nice products. The service personnel are knowledgeable and very nice too. This is one of their many locations and this is a smaller shop compared to the BIG on in Orange.

Have money come spend it here.If you want 2, 3, or 4 wheel devices they will sell it to you.What color do you want? They have four different shades of red .You can sell your old junk to them .They also fix things here too.Bring the kids .The have a wide selection for 3 and 4 year olds.There is a ladys rack too.Sales staff is amazing. They will hook you up with anything .Also sells used motorcycles too.Has great artic air conditioning in the show roomThe only question is how loud is it .Louder is ALWAYS better

I wish they communicated some things a little better, and were easier to reach on the phone, but their team remained professional even when I was pushing them to get things done, and in the end Im happy with the product.

They never answered the phone. I called three different stores went through many different options on the menu I tried to get a hold of cells then I try to get ahold of order updates and then I try to get a hold of the car and vehicle department for update on my truck and not one store answered their calls during the past three days and when they did answer that one time that they did they asked to please hold and then they never actually took the call.

Sergio and Raymond are my go to guys when I go there. They always help me with any questions I throw at them. All the reps I have dealt with there have been helpful including service guys.

Ive built/upgraded multiple vehicles over many years at this location. Chevy, Ford, Toyota and Dodge vehicles. From extensive builds to basic leveling kits. If I ever have an issue they always make it right. Good group of guys over there. There service manager Adolf has been there for YEARS and is very knowledgeable! Ask for David the front saleperson and have Chuy as the technician. David arranged the whole installation process to stay on schedule. Chuy did a professional job installing my front grille for my Tacoma. He also fixed and secured the original damaged and loose plastic front grille. Very happy.

If you not going to spend thousands of dollars here not even waits you time the people behind the desk the helpless i not even know why they doing there if we need to find the right part for them just to order

Employees are always welcoming. Weve been going to Chris who gives us excellent suggestions on what we can do to fix up our 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The mechanics are good. They can always find out how to fix/change things on our Jeep. Wait time for parts are not long. Store reminds me of a reality car shop show. Very nice. We wouldnt go anywhere else for 4 Wheel parts.

If I could give them a negative review I would. When I walk in the guy at the counter obviously hates his job. He slams down the phone saying let me put you on hold. I had called a week ago and asked if I needed an appointment and the guy on the phone said just come in. I get there and they tell me you need an appointment, we are booked up for a month. This company is very unprofessional and should never be used.

These guys are great! Every service person Ive dealt with is very knowledgeable and courteous. We all know that modifying your vehicle is pricey, but the friendliness of these guys definitely take some of the sting away.

I was excited to shop at 4 Wheel Parts, but I sure was disappointed after all was said and done. Drop some significant cash on a new top for my Jeep and online it said that it would arrive at Redondo the next day (from a sister warehouse). Went to the store, not there... I was told it arrive the next day. Called back the next day, still not there. Called back the next day and they finally figured out that they didnt have it in inventory! Youre a retail company... figure out your inventory. Or at least let me know the first OR second time I ask and quit promising next day delivery. it Ill be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

Poor customer service at first after awhile got a little better

Worked with Marco and his mechanic to install a bull bar on my 2008 Honda CRV. I had already removed the guard but realized after trying to do it myself I was in over my head seeing as how Id never done it before. Went into 4 wheel auto parts and they charged $115 (seemed pretty high) per hour with a 2 hour max window. They finished it just over an hour and only charged me the $115 (honest move). Not only that, but as validated over and over again in life as I get older, you get what you pay and although it is a little pricey, you are going to without a doubt get GREAT work done on your vehicle that you can rest assured is of the highest quality.

Brandon helped me, went out to my truck with me, and got numbers off my rusty jacked up shocks. Went inside and got me all taken care of.

I had air bags installed on my Ford F-150 and the associates were all very helpful and delivered 5 star service. I had made an installation appointment over a month prior for the Friday after thanksgiving thinking it would be a good day to schedule with work etc. Not realizing that it was Black Friday. I arrived an hour early and sure enough by opening time there was a huge line of customers. The guys at 4 wheel parts were professional and very knowledgeable.The shop was very clean and the product displays are user friendly. Very comfortable waiting room area with ice cold water and cable tv with remotes you can actually change channels with etc.When I picked up my truck at the end of the day, I was shocked there was still a line out the door and no one had even taken time for lunch. And I over heard one of them even comment to another customer we close at 6pm but if your in the door at 5:59pm we will stay as long as you need to answer all your questions.Definitely recommend 4 wheel parts Redondo Beach for all your Truck, and off road specialty needs.

They advertise that they will price match any legitimate price, but they didnt, even after I called and they said yes, but ar the store they said no.

The fellas over here really know how to take care of anything with four wheels ! The only other place I ever take my Jeep to is the dealership were I got it . Those Scott Robinson Team Guys are tops! Thanks again Yusef you are awesome we love our Jeep.

Wasnt there long enough to rate

Took my 03 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 4wheel drive in for a manual hub conversion. Got my truck back missing one stud and they fail to tell me that one of the studs was left hand threaded.... Lucky I always walk over to see the job results!!!!! Boy was I in for a shock!!!!! A year after the front manual locking hub conversion had a sh*^£ load of play. Ended up paying again to another shop. The technician showed me the bearings all lose and damage..........

Bought a set of four 15x10 pro comp wheels and a package of wheel studs a 40 series flowmaster exhaust, Borla Chrome tip and 4 General tires 255 60 R 15 and never received a call notifying me my parts were available for in store pick up nor told me my tires would take months to be available also told me my Borla exhaust tip would arrive on Tuesday but second call ( I made)was then told a week later item would arrive after my patience ran thin I finally got tired of the run around game after dropping over a grand there I decided its best and Ill just pick up my Wheels 15x10s and my flowmaster exhaust and just cancel the 4 tires and Borla Chrome tip and take my business elsewhere, its ridiculous and very un professional to conduct a ( successful) business run in such a manner with horrible customer service always remember without( US )the customer) you want have a business, 4 wheel parts Redondo get your s##t together its a prime location for success especially for 4 wheel and off road vehicles and Sergio watch what you say never know whos around or in your presence referring to customers in a very rude and juvenile manner, keep it professional and show some class as a true Adult and businessmen ;)

If you are desperate for a part and dont mind paying way over at everyone else is changing then this place will suffice. Also if you are desperate and let them work on your truck or install a part for you ask I can say is God speed.

I personally couldnt be more disappointed in four wheel parts although the staff may be courteous means nothing with out the skill set to work and a nation wide store my exspienec has ben and ongoing pain in my ass and when you spend the kind of money we do on our rigs we expect top notch installers its not at the redondo beach location ! I wonder if they should work at pep boys where knowledge is limited ! My personal on going issues continue after 3 separate times of leaving my truck there from 9:00am to 5:00 pm and its still not rectified unfortunately where talking about wiring up some lights in my smitty built m1 pumper ! If you cant handle that task your working at the wrong placeNEVER AGAIN not at redondo four wheel parts
