I definitely recommend RightWay! Jessica was super nice and helpful even after the purchase. They made it super simple and easy and got me in the truck I wanted! I dont have the best of credit and they were able to get me financed and get me started on working towards bettering my credit! 10/10!

Guy was nice on the phone but once I got there he acted like he was doing me favor. I waited for a hour while he played with other workers. Worst car place I been too in a while minus well be on Prospect

Not helpful in getting financed at all. They claim to work with ALL credit types. You sit for hours just for them to say you need an excessive down payment or co-signer. I do not recommend.

Giving it this 1 star is kind of a stretch.My daughter bought a car from them almost a month ago.Her car went in the shop 4 days after buying it and has been there since.Everytime we call theyre rude and waiting on parts.Finance said she could get out of that contract and get into a new one as she doesnt have the car in her possession but the manager wont do it.I dont know what kind of vendetta they have against my daughter. Hut the experience has been truly truly awful.

Their service department was great. They were fast and friendly. I hate that I have to drive to Raytown to service my vehicle when I bought it in Gladstone but the guys there are great.

The website has no prices, and when we asked about that, we were told that its Lender Based Pricing... we clarified this, and it means that the vehicles are priced differently per person and what they can afford...We went in with very specific needs, and were approved for a higher cost than we could afford, for a vehicle that was WAY too small (I have a power wheelchair, they approved us for a compact car)When we explained that wouldnt work, the guy scoffed and said So you want an SUV for just $300 a month?We clarified that we were looking more for a minivan, and he scoffed again and said Well, thats just not going to happen.No one in the location was wearing a mask, we were left sitting for almost 30 minutes without any info, just a be right back, well see what we can get you and then nada.They also tout themselves as, first and foremost, a credit-repair place.Otherwise the place was clean, and the chairs werent terribly uncomfortable.

Just ask for Scott and get a good car and great deal

Helpful as they could be in my current credit situation

Me and my husband went there last month to see what I can do to trade my car in the room our info got me approved but I didnt have the down payment called back two weeks ago told Mr Jeremy Ill be back on New Years Eve he said ok just call so I can let you know how well be open so we can get you out your old car put you in a reliable car I said ok long story short they are very friendly and professional they treat like your family not just someone whos looking for a car they break things down to your understanding they ask questions and they approve you on the spot

Took awhile but they where very friendly and I did get the car I wanted just plan on being there awhile if u do buy a car cause they r a little slow but they do get it done
