I was enthusiastic when I entered this store for the first time. Great selection of goods for reasonable prices. Unfortunately when I got home and found that some glass mugs I had purchased were broken inside their packaging, things went badly. A friend attempted to take them back for a replacement, only to be treated rudely, told they couldnt possibly have been broken upon the sale, and then they refused to replace the product. We will never be back, and unless you want to be stuck with broken goods that they will refuse to honor, you shouldnt either.

This place is awesome for home decorating. Great variety for all tastes. You can find some incredible deals if you really look. Many of the items though are over priced. Friendly, helpful staff.

Took my wife here on a date night. (Ok I get it... But this is something you do when you have been married for a while and worked all day together). She absolutely loved it. Spent money we werent planning on. But hey she is happy

The store is clean and well stocked. As far as homegoods stores go though I’ve seen better and bigger. But I guess for Redding it’s a good one.

I like this place. The only issue I have is the price sticker and where they put them is extremely annoying. I bought cookie sheets and the out the stick in the sheet. You cannot get the sticker off! If you do it leaves the glue and it is impossible to remove. Same with astic food storage containers. Put the sticks on the bottom people!!! And use a sticker you can remove people!!! :)

The staff is always friendly. I really like this store, my pocketbook does not!

My favorite store! I find treasures every time I come through the doors. It is always clean and tidy, also well stocked, without being cluttered. A lovely shopping adventure each visit!

Newbie trucker here. I was struggling to back up for the delivery because of the tight space. The crew was so kind and patient and even helped spot and guide me back. You guys are wonderful.

I went into this store 5-23-21, i love home goods. However the staff at this store were complaining the whole time about having to clean up after customers and a group of about 3 we’re going all over the store complaining about having to Organize and put stuff back in the proper place. I agree people should have A certain in shopping etiquette. But complaining about your job and talking badly about the people who shop in the store was extremely distasteful. I will not be back. Do better home goods.

Fun interesting finds! And the staff is super nice. I had found the perfect gift for a family member, and didnt want to forget to take the price tag off, and the gal at the front helped me remove the sticker right after I checked out before I packed it into the cute dinosaur wrapping bag I found there too. It was clean, and not too busy. Lots of stuff to choose from!

A wonderful addition to Redding. Great home store for beautiful home decorating items. The staff is always stocking shelves and those that check you out are always careful in wrapping glass items.CONS...often the shelves are so packed that they are often difficult to retrieve an item that you desire.
