I did not think of getting a Volvo as I was looking for a BMW. A co-worker mentioned his wife got a Volvo at Red Bank Volvo and the experience was great. I then started looking into Volvos. I had a really bad experience with a Volvo dealer over the Driscoll Bridge. I went to Red Bank and Duane was awesome. No high pressure and he told it like it is. They did not tag on all the ridiculous fees the other dealership was trying to add...etching and other ridiculous fees. He really wanted me to drive off the lot feeling good about my purchase. He is always available when I have questions on the technology etc. If you are looking for a Volvo..go to Red Bank and ask for Duane!

My experience at Red Bank Volvo was, quite literally, bittersweet. The dealership itself is nice, clean, inviting. The personnel, however, is a different story. 1 star for Barbara, who apparently chooses who she wants to service, and is uninviting and unprofessional. 5 stars for Eric Gartley, who will greet you with a smile and walk you through the buying process with great care and humor.I knew I wanted to get a Volvo when I first walked into this dealership. To my dismay, however, not a single person offered to help, never mind greet me --- despite three personnel (including Barbara) being without clients. Many awkward minutes later, I approached one of them by the counter, and inquired whether there was someone to assist us. No smile, or hello, or of course. After finally being directed to Barbara, who was listening in from the sidelines all this while, amazingly she continued to take her time, without acknowledging me, before she finally approached me. She doesnt exude a warm and inviting personality. But she was professional when browsing around, arranging a car for a test drive, and in answering my questions (albeit not all of them correctly, as I later found out). I walked out that day feeling like my business was not wanted.I ended up initiating my lease through volvo.com, who had me coordinate the (car) pick up and do paperwork at a local Volvo dealership. It ended up being Red Bank Volvo! This time, however, Eric Gartley was my contact person, who first reached out via email, followed by a phone call. My entire interaction with Eric, from start to finish, was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. His professionalism and courtesy was the ONLY reason that I decided to engage with Red Bank Volvo again.Amazingly, when I came by for the signing and car pickup, I was AGAIN greeted with a deafening silence! I saw that Barbara acknowledged me walking into the dealership, but not only did she not greet me, she literally turned her back on me!? I was very flabbergasted, seeing that we had interacted previously. Eric returned to his desk and immediately approached me by my name. The remaining paperwork was easy and fast, as he was fully prepared. First off I want to say that I love cars! I love looking and searching for just the right combination and am willing to travel a bit to get what I want and to make the best, fairest for both parties, deal possible.When it was time to replace my wifes flex we zeroed in on the new Volvo XC40 and were very specific in what we wanted option and color wise. We began looking and targeted a few cars in about a 200 mile radius.Luckily we had Eric and red Bank Volvo just up the GS Parkway from us. Right off the bat Eric came back with numbers that worked for us on the Volvo and the trade. No muss no fuss. When we arrived to test drive and put hands on an XC40 it was a monsoon and Eric met us at our car with a large golf umbrella to shield us on our way into the showroom.Of course covid was a concern and we felt safe and secure with the protocols the dealer had in place.Well, we loved the car, Eric and the deal, put down a deposit and agreed to pick up our new XC40 in a few days.When we returned the excellent level of service continued. A great experience from beginning to end at Red Bank Volvo. Terrific lease deal on the S90 that is allowing a middle class registered nurse to drive a rich mans car. Deal was set up by Duane who really knows his stuff and will not mislead you in any way.....he is a man of high integrity. Chris the service manager and his team are fantastic as well. They primed up the new vehicle perfectly and it has been like driving a shiny new diamond. Completely satisfied!!

Weve leased 2 XC60s with Red Bank Volvo over the past 10 years or so. Weve always found the sales staff there to be friendly and professional, with no high-pressure tactics you find with other car dealerships. They are honest and not pushy and we found negotiating fair prices for both sides to be a transparent, easy process. Peter has handled both transactions and were very appreciative of the way hes handled us as clients. Duane is also friendly and professional and we feel like weve gotten to know the staff very well over the years. We will always be comfortable dealing with them.

Good service, but I got a statement that fixing my car would cost 4500. Took it to another store and it was 500 and half the work red bank said was needed. Unforgivable.

Being a customer now for the past 18 years, Red Bank Volvo has never let me down. Sales and service are completely integrated which makes both departments aware of there customers.Especially on my latest visit I had an issue that I completely feel was handled professionally and empathetically. My S60 was starting to show some wear on the interior leather that could have been viewed as normal wear and tear. I brought my concerns to the Service Manager Chris and he was attentive and professional with me. He asked me to be patient and will look into how he he could help me with this matter. Chris reached back out to me the next day to let me know how he was able to repair/replace my seat. Chris never made this matter inconvenient for me. I was able to handle this all through email with no unnecessary back and forth. I left this experience feeling valued and validated in my purchase and decision to be and remain a Red Bank Volvo Customer.Thank you to the Sales and Service staff at Red Bank Volvo.You truly make my family feel like family.

Friendly and pleasant. If youre buying a new volvo probably a great option. Used car priced high for options and condition. Lengthy trade in inspection process which ended with the lowest trade in offer Ive gotten so far.

I live in Indiana but found the car Id been looking for on Red Bank Volvos website. I purchased that car and I couldnt have had a better experience.
