The girls that work here are always so sweet, and dont forget to get your two free samples even without a purchase. I got perfume last time but Ive even got samples of face cream and makeup. Fun shopping!

I just walk through to get to Spencer. It smells nice in there, kinda like 15 different perfumes at once.BTW Spencer is having a 30% off today.

If I could give this store a negative star I would! Ive never written a negative review in my life, but todays experience was so upsetting that I have to complain. Ive literally spent over a $1000.00 in this store and today I went in today to purchase a ridiculously expensive bottle of foundation to find out that they no longer carry my color. I asked one of the employees for assistance only to be treated as though I were an inconvenience. I just wanted help matching my color so that I wouldnt waste $100 for a powder and foundation. After being rudely ignored I went to the register for help. The lady said Well obviously everyone is busy but you can just purchase what you think would be correct and if it doesnt match or you dont like it you can just return it for something else. I would help you, but like I said everyone is busy so I cant just stop what Im doing to help you.First of all not one single employee was helping anyone! Everyone was just standing around! My 14 year old daughter got a good lesson in poor customer service. I advised her that there is a reason these stores go out of business because if I will never shop there again because of my experience Im sure Im not the only one.

Always feel comfortable going up to any worker knowing theyll help me with anything I need! When I went in yesterday all the employees were super kind, helpful, gave me compliment, and guided me to everything I need/wanted!! Best makeup store Ive been!

Im disappointed because I get emails promising free things with purchase, for example I got an email promising a free gift containing 9 fragrance samples and a deluxe too faced lipstick, what I got was a small sephora lipstick and 2 fragrance samples, one was for men! This happens every time! I tried to get my birthday gift that was promised In September and they were all out, and no alternative! Not too happy!

I HIGHLY recommend this Sephora location (inside JCPenney). I was treated with so much respect today (was here about 130 pm) that I had give the associates who assisted me a 5 star rating. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I didn’t catch their names, but the two girls (one blond haired and one brunette haired) were so polite, cute and sweet. They were eager to help without being one bit pushy, and the blond lady was so nice she gave me a few samples to try first as my skin is dry and sensitive. I haven’t been able to shop around for skin care or make up much, but because of the excellent service I got today, I will surely stop by Sephora more often. This location will be my first stop before I go to other beauty stores. Thanks so much, ladies, for your wonderful customer service. You should be recognized and rewarded for your friendly positive attitudes and warm smiles.

When I shopped at this location every single one of the associates were rude. They acted as I was a bother for being in the store. when Im there to purchase things that is how they make a paycheck. I am a VIB Rouge member during that shopping experience I had spent a great deal of money in there. I dont like going to this Sephora and I havent been back sense.

I walked in, and walked around. I was there for about 20 minutes, and NOBODY even approached me, asked me if i needed help, nothing. 20 minutes walking through the store browsing, and not one single employee offered me help.

I just love the selection and customer service at Sephora. It’s my go to store for beauty treats.

This store is poorly stocked. The cashiers are always encouraging online ordering. The customer walking into the store does not want to order online, they want their purchase.

Very friendly with a wide assortment

I really enjoy shopping for makeup, but whenever I go into this particular sephora, the girls love being just plain rude to me. One time, I ask one for help, and she just passed me bye. I asked the next girl, and she looked around and said um yah hold on then I wait wait wait.... then the next girl I ask for help and its like, none of them want to help me. The only girl in the place that was paying any attention to me was their little undercover shoplifting chick. Who was constantly next to me to a point where I had to ask her to move a few times so she could get out of my way. I was there to do an exchange for a better matching foundation. I actually just ended up getting a refund, then leaving and going to Macys for my makeup shopping that day, since not one of the 3-4 associates could be bothered to assist me in the otherwise empty store. Another time I went in their with my boyfriend, and one of the girls recognized him as one of their friends ex-husband. So as they are whispering amongst themselves, one of them even went as far as to call his ex wife to explain to her what I looked like and all that. They thought they would be sneaky bye asking me to sign up for a card membership. I gave her a made up name (Lu) and what do you know?! His ex wife texts him asking why he is with some ugly chick named Lu. Its sad that at 30+ years of age, these girls still are acting like they are in high school.Not to mention the complete lack of customer service and violation of privacy that one should be receiving while shopping. I really hope these girls dont think they are going to go much further than stocking makeup at a sephora.I have emailed sephora myself, explaining the issue, and they asked me to send receipts of the days in question, so I sent them the one I did purchase and the return of the other day, since then, I have received zero replies, not even an apology or anything. I am also a VIB Rouge member, which means Ive spent a substantial amount of money there during the calendar year, it is sad that a company such as this one lets its employees act this way without having serious repurcussions, I would have been happy with just an apology from everyone involved.If you want to shop at sephora, I suggest going online or trying the short drive to Chico, the girls there are way more friendly and professional.
