I was referred to Richards by a friend as I am new to town and needed to find a good local place that I felt I could trust. Richards automotive ended up being that exact place. From the woman behind the desk down to the the smog guy Ryan. This company and their employees made me feel comfortable and l will be back in the near future with the rest of my vehicles.Very professional and down to earth Crew!!! Months ago, Ryan performed a smog service on our RV. We encountered CA registration issues during the process since we purchased in Utah. He went above and beyond to accommodate our situation and followed it through many conversations until resolved. Very helpful and professional.Today, we were ready to leave on vacation when the check engine light came on with continued flashing. I called Ryan to pull the diagnostics codes. He immediately told us to come in and took time out of his lunch to assist us.We appreciate Ryan and Richard’s accommodating our needs with a smile and professionalism. Definitely feels like a hometown shop and one we will return to.

II have used Richards for years.Always been fair an Done right.My Window was brokec.Would not roll up.I couldnt afford to fix and was going to tape it.They figured out how to get it up for now .No charge .priceless in this weather. Great people there...

Theyre nice enough people but dont seem to know much about cars. Have taken my chevy there 4 times....and paid out the nose each time....and the problem still exists. Check engine light on...again.
