The customer service there was awesome I was actually worried about my clocks being shipped to Alabama... They made special boxes for my clocks and everything got here on time and the packing was extremely awesome I just want to say thank you to you guys for doing an awesome job....

The staff, & manager Danielle were very helpful, & professional. Even though they were very busy. They were extremely courteous & helped me with a unique printing job. Ive also shipped with them several times. The service is always top notch. I would highly recommend.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. However prices are high for shipping. Prices are extremely high for boxes. Most definitely have a shipping box of your own. 99 cents at uhaul compared to 5 dollars at ups. They have mail boxes for rent and printing services.

I went there to make a copy and they charged me $2.66! For one copy!! He said I could have emailed him the page to be copied (instead of using their computer to open my Gmail account) but that would have cost me $3.00. What a rip off!

Took my amazon package on a Monday to be returned. They scanned my barcode and made a label, I call Amazon to see if they have a tracking the following day. Nothing. I call UPS they say they ship them out in batches. The receipt is not a tracking number, merely proof I dropped it off. Could take weeks to get it back. Why send with UPS if their tracking number is not real?

They refused to perform a Notary Service even though the website does not state they will not perform them between 8:00 am-6:00pm, the hours of operation. There were 2 people working, no people in the store but REFUSED TO PERFORM for 6 minutes. Wanted me to just stand around for 6 minutes.

Unfortunately if you need a notary dont go after 5pm they will not notarize anything, which is not listed if you Google it, however now you know! 😉And as of May 5th it was not listed on the door of the UPS store! I also want to note 5 employees working and only 4 people total in the store May 5th.

I needed a tracking number, and unfortunately I list info. The lady I talk to (Tracy) was helpful after a little digging which I can tell she did not want to do! She was immediately short, and rude the way she communicated with me.On the other had I have had a great experience with others there.

Have had my packages damaged on numerous occasions, completely destroyed twice. Been disrespected by the delivery driver and had him drop my package into a puddle in my driveway about a foot and a half in front of my roofed porch. Have had on going issues, tried to call and complain, now experiencing further harassment.

I went in for a quick print off my USB, to my surprise I paid at the counter rather than the printer, like many other places. Well, to my disappointment I got severely over charged, or don’t use this place because it is like four times more expensive than competitor Office Depot.For twenty black and white text only plain letter paper I paid $5.02, only after thinking about it later did I realize I print 108 pages of the same at Office Depot for $12 dollars.

Kind, caring, and knowledgeable customer service representatives who get the job done with a smile and who are always putting the customer first. Absolutely horrible customer service. Bad attitude and rather obnoxious. When I told them what I wanted the lady actually laughed and said “You want what?!”. All I wanted was to ship a laptop using our company UPS account. She made it abundantly clear they do not do that. So, went a few miles down the road to FedEx where we also have an account and they handled it with ease and a smile all in 10 min.

Couldnt even scan and return a package to Amazon here the first time - had proper scan code, but guy immediately said, no we dont do that here - youll have to go to Anderson without even trying to find a solution. Went back yesterday with two other packages, and another young man was super helpful and took care of us efficiently and professionally. I change my star review because of him. Im glad we decided to give it another try.

The UPS store in the Hilltop Town & Country mall has been an excellent resourse for all my business needs. The hours and location are perfect, I have a box there with secure 24/7 access too. The staff have always been courteous and so knowledgeable. My highest praise goes to Danielle for her expertise in graphic design of my business cards and forms and her precise printing making it all look so good! Best shop in town for all my business needs and mailings. Highly recommend you go there.

I barely moved into town and have no permanent address yet and decided to buy a hat online and get it delivered to the local ups store. There is no policy on the website that says they dont accept packages from certain affiliates but was told kind of rudely by the employeest since it was a USPS package that she shouldnt have accepted it and was gonna send it back when it literally was less than an hour when it was delivered. I dont have control of who is the affiliate that delivers the package. You also charged me 5 dollars. I know that its a private owned business but some clarity and better policies would be appreciated I hate complaining or writing a negative review but business is all about customer service and now I wont go back there.

Overall, Ive had pretty good service from this UPS store. I didnt have a printer for a while so I visited quite often. A couple times, they didnt even charge me for prints or copies. I got fingerprinted here and the associate helping me was very patient and friendly. All the employees seem well trained and can handle pretty much anything you need them to. My only complaint would be that the store shouldnt charge people for using the computer just to quickly print a few things.

We got extremely good service at this ups.We were in a rush and need to urgently get documents notarized. The team helped us problem solve getting documents notarized even though it was for another state.They were also extremely helpful in helping us ship our documents asap.Services are expensive but I guess thats expected for niche and urgent services being completed in a timely manner.

This particular UPS location is less than a block from my home. However, after reading these reviews, Im going to drive to a further and different business today to send off my package.I find the responses to the complaints condescending. The excuses for their mistakes is, well, excuses. Unable to admit a mistake (which, it happens) is so 45!It reminds me of the YouTube videos on which a McDonalds manager is loudly engaging with a customer over a 99¢ hamburger! Just give him the hamburger!You sound ridiculous, UPS!

Brought in a ups return package and asked if they could print return labels and was told they could at a coast of dime upon printing the label there was a service charge of 2.00 a reputable business would make it clear there was a additional charge involved in this you didnt do anything service charge your crooks!

All these people sound so entitled and spoiled. I dont know what they are talking about. What a bunch of whiners. I always have a lovely experience every time I go there. Everyone makes their own bed, then lays in it. Maybe some of these people need to go back to bed making school... so they can stop laying eggs... :) I dont know the owner(s) from Adam either.

PG&E was doing construction infront of my road and instead of waiting in the line to go through and get there, they dropped my package off at the post office and called it good. They made the post office finish their job cuz they didnt want to wait a few more minutes

Dont use the notary here if you have important documents to authenticate. I had two diplomas notarized here. Drove to Sacramento, and these were rejected by the CA State notary. Had to do them again for the Chinese Visa office. Then, after these were rejected there, I came back to the UPS store notary, showed him the correct document, and asked for a replacement notarization. Went to the State office, got them authenticated. Then, they were rejected a second time at the Chinese consulate. It was a different wrong form. Needless to say, I didnt go back to Redding UPS a third time. I used a notary in Sacramento, and my documents were accepted. But this is one week and 178 dollars later. Not to mention time driving and hotel bills. I wish I could get a refund for my time and expense that was wasted because of these mistakes.

I used this store to ship my aircraft parts. They were destroyed in shipping, Store manager lied to me about reembersment of shipping cost. Also failed to purchase insurance when i clearly told them i wanted to insure the shipment. I had $1809.00 invested and recovered $157.25. I paid ups to destroy my parts and they lied to cover there mistakes.

Would love to give NO STARS if I could! I am writing this While STILL ON HOLD for over 12 minutes, AND the phone kept ringing until a guy finally answered and said please hold and thats the last I heard from him.... I have had one other HORRIBLE experience with an unbelievably rude female employee and will never use UPS personally. Now i am at 15 minutes, this is ridiculous!
