Went in for a upgrade today at the Andalusia store and Elijah was the only one there... he took his time (in a good way) to help us out and explain everything thing he could.. to make a long story short he help us get a better phone for just a little extra money that was still in our budget... great guy and great service

The young man serving at the time was alone in the store, and customers were lining up. He was very patient and pleasant with everyone. Took time to address and welcome each entry into the store. Took all the time he needed to satisfy each customer. And, yes, he solved our issue with expediency when it was our turn. Just an added note: usually there are two to serve. It was extenuating circumstances but he never lost his cool.

I worked for them for about a month they werent very good at training I had a recommend not working for them the manager allowed are till to be under 147.00 the day I got paid after 3 days of having a tail that was under because she had another customer buy a phone from a store in in Corning I think but we didnt have that phone so she had me just ring it up and set it up at our place at our store with out paying so it made the drawer short and she allowed that Jordan be short 4-3 or 3-4 days and she knew that I was leaving for Thanksgiving for family reunions Thanksgiving and she did not stop bothering me my whole trip threw me into a seizure then when I got home I went to the police I told him what was going on I said well if anything happens will let you know she calls me 2 days later and says well Im going to have to file report because the money is missing I said well thats good idea because I already went to the place and then she stammered a little bit didnt know what to say and I quit my job and is it never heard damn thing back from the police she is very shady I am the fifth or sixth girl to work under this girl you shouldnt go through that many employees with them 5 / 6 months thats too short so I dont like cricket

A decent little store by FoodMaxx. They have several phones for sale and several different plans to choose from. Parking in front of the store and Easy in and out. Stop in and check them out

Service is not reliable in our home, even when connected to WiFi. Ans ever since TMobile took on Metro, my service area covered has taken a dramatic decline.Review for this specific brick/mortar store...employees are nice and helpful. They just never seem to have phones in stock.

Tho Im not with Cricket, they have grt service and grt. prices. The company Im with now is because my daughter got a 3 person deal so I did this for her. And the company Im with isnt as good as Cricket.

Friendly employees and good prices

I was their for over 6 hours and had to come back 4 different time. They charged me twice for the same phone and now is refusing to refund me the money be very careful going to this store.

Employees didnt know what they were doing they looked lost the entire time and one of them walked away from us when we needed help
