Store is great. Had a bad experience with a cashier. I will go back and avoid her in the future.

Employees need to be more helpful, actually bring you to items you ask for. Cam and has always been pricey.

Stocks were low so there wasnt alot to choose from. I think they were in the process of seasonal changes. But the employees were super friendly and helpful! We DID find what we were looking for at a great price WITH a 20% discount!!!

Needed a milk frother. The last one in stock in my town was at BB&B. There was no price, but every site (including this companys) listed it as being between $10 and $20. So imagine my surprise when it rang up at $40 (ish, after tax). I told the girl behind the counter (Billy) it was ringing at TWICE the price listed. She was unimpressed. I needed it so I bought it, but thats the last time I go to this store.

We were greeted with a clean smell and a hello from one of the employees. While there were clearly some gaps in their inventory at this time, the store was mostly neat and tidy. The clearance section was the only issue I found, as items were strewn everywhere within its area. The cashier was friendly.

I was finally able to get the Homedics brand percussion massager. They are very popular. Its best to call to see if they have them in stock before you go into the store. You can also do an online order and get in-store pickup if you dont want to leave things on your doorstep if youre worried about things being stolen.

All of the sales ladies were very nice and helpful. The item we went in for was out of stock so they ordered it. They were able to deliver it to the store or to the home, but it was a bigger item and we did not want to get it stolen off the front porch. So they will hold it in the store and call us when it gets there. They were also able to look up the email address and use the best coupons for the purchase.On a separate purchase I found a clearance item. They were able to go to one of the computers and look at my email address and find the best coupon for me print it out and use it at the cash register.

The store is very helpful but dont order anything and make it a rush order youll never get it when they say you will

Pricey$$$ I call it my kitchen hardware store. They have stuff I may be looking for but cant find elsewhere. That being said I have found some things I am looking for at other stores for much less. Like as much as 40% less.

I love B B Beyond but this branch is just ok. I tried to use a $5 coupon for trash bags after buying a $150 garbage can and the coupon code wouldnt work and they wouldnt let me use it! I usually shop online.

Interesting visit. Went to look at kitchen knives. We asked for help and a lady came over and basicly read the descriptions that were written on the sign. I know how to read. She didnt answer our questions. We left to go look somewhere else. About 45 minuts later we realized that we had left a bunch of coupons in the cart. So, back we go. When we got there, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Andrea helped us with the knives and I ended up buying a couple of nice knives, and a few other things that we needed. It was like night and day between the two visits.
