Had an issue over the weekend, shop was closed parked my car outside and drop my keys in the Dropbox. Knowing that the pandemic has made time frames way extended I was expecting a couple weeks time frame before I had my car back. I literally got to call that day telling me how but they were told him no problem just let me know if I needed to remove the card s in case I need a room until they could get to it. Two days later my car was fixed. How great is that? The best

Steve and Stacey run the most professional auto repair shop I have ever seen. I took my 2005 BMW in for an electrical problem, after trying to diagnose it myself for weeks. Within 24 hours it was diagnosed, repaired, and ready for pickup! You can find cheaper shops in Redding but you will not find anywhere with better value! With their experience they had an idea of where the problem was, had the replacement part in stock, and it has been working flawlessly now for weeks. I waited to post this as electrical issues can sometimes resurface. Not when the O2 crew does the repair! I could have spent hundreds more had I taken it to another shop who didnt have the experience with this specific car. Thank you Steve and Stacey and the entire O2 crew!

The BEST place in town!!! This has been and will always be where I take my 2004 Volkswagen beetle! I’ve been a happy customer of O2 Motorsports since I got my car when I was just 16!! (so 11 years now) I LOVE Stacy and Steve they are the BEST!! I always get in right away or I get an appointment when it works for me! The services are always fast and they get my car back quickly so I can continue to be a busy bee!! They are sooo accommodating and genuine!! Every time no matter what my issue is they are there for me! They are just so nice and caring and it really shows! They are problem solvers and offer great recommendations as well!! I love that they care so much about the community! O2 Motorsports by far is standing on top of the mountain with literally no one even coming close as far as second place goes. I’m a new customer of theirs and will be a lifer from this point forward. Steve, Stacie and the rest of the crew are about as friendly and as knowledgeable as I’ve ever seen. Treated me like family from the first time I walked through their doors. Walked me through every step and gave me options! For the first time in my 41 years I actually felt like a business cared more about what was best for me than what was best for them. They are honest, straight forward, and will tell you what is best for you. They are always slammed and make time for me every time I walk in like it’s no big deal! I highly recommend O2 Motorsports! Well the last time the mini went in it had a bad ignition. Thats what we were told took the dash apart couple hours. Gave my wife back the car. On the way home she stops . Car wont restart. Well that was not what was wrong. Still got charged for it. And for fixing the problem.Played for two truck twiceNow this time. Changed the oil and filterSpark plugs, and air filters. Then they said my wife requested a brake fluid flush. I have never heard of one or my wife either$120. For that one$ 780. In all

When I bought a BMW I knew when it was time to fix something I was going to be charge outrageous amounts.. But I now know that that was completely incorrect thanks to O2 motorsports. I took my car in thinking there was multiple things wrong with it. Come to find out it was something very simple, that they fixed for a very reasonable amount. I will absolutely continue to go to the shop and recommend them to anybody who asks. One thing I don’t want to forget to mention is how nice the lady is that runs the front desk. Best service by far I have ever had at a mechanic shop!

He and his crew diagnosed a very difficult electrical issue, had part in stock, and finished the repair in under 2-1/2 hrs. All for a fair and reasonable price. I took my volvo here and asked that the ac be fixed and asked them to find out why my airbag light was on. They used a obd2 to turn my air bag light off which I could have done myself if I didnt want the problem fixed and now its back on. The ac they said checked out but the driver side blows warmer air then the passenger side. I believe they just didnt want to deal with the issue. I had a bad experience and I will not be taking my car to them again!

O2 is AMAZING!!! They were able to squeeze us in for work on our motorhome last minute, charged super fair prices, and let us hang out in their beautiful lounge all day with our dog while the work was done. Couldnt be happier with our experience, highly recommend!!!

I cant say enough about my satisfaction and praise for this business. I experienced a number of issues with a used Porsche I purchased and Steve was able to deal with all of them in a professional and competent way. From diagnosis to job completion I felt assured my car was in good hands and best of all the cost for repair was very fair.

02 Motorsports is by far the best shop in town. They are efficient and excellent in everything they do. I have taken my 2001 Porsche 911 turbo to them on a few occasions, and they have been prompt each time. They have also gone out of their way to help me when it was not convenient for them, but they made me feel like a friend and not just another customer. Its nice to have business owners in Redding like Steve and Stacy who approach their business with joy, passion, and kindness versus profit alone.

These guys......I fell into a car that is a great car, but had the wheels driven off of it the last year and a half, to the tune of 70,000 miles in that time span. They looked the car over thoroughly, and replaced two radiators and the cooling fan. Problems the other owner could not find an answer to. Took O2 all of three minutes to diagnose the main problem with the cooling fan causing vibration when the AC was on, something two other shops failed to identify. Then upon request, found the source of a troublesome coolant leak previously undetected by anyone else. Could not be happier, and now drive my car with confidence because I trust their work. Dont know what else I could say. Yes, the waiting room is amazing, but thats not what Im about. Bottom line I want to trust someone with my car, and I found my shop. Thank you guys.

The staff knows what there doing....our car came out nicer than when we bout it in everyway...at first seemed expensive but after seeing the quality of work they did and the care they used in finding all the problems as well as doing watever they had to to make it perfect including doing things labor free....in the end i felt they went beyond my expectations...and its wifes car and its wifes car and she is happy always a plus....thanks Stacy and the O2 crew...

I had a problem with my Volvo where there check engine light had come on, the engine oil was spraying out the dip stick and the car was missing. I went into the workshop and they were booked up for a week, but they went out of their way to solve my problem. They pulled the car onto the ramp and drained the oil to the correct level, solved the check engine light, it was a vacuum pipe that had broken and replaced the seal on the dip stick. they also cleaned all the oil off the engine and had the car ready in an hour. Truly amazing service. No other mechanic even wanted to look at my Volvo, where these guys not only looked but solved the problem.
