The salon called an hour before my appointment to cancel. I was told I would receive a refund however have yet to get my money back.I have called numerous times and was told that the refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. That time has passed. From reading other reviews, it is clear that this company makes a profit off of stealing people’s money. Do not bother booking an appointment here.

Ive used them before in the past for blowouts and theyve been pretty good. However On May 18th I had a terrible accident and we called immediately to cancel my appointment for the 19th...we had course left a message as it was after hours my husband called again the next day and even indicated that we had discharge papers and my hospital bracelet as proof to try to get a refund. To this day no one has answered the telephone calls and no one from corporate has answered 5 emails. I threatened them with social media comments but they dont seem to be too concerned about it so well just type these reviews anyway and see what happens. If youre a normal person and have a life and have things that come up that could prevent you from making your appointment for which I would have rescheduled by the way then dont go here

I made an appointment months in advance for hair and makeup, and received a phone call a week before my event to let me know they actually have not been doing makeup for some time (despite still having the option to book on their online system). I had to cancel my appointment, but did not receive a refund for the $90 charge made at booking. I’ve called a dozen times and emailed, but have received no response. Extremely unprofessional.

First time last week while here for work. Normally I let my curly hair do its thing when in Nj but when I heard about this place, so very close to my hotel, I thought what the heck, lets see what theyve got.I booked my appt, walked across the street .These girls did an EXCELLENT job- I was out of there in 30 mins, with perfect hair for $40. At the event that evening I got TWO compliments on my hair- I NEVER get compliments on my hair so thats when I knew this would become my goto place when in Nj.Nice woman who did my hair, clean environment, clean air, cute waiting area with water available, good price, excellent location. I will definitely come back here again. Thanks for the great look! :)

The staff was very professional and I received the best hair service ever. The shop abided with government guidance on Covid-19 restrictions and more. Cannot wait to go back!

Poor customer service. I bought a package of six blow outs last year and was unaware that purchased sessions expire (my fault) after one year. Why do they expire? I don’t know. I inquired about getting my last one reinstated (it had been about a week expired) and was given the response that they need to send an email to corporate to see if they could do that. After following up multiple times I’ve been told that “it has to be investigated further” as they don’t usually reinstate expired sessions as they are like coupons (that we’ve paid for 🤔). This is the second time I’ve been told that “they need to talk to corporate” regarding a customer concern. They then give you the run around until you just give up. The first time that I tried to resolve something it was because I had to pay for a session in the salon since I booked it online and in order to use one from my already purchased package, I had to have made the appointment over the phone. I ended up paying for it and then they added a session back into my package, but it was $10 more expensive because I paid the non package price at the salon. I inquired about possibly getting this $10 reimbursed in the form of an add on service but I never received a response. Will not be returning.

If your looking for the Brazilian Blowout treatment, this is the place to go. I was hesitant not knowing anything about this salon. I took a leap of faith a year ago AWESOME!!! From start to finish. I have been to blow dry bar in red bank and by far they are the best blow dry bar in Monmouth County. They had done all my bridesmaids hair & makeup for my wedding! Everyone looked amazing and the services was the best Ive ever received in my life!

This New Jersey blow dry bar is terrific! The hair stylists knew what they were doing. My wash & blowout was spectacular. I had asked if they had any locations by my home in New Manhattan because I was so impressed . To my surprise they informed me they have a Macy’s blow dry bar location inside Macys Herald Square. I will be making future appointments with them plus I cant wait to get my Brazilian blowouts by oneblowdrybar.

Just receive my blowouts and I cant say how thrilled I am with the results. I knew about this location because Im a member at there Macy’s Herald Square blow dry bar location. I was afraid that my blowout would not look the same but they laid my fears to rest. My blowout was perfect! Everybody was so friendly and courteous! This location is just gorgeous! Yes, much warmer then their other location.Update : They just did my nieces wedding! Yes it was a Destination wedding and everyone looked gorgeous! I will post the photos, it was spectacular!

I had arrived and to my surprised they had parking in the rear. I was immediately greeted and brought to their fabulous lounge. My stylist was very sweet and knew how to handle my course thick curly hair. Best blowout Ive received in years.

The girls are the best. It was such a relaxing place. Is not like any other salon that you spend all day, at oneblowdrybar they have you out in less than an hour you can watch movies listen to much and they even offer you coffee or tea. You guys rock !!!!

Friendly, inviting & very prompted, are words I would use to describe my initial interactions with oneblowdrybar receptionist. Spectacular, is the only word, I would use to describe how I felt after my Brazilian blowout hair smoothing treatment. Ive never received a Brazilian blowout that was so smooth & straight! I forgot my blowologist name, but she was terrific! M.. something, Im horrible with names I’m sorry. Ill def be back, when Im in the red bank area.

Came here last November for a blowout, which was for my rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding. The salon was clean and well kept. However, the girl who had done my hair really did not give me the best blowout. Shortly after I left the salon, my volume and waves started to droop and drop. I had to fix my own hair right before my rehearsal dinner began. I was disappointed that the service I received was not of better quality. Not sure if I will go back; would not recommend for a wedding.I also tried to book the salon for my wedding day, and wanted to book a trial appointment. I found that it was very difficult to book appointments related to weddings or wedding parties, so I gave up and ended up using another salon in Red Bank which did a great job.

Well I’ll start by saying I ended up going to Ulta right afterwards to get my make up re-done. I think “make up experts” is such a diversion from what you’re actually getting. My hair looked fine. However, not what I asked for. So between my expert hair styling and make up application, I’ve paid for two services that had no expertise. My face was so washed out with wrong shades, lip gloss was not evenly applied to my lips, I asked for a natural face and got dark pink lip stick, and lastly, the make up brushes looked dirty! Will not be going back. Don’t be fooled by their self-proclaimed expertise that is advertised on their website.

All I can say is wow !! I can’t believe I’ve never tried oneblowdrybar in red bank till a couple days ago since it’s right across from Garmany and Tiffany’s . How could I have missed it !!! Best blow dry bar !!! The level of customer service so accommodating, talented stylists, and gorgeous location so chic . My hairstylist Sassy gave me the best blowout . Awesome place, you will not be disappointed !!! Love it

Really good Brazililian! Their blowouts are not great...I can seriously do it better myself. But the worst is their make up...you will walk out looking like a clown! I literally had to come home and wash it off and do it myself. Only giving it 2 stars because the Brazilian is good.

I definitely do not recommend them. I went about 2 months ago for a Keratin treatment. I called a few days later to ask why my hair had an extremely foul odor after washing it. The receptionist told me shed talk to corporate and get back to me. That never happened, and my hair STILL smells bad every time I wash it. Ive had both Brazilian blowouts and keratin treatments and Ive never had a foul odor afterwards. The stylist was also pretty rough with my hair throughout the process. I dont think they use good products. If I could give zero stars, I would. Wont be back.After reading the reply from the CEO I would like to state that what she stated is false. I did not call a month later!! I called 3 days after my service! I never once received a phone call back about my concern- the odor my hair had. Not from the manager at the salon, or the owner that replied to my review. No one told me this may happen, i never signed a waiver, and as mentioned Ive had these treatments done before without this happening. I was offered limited availability to come in for a complimentary blowout, but with a child it isnt always easy. None of the days or times I asked for were available. The person I spoke with even said she had no idea why there would be an odor, said she would investigate and get back to me. My issue is- that never happened. Thank you for your response, however maybe you should be more honest when replying to someones review. No need to call me back as I dont trust your salon or you, and wont be back. I dont want any services for free, just want to make others aware of your poor customer service, and that fact that the CEO lies to her customers, so that they dont choose your salon.

Oneblowdrybar is absolutely amazing ! No one is snobby and everybody is extremely nice ! As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the receptionist and checked my coat . They escorted me upstairs to a private lounge with the real working old world fireplace .I felt I was in my living room, it was absolutely amazing! I was very comfortable at the same time .You can tell they spared no expense with the Jonathan Adler couches and accessories .My stylist, Sassy was excellent! My scalp and hair never felt so clean ! Its funny to admit when Sassy was washing my hair at the wash area, I was falling asleep! Thats how amazing the scalp massage felt ! She was very nice, professional and I absolutely I loved how my hair turned out, better then I could have ever expected . Especially when I have extremely thick curly hair ! No one and I mean no one can ever get it right but sassy did at oneblowdrybar. I would definitely come here again and would highly recommend asking for Sassy. You will not be disappointed at all . I just wish I lived in the area so I can go to them all the time to get a blowout ! My blowout was done Sunday & its still holding ! This is the longest Time that a blowout ever Lasted with my hair ! I wish I can include a picture to show you how amazing and bouncy it still looks !

This is by far the best salon in red-bank i was in NJ for the weekend and i had one of the best experience at oneblowdrybar.

I live in New York City and I got married at the country club in Rumson, NJ. I did my bridal trial at their New York City location for my wedding party and myself. I was extremely content with the overall hair and makeup looks that they had design for my wedding. My rehearsal dinner, we all received hair and make up at their location in Redbank New Jersey. Its so refreshing finding someone that is so detailed oriented, like myself. The day of my wedding they had closed down the red Bank New Jersey location to take care of my wedding party, they also sent me a blowologist to the venue for touch ups. At the beginning of this process, I drove myself crazy trying to find the right place to get my hair make up done. At the end I am so happy and relieved that I found oneblowdrybar

So grateful for and impressed by their service!!I walked (ran) into the blow dry bar after having my hair done at another salon for a wedding I was attending. The look I had been given was too prom-y, very bridesmaid-like, just really unflattering and not the look I was going for. With limited time and virtually no skillset, I wasnt going to be able to fix this (what I called) crisis. The girls at the front could sense my panic and although they didnt have anyone available, they sat me down and assessed the situation. Because my hair had so much product and was so teased, they couldnt do a quick fix, but after moving some things around on their end, they had my updo undone, my hair washed and blown out and some curls put in in under 40 minutes. They had nailed the look I was going for and also calmed me down after what was likely an overreaction to my hair (but I mean these pictures would be around forever!)I would recommend one blow dry bar to anyone and will ABSOLUTELY be returning back often!

Dont buy their Groupon- they block out weekends when you try to make a groupon appointment- I checked without the groupon and they had five available appointments.. Going to complain to Groupon. (Groupon does not have weekend restrictions on it)
