I got two pairs of progressive lenses in cute frames - one of them I had made into sunglasses for barely over $100! They were ready quick and they are great!! Will be coming back here for sure!!

Amazing customer service, was in and out in only a few minutes and they told me my glasses would take an hour to make and it only took 23 minutes. May 2021, I just want to write a review on the experience I had at the Eye Express in Redding California in May. The manager Tyilar was excellent. I could not have asked for anything any better at any place. Rebecca was wonderful and so was Vanessa and so was Kelsey. I received two pairs of glasses like to add said. So I decided to have my sunglasses made with the new prescription. (My old frames) That did not work. They (Lab) Did everything they could possible to make my sunglasses work. But they didn’t I bought a new frame and put those lenses in and I cannot be happier. they went over and above customer service I give them a 10 not just the five. Thank you Ladies. Debbie W.

I purchase lens cleaning products from this location all the time. Normally I buy lens wipes from Amazon, but thought I’d buy locally. I purchased the Leader 30 count lens wipes, and unfortunately they’re all dried out! I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be going back to purchase eye care products from this location.

I’ve always loved the glasses I’ve gotten at Eyemart Express! The lenses are great quality that are very durable, and trust me, I’m very hard on my glasses and the only glasses I’ve had such great success with are from Eyemart Express. Dr. Hill is great, down to earth and accurate as possible!!! I dont like Dr visits and dont like the distant Im the Dr and youre the dummy thing at all! But Dr hill is a real guy with a down to earth attitude and level headed communication along with understanding what we are struggling to SEE and communicate, he knows, and is capable of going thru the baby steps to give us the correct prescription!! I was so happy to find Eyemart Express. I had lost my glasses and needed to replace them. The pair I lost was very expensive and I couldn’t afford that again. Their special offers on eye glasses made it affordable for me. The eye exam was very thorough. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and patient. Info for the sales clerks: ASK....Headaches, Neck injuries, vertigo. My first pair and bought two. Did not know, was not asked if using neck to adjust sight on progressives would work for people like me. Starting over, buying bifocals. My loss. Saddened by lack of training. A chart and stand-still to test them fell short of satisfaction in customer service. Felt rushed into something I was unsure and unfamiliar with. Set income, saving now for glasses. Service excellent. Glasses within minutes sometimes. Their goal is to please. Last year my son needed glasses quick for his CDL truck-driving job. He got 2 pair (clear and sunglasses) with a 1 year guarantee for a crazy low price. Yesterday I did the same rather than wait for 10-14 days from my eye Dr.s office. And theyre so nice. They wont let you leave there until everything is perfect and the glasses fit just right. Oh- and by the way, they take most insurance :)

I dont have insurance for eyeglasses, so I was very grateful to have the opportunity to purchase glasses for such a low price! I did find two cute pairs for the price of $76 and change. The customer service is excellent. The people who served me were very patient and courteous and very cheerful. Picking out glasses can be a time-consuming thing, but Sherri gave me objective opinion on what works best for me and she was absolutely right. I will definitely be returning! There is an optometrist right next door within the same office.

There’s plenty of frames to choose from. Name brand or affordable. I wish they could give you tips on what frame compliments your face shape and what color helps your eyes pop. Buying my first pair was tough. Also, there aren’t many colors to choose from.

Hi just wanted to let everyone know that I got two pairs of prescription eyeglasses for the price of one! I would have only had one pair if I went anywhere else, like the eye doctors office! Eyemart express is great! They even made both pairs in less than an hour, fitted them and checked the prescription. Amazing! I bought a warranty package for less than $50 so that I can get all the lenses replaced within a year if they get scratched. That is really worth a lot. They will be opening more locations soon so look for Eyemart Express.

My glasses were ready in 26 minutes, I was surprised by the clarity of my surroundings. I shoot in a pool league thats reason for getting glasses not only did game improve I can really see, didnt know I would experience such a dramatic improvement this was my first pair of glasses 69 years young.
