I had to fix some minor dents and scratches to my Infiniti. Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to make the reservation all the way to getting my keys back. Brian and his team not only fixed the car up beautifully, but also gave the car a clean!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone-- Very professional and great quality. Also, if you need a rental while your car is being fixed, they also work with a nearby Hertz which they can help arrange. You can also leave your vehicle here for Hertz to pick up (just make sure it wont add days to your rental- or they can always drop you back off at Avenue).

Scott Robinson Chrysler sent me to Avenue for a warranty paint repair and Avenue did a superb job on the fix. Some months later when I needed another minor repair after a surprise encounter with a plastic traffic control stanchion, I went back for an estimate. The cost for the repair came in far below what I expected. Avenue ordered the parts and completed the repair in short order. A good honest body shop is a beautiful thing.

Update: I had to use them again in July 2021 due to a minor incident in a parking lot that caused damage to the painted portion of the rear bumper they had replaced for me a few months earlier (the basis of my review below from April 2021). Once again, they did a great job and the bumper looks brand new. They are consistent in delivering high quality service in a timely manner with professional, courteous staff. On both occasions, we have been very impressed by the excellent quality of their work and customer service. They are very forthright in their estimates and are very reasonable in terms of expense. I had both insurance-covered work and noncovered work performed. Their estimate for the noncovered work was 1/3 the amount estimated by another body shop, using the same OEM parts. They extended the same discounted labor rate to me that they charge my insurance company, which helped a lot. I hope we never have to have body repair work performed again, but if we do, well have no hesitancy in giving them our business again.

We had some repairs made to our 2004 Acura TSX. We just picked it up a day ago and Im still going out to look at how beautiful it looks again. For me like having a new Car. They did a very professional job and I would use them again.

Completed repair in a timely manner

We got an initial quote to fix our car. We took it in on a Thursday and by Monday they told us itd be more than an additional $5000 to fix it. We werent worried about that so much because we had been hit by another driver and their insurance was paying for it. Our car was older though with high miles and it was worth it to us to just replace the car. Henry called us Monday around 4:30 (they close at five) and I told him Id talk to my wife and wed decide what to do, and he said itd be $220 to put our car back together plus $150 storage fee per day. I talked him out of the $150 storage fee because he was just telling us this news and they close in 30 minutes. Its ridiculous for us to pay something like that when we had no idea what the outcome was going to be. I called them at 8:01 the next day and left a message (they open at 8) and confirmed we just wanted the car put back together rather than fixing it. Then Henry calls my wife and tells her itll be ready Wednesday afternoon and itll be $370. Now he tells my wife theres an additional $150 administration fee and says they had to do so much hard work emailing the insurance to go over the additional repair fee...? I literally talked to him the night before and made him aware our intention to not repair the car and he told me $220, and he had already confirmed with the insurance that theyd send a supplemental repair check. So now it seems like since they know how much money we got from the insurance and they wont get paid for the repair theyre just gonna throw on any random fee. I got home Wednesday at 4:30 and still no call. they didnt have the car ready. I talked to Brian and he kept saying it was just a mistake that henry forgot to mention the administration fee and that we owe it because apparently its hard to email insurances and tell them a quote. he also kept saying well we wont charge you a storage fee. Well yeah, you still havent fixed my car when you said itd be ready and I had to call him to figure out why it wasnt ready. He said itd be ready Thursday by 9:30, then at the end of the call he said by 10. They called me just after 11 on Thursday that it was finally ready. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

The person I worked with here was excellent. The car was repaired to like new condition and Troy navigated all of this issues I was having with the insurance company fluidly.They may not look like much when you pull in but their work is superb, their customer service is outstanding, and my customer experience rivals any top Fortune 500 companys.

Great customer service, quality repairs and paint. Have been sending my customer here for a couple of years plus had to use them for my personal vehicles in the past.

I will give them no star if I could. I took my car in for repair from an accident, they took forever to get it fixed. Kept giving different dates for pick up and when I finally got it from them. My car lighting had problem, I called to inform them about this new issues and I was told “it’s because it’s a older car and things will start to fall apart,” one of the guys told me it was a sensor on my door that made the car seat belt sound not go off when I don’t have my seat belt on. He told me it will cost about $400 to get the lighting issues resolved, he suggested a diagnosis which he told me would cost about $100 only to get there and was told it cost $150. He told me the cost of fixing the supposed sensor for the door was $60 but I decided to check online and watch videos to get it fixed, to my surprise the problem with the lighting was a power fuse, I can’t believe he tried to have me pay that much to fix a damn fuse....I’m done using them, will never go there again.

My car was having some trouble so i brought it here to get checked out. The people were nice my only concern was the mechanic kept trying to sell me more and more and i didnt need these things. Was not appreciated.
