I have been going to T &Js since I was 18 years old..I an now 74...ALL my experiences have been excellent. Bad service ? Bad attitudes? Liars? This family group is respectful, honest, and maybe u people with the nasty, negative comments should consider how busy they are ......are u all perfect? Dont think so...if any of you all find a better body shop, let me know...but I dont think I will b hearing from any of you ..

They did a great job repairing the front bumper and headlight of my car. They were able to do everything requested at a reasonable price and in a short time frame. They may not be the fanciest auto body shop around, but if you want your car repaired with little to no fuss, then T & J would be the way to go.

I had a very pleasant experience with T&J Auto Body. I brought in my damaged car after going to three different auto body repair shops for estimates. The estimate promised by T&J was nearly $1,000 lower than the other body shops I consulted. I expected a long drawn out process from estimate to actually picking up my car but Joe, the owner, made the entire experience very easy. He very quickly drew up the estimate, set a date for the drop off, and kept me informed daily about the progress he was making. I picked my car up yesterday and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Joe, was very friendly and courteous which can be a rarity when it comes to getting car repairs. Along with the warm manner in which I was received, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price that was charged. I cannot recommend T&J strongly enough.

The worst auto body in the area. The guys who run the place has anger issues and I can’t believe they are business. They are not truthful about fixes and take too long to fix anything. The lady who work there is nice but really can not help. They are unethical and do mediocre work at best and never return call or call about updates.

The guy who runs this shop is terrible at what he does, is a liar, and does not deliver services as promised. Do yourself an immediate favor and seriously consider using someone else. Anthony’s auto body shop is a much better experience. Do not give T&J your business. My car repair was scheduled to take 8 days. My car ended up being in this shop for 48 days. Go somewhere else.

Just took my car in to T&J for repairs for the third time in 14 years. The first time I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. The second time I was broadsided by a car running a stop sign. This time I must have been side swiped in a parking lot.Each time the estimate has been fair, the work meticulous, and the car ready when promised. Naturally, I would prefer not to be such a good customer, but if I need body work done, this is where Ill always go.

Joe is a pleasure to work with and this was my second time using them and will recommend them to anyone who needs body work.

BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE!!! Had my car serviced and it took over a month to get things even started!! Every time we called for an update they came up with a different excuse for why the car wasn’t done and no one had any answers for us.. every time week we went to check up on the car it was still sitting in the exact same spot as the day we brought it in.. the staff is rude, they do not pick up their phones, and it is overall a terrible business. Don’t waste your time and money there!!!

They said the work would take 3 days. Involved a bumper and headlight. I thought this was 3 consecutive days.....duh, not so. Took 13 days. They fail to mention that it is 2 or 3 days work spread our over the many other cars they have that they are working on. They spend part of their day moving cars from the lit to the street to the shop, etc. Very inefficient. Then there are the lies. Every day a new lie..... the wrong part was sent, the adjustor hasnt called yet, people are out sick and we are short handed, always someone elses fault, never theirs. The work is good in terms of end result....which is why I rated 2 stars instead of 1..but what you go thru to get your car back is awful.

SCAMMERS!!! OWNERSHIP & STAFF ARE RUDE NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT MOST OF ALL HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEIR DOING. THE OWNER IS A LYING SCUMBAG THIEF!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO COME BACK 8 MONTHS LATER WORSE THAN IT CAME IN & FOR MORE $ THAN ANYWHERE ELSE, STAY FARRRR AWAY!!!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. my car sat there for 6 months waiting to be repaired telling me they were too busy to work on my car. the job got done and everything is lined up fine but the owner is absolutely the rudest person i have dealt with and does not value your time or money.

I came here for repair after a collision. They told me the repairs would take 1 month; they actually took 3. They gave me a leaking A/C system and low-quality parts that have reduced my cars handling. Would not go again.
