Worked with Jim and he did a great job in making my visit a great experience. He said he had been at the location for 30+ years and the way he handled everything showed it. From start to finish he made sure that there wasnt anything that wasnt understood before making my purchase. Never felt pressured, and the way things were conducted helped me make my decision on purchasing my vehicle. Cant remember the guy who did the finishing paperwork, but even he made the experience great. Would definitely recommend him (Jim) to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I came in on Oct 6th 2021 with my own Auto loan already to go through my bank and a trade in overall experience was horrible after sitting for hours with them asking to run my credit one time for 1 lender was approved. But after all the sitting and trying to make me use there lender and not mine they put the wrong vehicle into the system so all paperwork that was drafted and vehicle that was approved was all wrong. By that time my and my fiance was over the whole ordeal after leaving a day later I get multiple inquiries saying my credit was ran 10 times by this dealership and there lenders . Now I have 10 hard inquiries on my credit report. That same day I found this out I called there fiance manager and he stated that it was a glitch and only one lender ran my credit and the other 9 would drop off in 15 days which it is now and of October and theyre still there .So will never do business with this company and would not recommend them .honestly I wouldnt give any stars

Im retired and live on extremely limited funds. I was looking for a great value and low payments that I could afford. Ryan Ortiz and Devon Ortiz went above and beyond what I expected. As soon as they found the style of car I was looking for and a great price they immediately called me to let me know they had it. If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off my vehicle at 7am. When I arrive nobody was inside the front service desk. I look around and see the clerks laughing and giggling talking about the new Ford bronco. I stare at them and then nobody even acknowledged my existence. Then this lady finally asks what I’m there for. I tell her I had an appointment for safety recall on my airbag system. She tells me to bring my vehicle into the garage and come back inside which I do. She walks around aimlessly and I stand around watching the other clerk play on her phone. The lady finally tells me that they would call me when my vehicle is done. Fast forward to 3 pm when I call and ask them for the status of my vehicle. Nobody answered the phone. The main sales clerk finally picks up the phone and transfers me over to the service side. The phone rings and rings without a response the phone clicks over as if someone picked the phone up then puts me on hold for the phone to ring again. Then the sales clerk picks up the phone and tells me to leave a message. I give her my information. I finally received a call back at at approximately 4:20 PM from the clerk I dropped off my vehicle with. The clerk then states well the mechanic is having issues with you passengers seat and needs to remove the seat to get to your passengers air bag. At this point I’m in shock because seats aren’t hard to remove and the seat she was talking about was simply unplugged. Then the clerk stated we’ll call you back once we figure out how to move the seat. I grow increasingly upset because I knew it was a crock of BS and that they only started working on my vehicle at the last minute, I regret even taking my vehicle here. Terrible and unprofessional service at this dealership.

Came in to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. Ended up leaving the dealership following the test drive in my old vehicle as I was unsure about what I wanted to do. Decided following the weekend I would take it for an overnight test drive and that sold me on the vehicle. My salesman was Jim Leathers. He was very helpful with all my question and was never pushy about making the sale. Got a good deal on the truck I was looking and and a very good deal on my trade in. I was also really impressed with the guy I worked with in finance. Had me in and out incredibly quickly, wasn’t pushy trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t want. All in all a very good experience

Does not recommend this dealer to anyone. Purchased a used car which although had previous damage was stated it passed inspection and they only had to do minor repairs. Complete lie. They were listing over 10k for a car worth 5k and after having a shop look at was informed $1600-$1800 for repairs. Lessons to be learned. Don’t buy previous damaged and NEVER GO TO FORD DEALERSHIPS

Went in to get service done on my trucks. I have found reasons to suspect work was not fully performed on my vehicles judging by what is on my invoice and what i have found. Service manager refuses to call me back. He reached out once and i missed the call by a minute and called right back to no answer. i have left multiple messages since and have not heard back. They are very sketchy and i would recommend using a different ford dealership. Technicians seem to not have proper training on how to diagnos vehicle symptoms or just dont care. I didnt have time to mess with my vehicle to repair it. But i had to myself because i needed the truck for a long drive and it took little time to diagnos. I was hoping this shop could repair my truck since it was already in for scheduled maintenance so i didnt have to mess with it myself. The tech clearly wasnt competent enough and the manager must know this so refuses to speak with me. I strongly suggest using a different dealer or you too could be scammed out of money.

Years ago I gave this place 5 stars, not anymore. What happened to the service? I bought my car, new, here in 2016 and even though I live about 48 minutes away, and it was cheaper elsewhere, I still brought it here every 3 months for the works. this last year I have tried 3 times now to get service. You used to just drive up to the green light theyd give you a wait time and youd sit in the lobby and get your oil changed. the first 2 times I have done this I got turned away, the 2nd of those times it was quite rudely. Today I was on the same road for work so on lunch (at 11am) called to see if they could get me in around 2:45 (end of my shift), I was told its too early to tell, that id have to call back at that time, so I did and guess what I was told that there was no way I could get in, again. lady told me my best bet would be to try at opening. well for folks who work Monday through Friday almost an hour away thats just not an option. Ill be going somewhere closer from now on.

Horrible service! They lied to me about the warranty. Apparently if you spend thousands of dollars on the extended warranty but you get reaaalllly close the the end of date, THEY WONT HONOR IT. Theyve had me on the hook for almost two months with my car in the shop. I have to walk to work, I cant pick up kids from school or practice, weve been down to one car in a 5 person household for more than a month! This is HORRIBLE. Nobody ever answers the phone and if they do they will call me right back and they never do! I tell as many people as I can to not trust this place.

When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by JJ. I told her my goals and where I wanted to be and she went to work. As the process continued we hit some bumps in the road. Instead of talking down to me, she grabbed her GM Ryan and they came over and explained every option that was available to me. I would not recommend going to this location. We have experienced multiple problems at this location.1) We DID NOT have an appointment. They offer to service our vehicle anyway. The wait time they told us was an hour. We waited over 2 1/2 hours for a oil change.2) We were given free oil changes when we purchased our vehicle in 2017. We presented our free oil change coupon to the employee. They told us it was good. Waited 2 1/2 hours. Got our car back then proceeded to ask for payment. We were very confused.3) 90% of the employees and managers were not wearing a mask. They talked to each other without mask on. One employee came up to us without a mask on to talk to us. The employee that served us did wear a mask though. Very unprofessional.4) Most employees were nice. The lady that took our unwanted payment had a horrible attitude. Very rude while not wearing a mask.Bottom line, if you don’t mind waiting, not being told correct information, and horrible attitudes from employees then come here.We will not be purchasing our new vehicle here in the future.

The sales people are pushy and rude. They flat out told me that all they wanted to do was sell me a car. I mean, of course thats what you want to do, but at least try to be nice about it.After that and not getting back to them over the phone, all because of the blatent rudeness that I was victim to at the dealer location. They started spamming my email address about customer satisfaction and how they were happy to have helped despite me not buying anything, and asking if there was anything else they could help with. I just blocked the email sender and since then Ive not heard back. Hopefully I never do.Wish I could give 0 stars.

Made an appointment 4 days in advance to get 1 tire mounted and a tire rotation done. Arrived 10 minutes early. After 3 hours went by checked on the status and was told another 20-30 minutes . 45 minutes later I went to the counter to ask again and seen my truck setiing outside. Finally got the paperwork and went to leave and found grease on the door handle, the steering wheel and the shift lever. Took another 10 minutes to get that cleaned up. Get home (finally) and to absolutly no surprise the tire rotaion was not done and the new tire was not even cleaned up or moved to the front of the truck. FYI our reciept was very clear on what was supposed to be done and it wasnt. Called the and the manager was supposed to return my call and again no surprise, havent heard a word. Never again.

Before coming into the dealership, JJ worked with me to see which vehicles fit my particular financial situation. We did much of the work in advance and when JJ promised I would only have to sign and drive, that was literally all I had to do! The General Manager Ryan and Jess in Finance were great as well, working hard to get me the best possible interest rate. I plan to keep my vehicle for a long time but when I need another vehicle, I won’t hesitate to work with this team again.

Bought a CPO 2019 Flex at the end of September. Had a cracked rear window when I bought it and was promised a repair. I have waited 2 and a half months and dealt with multiple personnel changes at the dealership, causing me to retell my issues over and over and being told each time that it will be taken care of. Well it still hasn’t been taken care of. I was going to wait to review with a full 5 stars, but when I received a robo-text yesterday asking me to review my purchase, I decided to oblige. Don’t expect top notch service here.**Nobody reached out to me like was promised on the comment of this review. Instead I’ve had to call them multiple times and have been lied to multiple times about my window being ordered. This place is an absolute joke. They want to blame my salesman when he is the ONLY person in that place that has done their job correctly. I have never been more frustrated with a financial transaction. I will be taking my future service needs to another ford dealer

My tire went out last night on my long drive home. After trying to air it up nearby, I had to pull over again to park in their lot and wait for my dad to come help. Two seperate men approached to check on me and make sure I was okay, and the second one was an angel in disguise. He told me to pop my trunk and he and two other lovely gents helped me get my spare on before my dad even got there. Worse service experience I have ever had. Had a 11:00 appointment for oil change and slow leak in tire. After waiting 2 hours with no communication I asked about my car. My advisor stated she just found out my tire could not be fixed. Talked to service manager and never did he say sorry or showed any concern about my wait except for telling me i was getting my oil change at half off, I told him I had a maintained plan and that was it. Waited another hour for vehicle and then had to drive back on Saturday to get tire replaced. Service manager never said acword to me on Saturday. Sorry is not in his vocabulary.

These guys deserve every bit of the 5 stars I gave them. There was no pressure, they were VERY responsive (even when I wasnt), and they were incredibly kind. Leon Tucker made us feel like family from minute one and Mark (Marc?) Dyer went above and beyond ten times over to make the sale happen. He was able to get me financed with an interest rate lower than my credit union was offering! I went into this thinking my options were incredibly limited due to the amount I could spend through my credit union, but he made sure I was able to get what I really wanted without any sacrifices. In fact, he sweetened the deal.The day of the purchase, Leon made sure my daughter got the sprinkled donut he promised her, and he even helped me get my rental car dropped off there in Raytown, rather than me having to rush back to Topeka to get it dropped off on time. We worked with Michael Libby - he had us in and out within three hours with our new car. The car was already priced really well, so there was no need to haggle. They worked with us on having a third party inspection and Michael gave us all of the time we needed to make an informed decision. After we did, the paperwork was really quick. The team was friendly and helpful. It also seemed like many of their customers come back to them for regular service, which was a good sign.Lastly - and I hate that this is even worth mentioning - but I appreciated them actually having the car available. They were 1 out of 3 dealerships we visited in Missouri after driving all of the way from Topeka (its about 1.5 hours and $8 round trip in tolls); and wouldnt you believe it, they were the only dealership to actually have the car available that they said they did over the phone. The other two had us drive all of the way out for a car that was already sold or not ready. Experience didn’t start off to hot but then got better. Was promised an appointment at 4:30 with an associate named Jim. When we arrived Jim was working with 2 other clients. We were handed off to a man named Henry who was phenomenal. Not really sure if Henry got any credit for the sale but he certainly should have if he didn’t. While we had a good experience with Henry, we were there until 9:30 PM. We had to wait behind the customers who Jim was helping even though we were scheduled before them. All in all Jim needs some work on not working in a haste, double booking and being patient. Henry however, did an amazing job. Extremely nice man who was very knowledgeable and helpful despite his teammate almost messing things up for him. Jim : Do better. Henry : You rock.

But I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic 10:30 am they ask would I like to wait it won’t be done till later in the day or early tomorrow morning theyll call me I opt out and leave. I had to call the next day at 4:30pm for them to tell me it has not been looked at and won’t be till the following day. I wouldn’t have had a problem with waiting a 2-3 days if I would have been informed initially, or possibly scheduled a appointment to drop it off when it would able to be looked at that day I use my truck for business so just a legit time frame would be nice, once Ive already told my customers something else.

Went in to drop wife’s car off for an appointment for a check engine light that Firestone had told us was just a CPU error that a Ford dealership/shop would need to fix. Location didn’t appear busy, but lady at the service center desk seemed indisposed and exclaimed that they couldn’t look at any more vehicles today. I let her know that we had already scheduled and appointment, but she repeated that they couldn’t accept any appointments.A courtesy call would’ve seemed appropriate, since we had to waste half a day changing family schedule around. Definitely not coming back to this dealership.

I have bought 2 vehicles from your dealership and had a good experience both times but your service department is a complete joke! I made two appointments to have my vehicle looked at. The first time I dropped my car off, after I had already taken the day off work and arranged for a ride home (because of course you don’t have a loaner car program) I was told they did not have anybody to look at my vehicle for an appointment THAT YOU GUYS SCHEDULED. So fast forward to the next week when I bring it in for a second time. For the SECOND appointment that you guys schedule. Take yet another day off work, arrange for another ride home. Still your staff acts as if they are not expecting me to bring my vehicle in. I was given no ETA on when diagnosis would be made. No phone call after my vehicle had been in your care for over 24 hours. My car was not even looked at until I called for a status update 2 DAYS after I dropped my car off. All of this for your “mechanic” to look at it for 20 mins and tell me nothing is wrong..This is beyond unprofessional..my car still has the same issue that I brought it in for. Would not recommend this place to anybody..YOU GUYS SUCK!!

If you are looking for a great dealership to buy a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go! My boyfriend and I just bought a 2018 Ford F150. The gentlemen that helped us went to great lengths,and worked very hard to help us get the best deal possible.
