I have been bringing all of my cars to this Firestone location for years. Always courteous service. Would highly recommend this location over the West Long Branch location.

I brought my car in to get new tires mounted and balanced. When I got the car back the valve stem was leaking air so I brought it back. After an hour of the car being there, they called me and told me I need a new tire pressure monitoring system because its comes with the valve stem. However, the TPMS works perfectly, because thats how I found out the tire was leaking air in the first place.They broke something and then offered to replace it at my expense.Stay away!

I wasn’t too familiar with this place but recently took my car here for a minor problem and they fixed it right away with no hesitation. probably the best experience i’ve had so far. thumbs up to firestone. possibly will bring my vehicle here again for tires the next time 👍⭐️

When you go a places like this you think you can get some reparations in your car, right? however I got the worse experience here.I left my car there to get my battery change and when I went to pick it up, my car was scratched, I was in shock about how it could happens, so I spoke with the manager and he just told me nobody from there did it, he said go home and wait 2 business days, i will call you as soon as I watch the cameras, so I called the police to get a report; they went inside to watch the cameras and the cameras were not working, the manager lied to me, so, nobody took care of this, I really expect at least an apology from them, but nothing at all.

My oil change was complete within an hour. Ray was very thorough and pleasant to speak with.

Good equipment and fair prices but if you have any automotive experience these people dont want to deal with you. Kind of youre typical cookie cutter tire place. Bunch of kids out of Lincoln Tech with minimal experience and corporate leadership. The managers were not quality oriented and have a good enough attitude when it comes to getting the job done.

The place was absolutely packed, but the professionals inside handled it well. They got me out of there in reasonable time given how busy it was and I had an emergency without an appointment. Well done guys!

Beware of this shop if you are unfortunate enough to take your vehicle here! My son was travelling to the area and noticed his brakes needed to be replaced. Being a young man from out of state, without the benefit of time to shop around he was stuck with this place. After quoting him over $1500 and including unnecessary items as shocks and a new axle, they charged him over $850 to replace rear brakes!Our mechanic back in West Virginia reviewed invoice and said he would have done the job for less than half that amount!!!!!!!!!

Firestone in Red Bank is the only place my wife and I take our cars. Dealing with auto repair places usually leaves me feeling like Ive just been swindled. That is not the case with Firestone, Red Bank.It is our opinion that Firestone has our best interest in mind when making a repair recommendation and in-fact, there have been several occasions where I bought my car in for a check-up and their diagnosis was that I did not need any repairs (new brakes, fluids, etc.). They easily could have said that I need new breaks and roasters.Excellent quality and service. Great communication about the work to be done.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. We were told they recommended we get new brakes and new cabin & air filters. My husband asked if he could see the brake pads for himself and they took him back. (My husband is a mechanic and if it wasnt for having gotten a car loan for our vehicle he would do all this maintenance himself) There was a little more than half the pads left, which is more than the 3mm they had said they were worn down to. The cabin & air filters were clean and did not need to be replaced either, so we told them no thanks. Before paying my husband went to check the tires to make sure they were rotated and they had not even been rotated !! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU INTO GETTING MORE DONE TO YOUR CAR THAN IS NECESSARY AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR SERVICES THEY DID NOT DO!!!

I made an appointment to get an oil change and a tire rotation at 12 pm. I put on my appointment reservation that I was going to wait for my car at the store. At 1 pm my car was FINALLY taken into a bay to be looked at. After recommending I have my breaks serviced, which I denied, my car still took over an hour to be serviced. It was a tire rotation and an oil change, my car was up on the lift over over an hour. There is no reason my trip shouldve taken me that long, especially considering that I took the time to make an appointment. Really dissatisfied with my experience.

The place is clean, but the service is very suspect. They did NOT fix my car properly the first time around so I went back to get the original problem corrected, and then again for a 3rd visit to fix another issue (I HAD a Firestone Credit Card).Each time I went back, the mechanic(s) found another problem and my repair costs kept rising...to the tune of about $3k over a few weeks! Not to mention that my car had sticky goo in the ash tray and it smelled like rotten eggs when I picked it up... I wont go back to Firestone. Their prices and level of service are questionable at best!

Terrible job, take my car to change the oil and they recommended me to change the belt in the band that because at any moment it could break and they did the service the next day the belt began to break and I returned it and they left me that they had to tighten some things and They wanted $ 500 more pains !! 😡😡😡

Went once for new tires, and by the time I got home around the corner one was flat already. They replaced it but made a fuss about it like I had done something...in driving two blocks home. Another time my wife went for an oil change and the dude hit on her the whole time she was there. Yikes.

I came in without an appointment for a flat tire and they were able to replace my tire and also give me an oil change in a couple of hours. I will definitely be back in the future.

Fast fair place down to earth people

Took a 2003 Toyota Camry here for squeaking driver side front brake. Called them after driving it back home and heard it squeaking. they say they guess they drive it and didnt hear any squeaking.....but to bring it back and they will clean the pad. Im just sitting there thinking, I KNOW its making a noise, no need to question that and test that on your end, only to guess and find nothing wrong, just clean the brake pad! I dont trust any firestone repair place...

I asked them to take a look at my car because my battery was going out while i was driving. They said nothing was wrong with it but not even 4 hours later my car died while i was driving and would not restart. I had to get it towed and everything.
