We needed another batch of 500 forms printed for our trucking business (these are specific, expensive, triple truck tickets) and the big brand store that had done them previously no longer had our file and were just not very user-friendly for us low-tech people. We walked in there, asked if they could do it and they said “no problem!” We got a quote (before we got home) that was almost HALF what the big name store had charged us for the exact same thing! They had it printed within two days. Friendly, patient, customer-service-based and quick! Thank you! We will be back for all of our needs!!!

Sent a 7×4×2 inch package on 6/24/21. It was supposed to get there next day .....NOT....my package went on the great CA/Nevada tour. It left Redding, CA for Sacramento, CA then instead of heading to its destination it left Sacramento and headed for Arcata, CA. Now youd think someone wouldve notice my little package isnt where its supposed to be and put it back on track......nope ! It left Arcata, CA and went on a tour of beautiful Sparks, Nevada from there it traveled to sunny Stockton, CA from there to Durham, CA and finally made it 6/30/21 to its original destination just moments ago. My package shipped from Redding,CA to Marysville, CA on 6/24 finally landed 6/30/21 after a whirlwind tour of 950 miles..... My friend who lives 119 miles away finally Recieved her present, 5 days late but, it got there .

Great customer service! employees are always ready & willing to help you out. very knowledgeable with printing things out. good store hours too. Printing is very affordable!

I use the print services at least 1x per month for a very large calendar of activities displayed prominently where I work; the personalized service and timely email responses communicate that the employees are caring and take pride in their work! I highly recommend this local FedEx!

They were helpful. I send materials to be printed to their computer all the time. Black and white is very resonable. One copy or multiple are available.

I needed to send a couple of things that a friend left. They boxed the items and helped me expedite shipment. Very courteous and knowledgeable employee .

Wait times can be long but its always worth it. Staff is the most knowledgable I have found in Redding for all of my packing, shipping and printing needs. I have yet to come across something these guys cant do in the mentioned areas.

By far the worst customer service I have ever had. I was told by Adam that he had something he was working on and that he could not help me, I asked if someone else could, and he informed me that Beth would be there at 10:30. I decided to wait Beth came in at 10:40 and ignored me also. After waiting for 23 minutes and being completely ingnored I left...... I did call the 800 number because if that were my buisiness I would be very disappointed that a custumer that had been with me for over 20 years was treated that way. I have no gift certificates and will let all my customers know why.

Absolutely terrible service, their products dont work as described, services they advertise are unavailable, internet is painfully slow and overpriced. Staff are indifferent and unhelpful. Waste of time and money.

Making copies just a few came out blank

Service is so bad here was waiting in line and the worker HEATHER ignored us and was calling everyone behind us first and all we needed was a print out of our I.Ds. If you come here just expect to be treated badly.

The store is clearly understaffed, or poorly managed, as there is always a line.
