If I could I would give no stars ….. stood in line for 25 minutes waiting for one cashier to help out there is only one cashier…. Top it all off I finally get to the front of the line I try to buy sunscreen by the way the sunscreen they have a full shelf of sunscreen so anybody can get one and purchase it I finally get to the front of Pf and lady tells me that they’re taking it back because of defective but yet they still have a fourth shelf out there that is horrible I’m telling you in for this being an Redlands never again am I going to go to the store again 25 minutes and I didn’t even get the sunscreen that I came for like really…. Management needs to do a better job with removing stuff from shelves that is defective there is no reason for that steel to be on the shelf if they are not selling it they should have pulled it as soon as they found out…. Also need better training on the one cashier that you have there every time she had a problem she had a run off and look for someone else trust me if I can give you guys zero stars I would..Oh almost forgot that it’s the CVS brand, it’s there own brand and still there own employees don’t know about it ZERO STARS IF I COULD

I went in to drop off a prescription from the doctor. I ended up getting the covid-19 vaccine and the flu shot and they were all very nice and helpful.

This store is clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the stores products. Carlotta was a great help with setting me up the carepass. I recommend this store for your health and personal needs.

Rude workers. I ordered at poster for my fiance birthday said it would be there at 11. Wasnt ready never got an email confirmation. Nobody was at the photo area. Rude act like I dont know what Im talking about and by now its 3 and when I called they said its not ready yet. But when I get there apparently the printer is broken. Oh thanks for not telling me that when I called 4 hours ago. Photo lady and the cashier who wears red lipstick with black hair are RUDE.

Their store claims to be open 24 hours on google business, their machine operator when you call also says the store is open 24 hours, yet somehow I cannot get a live person to answer the phone. Its 12 AM, Im sure the store isnt busy. Therefore someone should be able to answer the phone for a customer in need. .y husband bought me one dont need store after all the receipt had a lot of useless numbers I just threw it in the trash hopefully I will never get another one from them ever..

I actually feel real bad for this store.They have some of the Hopies going in and grabbing their alcohol. Then off they go in their new run fast Christmas Present Shoes

Good Pharmacy

Attempted to get flu shots for the family this morning. Arrived at 8:15 AM. There was no line and 4-5 pharmacy techs behind the counter. We waited 30 minutes and still didn’t receive the shot. Kids were upset and restless by this point and we ended up leaving. Go somewhere else.

The cashier, Sherry, was very rude after checking us out. My husband and I were in the store for no more than 10 minutes. We brought in our 3 month old puppy who is also an emotional service dog that helps with my anxiety. My husband was holding him tightly against his chest as I paid while checking out. Our puppy is very shy and quiet. After checking out and being given our receipt Sherry says and I quote Next time you come in, put your dog on a leash. I dont care if youre carrying it or not. We felt so uncomfortable, offended and unwelcomed that we were speechless. Aside from the fact that there are no signs saying we cant bring our dog in, she sounded as if she owned the place. We have never encountered such rude service at any CVS locations until today. Maybe she was having a bad day but thats no excuse to be rude to customers. She could have chosen better words than saying I dont care.. That encounter truly affected the rest of our night. As dog owners, our puppy is family and Im sure any other dog owner can relate. We will continue to be customers but rest assured well avoid checking out with Sherry whether or not our puppy is with us.

First I wanna say thank you for deliveries but aside from that, the whole experience at this CVS is dreadful. I can understand when they getBacked up but their lack of organization has multiple people leaving hours after their “15 min” wait time. Before I left today a customer complained and then a staff member in the pharmacy said to me (though they had called my name and there was nobody else in line) “maam go stand over there and wait so I can check on your prescription”. Her tone was rude and just so happened that another customer whos name had also been called was waiting there as well. So, she chose to be completely rude to me. I am done coming to this place. On another day the pharmacist could no figure out the system so she kept my information sheet and gave me my prescription. Most of the staff acts like they cannot be bothered even though they applied to work there all on their own.

Leliana was very helpful and quick when picking up my brothers prescription. The hospital could not find his information and made us pay cash, they told us medicine would be over $200 but when we got to the pharmacy and explained to Leliana that he did have insurance just couldnt find his card she looked him up quickly using his personal information and we were out the door no cost. Weve been coming to this CVS for decades and will continue to due to the great staff.

Absolutely awful experience Jose is the single worst employee to ever be hired couldn’t work a POS stand to save his own life. It’s absolutely revolting that management continues to let bad behavior and poor customer service take precedence over the customers experience.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy in the county not so much the staff theyre just understaffed... I dont care about the begging teenagers in front of the door I just want my medication and the manager and is the biggest wuss ever.. be nice if you answer the phone every now and then also piss poor Pharmacy

Please support people that love their jobs and do them well. DONT SHOP AT THIS CVS. From the moment we walked in we were treated VERY rudely. My wife and I stopped on the way home ( we live in Phoenix) to grab a few things and use the restroom. I was sent to the pharmacy who then sent me up front. I was sent back and fourth several times unroll the white haired lady in the front told me....we dont let people use the restroom on Thursday. No....really...thats what she told me. They could of told me this at anytime instead of sending me back and fourth. Of course we didnt buy anything after that. As we were leaving there were two young men on their way in and the white haired lady told them no one under 18 is allowed in CVS. They dont like family or kids. Dont spend your money here.

I came in there at 5am with a terrible sinus headache. I asked the pharmacist what he suggested and he helped me pick something that was behind the counter. He was very kind. I appreciated the service at a tough time for me.

Dropped off on Nov 16 evening, the pharmacist said it will take two hours. I end up checking on Sunday morning. They said we were running out of the prescriptions, need to order. So on Monday, there is no update, no information, nothing. I called to check, they said please wait for another hour.The bottom line is - these pharmacists don’t care about their customers. When it is out of stock, they should notify customers. And when the stock is in, they need to make the long waiting list as the high priority. If I did not call in on Monday, who knows how long you will need to wait.

I used to go to the CVS on Boulder and Baseline and they were awful.. theyd never call my doctor or get my perscrips filled on time so I tried this location instead and theyve been super helpful and on top of things! 24hr is hard to beat too.

We were waiting for a long time to get my 7 year old medication, when he need it to go to the restroom my daughter and I asked a employee for the key so my son could go to the restroom we were toll that none could use the restroom that it was policy on Thursdays so I ask my son to hold it. When I saw two girls walking by us and enter to the restroom.So I guess that policy of not using the restrooms only apply if you are Hispanic not if you are white...... Good to know what kind of people work there.

Fast and efficient! By the time the pharmacist was done putting my prescription in the computer, the prescription was filled! So happy!

The employees here are very helpful and courtious. The nice young ladz that work at night/AM are very helpful. And the Pharmacy staff is far better than any where in Redlands. The prices are a little higher then most CVS, but then its Redlands. 😼Thank you to all the employees.

If you have a choice, use another pharmacy. Wait times on the phone are long, once you get through the people are often outright rude, A bunch of times now when I was told the prescription will be ready in an hour they were not ready, and that’s after showing up two hours later. And finally, the pharmacy line is always long. Only reason for the two star rating is because it’s open 24/7.

Im really disappointed in this store, mainly the manager on duty. I had bought my wife some spray hair color to put in her Christmas stocking. I got the wrong color and didnt keep the receipt. My wife went in to exchange for the right color and the manager accused her of stealing. Un fricken believable. My wife was so upset that she was shaking. The Awefull manager refused to give her name, but thats ok, because their Corperate is going to here about this.We will never shop at this trashy drug store again and I suggest knowone else does. We live in Highland and have never been treated like this by the two Highland stores.Dear on duty manager. If your reading this...you need some serious retraining and maybe a mental evaluation. Almost every time I come to the CVS in Redlands, the parking lot is full and there is hardly any customers inside the store itself. Had to park nearly half way across the mall.The Pharmacy staff is nice, but very slow. It takes a very long time, even with a short line to pick up meds.The bathroom policy is absurd, since you have to get a key. One time I had to go really bad it was not aware of this. Made it to the back of the store only to find out I had to go back up to get the key only to find out that someone else was already in the restroom, and when I got back oh, someone else was in line. I ended up having to go somewhere else to go to the restroom.

You better call the pharmacy before you pick up your prescribed medicine...

I went to this location last night around 10pm to return a few items I had bought from another CVS but I lost the receipt and as soon as I told the manager this, she tells me shes going to have alert the police and accuses me of lying to her. I said sure go ahead and the police and tell them you need there help because your being lied to. If you dont want to accept an item for return just say so, dont treat me like a criminal just because youre a lazy idiot. Im taking my complaint to the corporate office as well.

They where very rude, my prescription was supposed to be ready today but it wasn’t, what I have is very painful and could be deadly if not taking my medicine. And to top it all of when I called and asked if my medicine was in they hung up on me.

I waited in line to buy a stamp, which is fine, but when I got up to the counter, there was an older woman with gray hair and glasses. I asked if they sold stamps and she cut me off saying, I cant hear you and so I said it again and she cut me off again and said $9 so clearly she heard me the first time. And I asked if they sold just single stamps and she cut me off AGAIN before completely finishing my sentence and said NO, $9 for a book. Very rude! I dont know what her problem was but I think something should be done. The line was super long too and it usually isnt. If someone in charge is reading this, I didnt get her name but it was at 9:30 am on 9/29 and she was at a checkout near the exit.

My husband went in to get a prescription filled after having three teeth extracted, and was denied service without an explanation. Apparently, according to their staff, it is NOT the customers right to receive an explanation while the pharmacist reserves the right to deny any service for any reason and is not obligated to disclose the cause of his decision. This is news to me, my husband was in terrible pain and they flat-out refused to fill his prescription... What a load of crap! Screw you, Mr. Pharmacist!!

14 mins on hold with the pharmacy and havent even spoken to one time. The recording playing while waiting to spoken to sounds trashy and breaks up the entire time. Waste of time. Employees are rude and move slow. They do not seem to care about the customer in any which way. You guys should of closed with the mall and let a real drug store move. What a joke.

On Thursdays, starting at 5 o clock, if you are under the age of 18 you cannot shop at this location. There is no sign, no warning. I went in today not knowing this, and I was going to buy chapstick. I walked in, and the cash register lady said hello. After I started to head to the makeup department she calls out and ask if me and my friend are 18 or not. We replied no and she tells us we need to leave because its market night. Not only did she do this from afar, she got everyones attention on us making us feel retarded or something. If they are going to have this enforced they ought to have a sign go up on Thursdays or wake the dumb rule should go down.

Horrible restroom, almost lost my stomach there. It shouldnt be allowed for a business to have such bad bathrooms.

Worst pharmacy. Every time I come they cant find my prescription. There is only 1 cashier and one counter person with over 15 customers. Horrible service.

This is without a doubt the most poorly run pharmacy that I have ever used. It took nearly an hour and a half to get a prescription filled.

Can be tough to park here, especially on thursday nights. Like that the pharmacy is open 24hrs.
