I just went to go have my phone checked out. My internet has consistently dropped for months now, havent been able to make any calls. Just because my phone has some damage on the corners from a few small drops, Matt refused to help me troubleshoot. He didnt offer any ideas, help, or resources. He said my only option was an insurance claim or a new phone. Thankfully, there is plenty of locations.

Matt was super helpful when it came to all my questions!! He was kind enough to stay after closing hours to help me and my mom get our 2 new phones set up!! If you want someone who has great knowledge and awesome customer service skills, ask for Matt!

Matt went out of his way to help even though switching my phones over took many hours because I have so much saved on there! He was very friendly and made it easy to ask questions the whole time (I had to come in two days to get it done). I highly recommend him.

I was there for over two hours to process one single transaction, The purchase of a phone. The gentleman that worked at the store was nice and all but unable to complete the transaction because of technical issues with the AT&T system. I felt bad for him because it was painful how frustrated this guy was with his own employers inability to create a system that process is transactions smoothly.There was nothing special or complex about my trans action. AT&T just lacks any sort of technical sophistication when it comes to processing transactions.

Worst customer service, spent hours there to be told they couldnt do anything, nobody wants to do their job, called customer service and they fixed my problem within 5 minutes, your time does not matter to these people whatsoever, they all play possum and give you attitude like you are a huge inconvenience to them. Not recommended, call customer service and buy your phones online.

I have NEVER had trouble with any other cell phone retailer or sevice provider in my life. Worst of all are their sales pitches, especially concerning buying phone insurance, which are borderline fraudulent and certainly unconscionable. Do yourself a favor, find a different AT&T retailer or better yet, another provider entirely.Additionally the sales staff here are usually not technically inclined, and you need to wait far too long for a tech to tell you theyve fixed a bug that comes back an hour later.

I dont even know why Red Bluff has a store it should be closed down it is completely useless. You go in and ask for help and they tell you, you have to go to redding or chico. All I wanted to do was buy a new phone But they didnt want to help me. The staff is rude They dont care about the customer and it must be nice to just get paid to sit around and do nothing Because they are certainly not helping The customers. What the heck is the Red Bluff store for?????

I asked about a sooner to be released phone and they said, Why in the world would you want that stupid phone, Cause I do dumba**! Its none of their business. Just answer the easy, simple question..when will you be getting it. Im not buying it from them, HOW COMPLETELY RUDE! They were more interested in watching the football game on the tv.

Went in for help submitting an insurance claim. It was early evening, only one other customer, who was being helped by one of the other reps. I asked Erica to print the form I needed and help me with sending the claim. She was short, impatient, and turned downright rude when I had to run out to my car for something. She made a copy of my drivers license and had the nerve to stick her hand in my purse to get my wallet, as I must have been taking too long signing my name. She stated shed submit the claim this time but told me it wasnt her job to help me with such things, it was my responsibility. Mind you, there were no other people waiting for help, so its not like I was holding up the line or anything. Got home to discover she hadnt even sent in the claim and I had to return the next day to finish it. Unbelievable disrespect for someone in the customer service field. She wasnt making a commission from me so she couldnt be bothered. I will never step foot inside this store again. Sorry Erica, you wont be getting the commission on the iphone I am purchasing today!

Worst customer service ever. After selecting a phone to purchase with my father, the store manager was offended when I didnt want to purchase the the phone insurance I cant remember his name. Its the guy with spiked hair and hate tattooed across his knuckles. I said no thank you several times and it got to the point to where he was arguing with me.Next I was trying to simply ask him a question and his response 3x was which color I would like my phone in. My question was regarding upgrading in phones and the different options but this guy kept pushing to not answer those questions I had. He stated to me that every phone we have ever gotten from at&t was on their new monthly plan bill. However this is incorrect as we have been customers of AT&T for numerous years and use to upgrade phones while only paying the sales tax.Lastly, he didnt have the specific phone I wanted on display, so I asked to see a model of it. He stated to us we could not see the phone until I purchased it in a very ride manner. (While purchasing a $749 phone, I would expect to see the same model before purchasing it with a nasty attitude. Especially at a retailer that promotes the phones to sell)After this happened, we left the store.We have purchased several phones at this location but this one specific incident with this individual has made it to where we will not go into this AT&T retailer store ever again.(I do understand this is a sales positioning and theyre incentives for the employees to sell phones, but this guy with spiked hair and hate tattooed on his knuckles took it too far this time)Ive heard from other locals Im the community that they refuse to go into that spefici at&t store because of this sales manager.I hope the this individual is given some sort of customer service training and/or removed/demoted from his position.

I have nothing to add about this store. I do not deal with them via internet needs. This is a review on ATT as an internet provider. Customer service is a joke, and the service, for what you get, is way over priced, and they nickle and dime you with a data cap which could cost in the hundreds if you consistently stream Netflix or Youtube. The service area for the UVerse internet, to get higher than 6MB internet or what ever it is, is very sparse, and unless you are directly in town it is not provided. Which for the internet that you get to have they charge top dollar for it.

Rude staff. Woman told me she couldnt help, so she walked off. I stood there waiting thinking she was going to get someone else. I waited for 20 minutes before speaking up to ask when someone could help me. I simply wanted to buy a phone. I ended up buying from someone else because the staff apparently didnt want to make a sale that day.
