I always love the Service I receive I only pay my bills I havent traveled in years but it. Was only a rental car and car and experience was great there tow and rescue service is excellent Ive been with them for 17years and have never been disappointed thank you

Redlands AAA was extremely efficient for my needs. Friendly, and fast service. In and out in a matter of minutes!

We called AAA to get our Car towed. They sent their 3rd party tow truck to tow our Car and damaged our front bumper. It was perfectly fine until the driver damaged it. We got a quote to fix it for $1000. AAA offered us $500 and told us pretty much take it or leave it. How is that fair?

This location is great. You can get all your DMV stuff done there, get all your insurance needs met, and though Ive never used any of their travel services Im sure you can get those needs met there also. Ive never waited long either to get things completed.

The Automobile Club of Southern CaliforniaIn Redlands,California is a very convenient and full service auto,home,life and casualty insurance provider.They also provide towing services,travel and cruise reservations and trip assistance to anywhere in the world!They have a very friendly and helpful staffalways ready to help.You can also take care of DMV and registration matters here at no extra service costs than what the DMV would charge and you can avoid the lines!They also have terrific assortment of travel books available for members.Plenty of free parking,close to the I-10 freeway and afterwards grab something to eat at nearby restaurants!

Car Registration - good place to do it but, still cant use a card with debit printed on it AND will change a % to use a credit card... Its 2021, I dont understand so, I paid cash AGAIN, thats okay, its faster than the DMV.

I was surprised on how much money I saved. This is my 25th year of being a AAA member. With my Premier membership they provide a lot. Otherwise, probs may cost me a lot of money if I got stuck.

Staff is UNBELIEVABLELY customer oriented. Line is not bad and moves quickly.

Went to get Placard, had no problem and got in and out.

Picked up maps and had my passport picture taken. Done and done. Fast and courteous. Only Con is they wont let you use their public restrooms. Such a shame you cant even was your hands. Time to open them up again.

Mostly friendly employees, sometimes very long lines (25+ min), lots of services available rather than going to DMV.

Staff here were super helpful and knowledgeable on the somewhat complex stuff I had to do with my cars, switching titles and changing plates, etc. Definitely recommend going here instead of the DMV at all costs!!! Saves you a lot of time.

Had an excellent experience at AAA, again. They were beyond accommodating when told I very recently had surgery and tried to avoid me entering the building (Covid). In the end I went in for 5 minutes to sign but they went above and beyond with kindness! Special thanks to Bernice who processed my registration and Terry.

Went this time for a transfer of title and pay the registration on a dirt bike I bought for my son. Got there mid week 15 minutes before opening and there was a line of about 15 people already. They had a sequence of marks on the ground and the admin was asking who was there for what. People just making in person insurance payments were taken before anyone needing DMV services. Took me about 15 minutes to get inside. Then there were about 4 more spots inside to stand in line. Then I was called to the DMV services and took about 2 minutes for the transfer and registration payment. FYI they take cash or major credit card. DEBIT cards with MasterCard or Visa are NOT accepted. If you use a major credit card there’s a fee like 3% or something. I always take cash anyways.

Friendly staff, they had a woman waiting outside who was directing people where they needed to go and keeping everyone socially distanced. She was very pleasant. Everyone I interacted with inside was also pleasant. I’m glad that I can come here to do things that you would normally have to do at the DMV and it’s done in half the time.

It was good we had to wait in line but the employees brought us water and made us as comfortable as they could and keeping us safe

Had to stop at AAA to renew car registration. Due to COVID issues you cannot talk to a live person thru phone. One line to get in and ot took about 30-35 minutes. Far better than DMV. Had to register car in person due to car recall issue.

Happy this location was open and serving customers. I renewed the Auto License & received my Tags immediately. A service Im thankful they have. No waiting, access and parking plentiful. Everyone was friendly, it was quick & easy.Note: They ONLY take CASH

There was a line outside when I arrived about 12:30(lunch time) however they are checking people in as you arrive, advising of how long the wait could be. They estimated the wait to be about 20 mins and were spot on. When my turn came around I entered to find another line however wasnt in that line for more than a min when I was directed to Christina who was amazing!!!! She not only took care of the registration I initially went in for but she took care of an additional registration that I have had a problem with before Covid-19. Thank you Christina for going above and beyond, explaining the why behind the problem and doing it all with a great positive attitude!!

Even with covid restrictions, i only waited about 20mins to get helped and the service is always great!!

I was trying to get new license plates for my truck because someone stolen and I did what they asked me to do after taking a day off to take care of the problem I came back from Desert hot springs with the paper work and I was told that they wouldnt not be able to give me the new plates and stickers because my address on registration was different from my license driver I had been pulled over by the police and they never questioned the difference in the addresses Im not happy because they didnt told me anything the day before

AAA i love triple A it has great insurance rates and lots of options for AAA members.The staff has always been professional and friendly and very helpful.

Sara is my travel agent and she is wonderful. She really cares about her clients, will look for the best deals and communicates well. She will answer all of your questions and we have never felt that she was too busy or felt like we had to hurry. I sent her an email late Friday and I expected to hear from her on Monday, but she called me on Saturday late morning! It was a pleasant surprise and she had all of the info I needed to make my decision. Even though I no longer live in the area, I will continue to work with Sara for all our travel needs. 👍👍 to you Sarah. You are truly appreciated.

There was a line that ran outside the length of AAA bldg. But the did have someone getting everyones name and what they wanted. Everyone was staying 6 apart thats the main reason the line was so long. Once inside the people at AAA are always very very friendly not fake friendly they really just want to help you.

There was a line to enter the business but it went very quickly.. less than 5 minutes and I was taken care of efficiently.. and I felt safe!

I love this place. They are fast and friendly. I was out of there in less than 10 mins. I went on a Wednesday at 940am. I had to renew my car registration.
