I am happy to share my experience with Grieco Ford of Raynham Massachusetts. Chris Soares the product specialist was excellent in navigating the process of getting my new vehicle. He was kind and very helpful in answering all my questions. He made my purchase a smooth process. This dealership has high quality vehicles with great prices. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with this dealership.

Let me just say I have never left a review on anything in my life, but this dealership is that bad. I am taking the time to try to help everyone. I bought a used truck, and it was the absolute worst experience I could have had. I bought the truck on a Thursday in August, the same day I went, I signed all the paperwork, I put a large downpayment and was told the truck would hopefully be delivered Monday to my town hall (I live in NH). They would not let me pick up a truck I bought. I was not allowed to do so because they did not know NH laws. I was told someone would call me Friday and finalize a time to meet at the town hall. I heard from no one. I called many times a day leaving messages, I could not get in touch with anyone. No one would return me call. I had nothing to show for the truck. Finally the following Tuesday I get a call and they said they can bring the truck up Wednesday. I take a day off of work, arrange a ride to town hall and the runner comes without the paperwork. He had to drive my truck back to Raynham. Finally I get my truck a week later and everything seems to be okay. I did not get reimbursed for the registration like I was told I would. I also did not get any copies of any of the paperwork I signed for my truck. It is now November and I am still trying to contact someone to get my paperwork. DO NOT SHOP HERE. worst costumer service I have ever seen. Terrible dealership, I would have better luck buying a truck off Santa.

I bought a new Bronco Sport at Grieco and I am thrilled with the product. Chris S. was a pleasure to work with and made the process fast and easy. This is my first Ford but not my last. Ill be returning to Grieco for future vehicle needs. Great job all!

Bought my 19 Escape from here. Buying process was great and Rashad was the best salesman Ive ever dealt with. Very easy to work with and made the buying process enjoyable.I also have to give props to Keith in the Service Department. I brought my car by because I had what I thought was a paint issue on the hood of the car. There was like a splash of what looked like missing paint that I could not clean up. He took a look and had his team give it a good cleaning, and it turned out rust or something similar had leaked onto my car from either a garage or other car or something. Totally not their fault and happened while I had the car, but he went out of his way to take care of it for me. Within minutes they had it looking like brand new again. Thank you so much!

Extremely poor quality of service. They tell you one thing and then its a fight for the simplest of things. Dont waste your time and money here. Service department is also very terrible. Way too long turn around only to find out some parts werent even put back on the car.

So the issue I was having appears to be fixed now. Including what was originally the problem with the front passenger tire in the first place. No more wobbling. No more shaking during acceleration. Just the typical bumps of the Massachusetts roads, and unless Ford can fix our roads I think were good lol.

I inquired on a vehicle that I was told was available and ready to go with no issues on a Friday morning. I followed up later in the day as it was taking some time to get an answer about 3:00 p.m. Someone replied back and let me know all was good and the price was correct on the website. I asked what I needed to do to hold the vehicle and I indicated I would like to buy the vehicle and move forward with a deal while I made travel arrangements to Boston. No reply. The next morning I sent another email to make a deal and was told that someone had an appointment and they would let me know. Nobody got back to me. I believe since I didnt have a trade and had my own financing they pushed me out. When I followed up to make sure it was sold nobody replied back to me the next Monday as to if it was sold.

Brian did an excellent job as my salesperson from the moment we walked in the door. It was only a few minutes before I was helped, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the process of financing the car I wanted. The entire process was extremely transparent and he went over all of the paperwork so I understood what I was signing. He made sure I had no questions and let me know what to expect throughout. It was probably the easiest experience I’ve had in buying a car!

Just picked up a 2018 GMC Sierra SLT and had Rashad Bell as my salesman. This place is a scam…..took my deposit on a car, we signed all contracts for sale, then wanted me to still pay for the car when they didn’t even have the title nor secure power of attorney——scum bags thru and thru. Then re-sold the car to someone else and didn’t refund my deposit.

After reviewing many dealers in search of a Shelby GT500. I came across Grieco of Raynham. The reviews looked excellent. I decided to make the 2 hour trip and I wasnt disappointed! Chris the GM personally welcomed me and answered all my questions. The entire staff was very friendly and assured I was well taken care of. There was no pressure to make a deal. In fact they tried their hardest to give me the best deal possible. After the deal was done. The owner personally reached out to thank me and to have my GT500 delivered right to my house via a trailer. I couldnt be more happier with this dealership and its staff!

Absolutely would not recommend this dealer to anyone, based on my car buying and service experience. Dealer promised my vehicle would arrive on X date, yet it was delayed 2 weeks... Got the car, and had to immediately have the sunroof and AC serviced.... Waited months for a spare key, could not register the vehicle within the timeframe due to the salesman forgetting paperwork, service is promised and not accurate, nor does anyone have the common courtesy to keep in touch and update their clients along the way. I had to bother them constantly for answers; which one department said ABC, the other said XYZ.Staff clearly do not know how to handle a difficult and angry customer, instead they are rude versus being understanding and trying to deescalate the situation. Purchasing a brand new and very expensive car should not be so difficult and chaotic.The only reason we deal with this Ford location, is because its very close by.

Spoke to a representative about looking at a specific vehicle. I was asked to wait “just a moment” while they got the keys. No problem! 25 minutes later I walked out, because my time is valuable, and that is a serious waste of time.

Bought a new truck from Chris this past weekend. It started off as a lease that didnt quite work out and ended up with me buying an even better truck instead. Chris spent hours and hours with us. Upwards of 10 hours over 3 days and he was perfectly happy to do it. Very good sales rep who did his part perfectly.

TLDR: By far the worst experience I have had with any dealership. I would avoid buying a high-value car from them, they dont seem to have the logistics in place for remote purchasing or the customer service skills for high-value purchasing. It is possible that in-person purchasing may be a better/ smoother experience.Pros: Quick responses via email. Original contacts seemed friendly and transparent. Wide variety of cars.Cons: Listed below.1) It took 1 day to agree on a price after contact. It took 4 days for me to secure financing from a national government funded credit union. It took 3 weeks for Greico staff to correctly fill out very simple wire transfer document. It took 1 month after placing the deposit to actually pick up my vehicle.2) They apparently have never done a wire transfer before despite thousands of sales and seemed very laissez-faire about actually completing the deal. I even spoke to the general manager about this. The interaction highlighted incompetence from top to bottom, but I wanted the car so I reluctantly continued the deal.3) When I came to pick up the car, I wasnt greeted by a manager or even a sales executive. I bought the most expensive vehicle in their dealership. You would think they would be happy to take 6 figures from me.4) The didnt have the title of the vehicle available when I came to pick it up. They then mailed it to my 2nd residence despite having told them I needed it sent to my primary address.I debated writing this review, but had to honestly express my interaction with the staff. I chose to leave out names as the point isnt to personally shame or attack individuals.

Car salesmen ....ugh, right!? WRONG! Take all that you think a car salesmen is and replace it with just about every employee there. I personally dealt with Troy. Troy was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. Not pushy, completely honest and quite frankly, made everything very easy. Even during these crazy-covid times, I never once felt like I didnt want to be there. He and the entire sales team made the process a breeze and always were available off in the distance if needed. Troy, like I said earlier, was great. During the entire process of ordering my vehicle back in January, to delivery in March, Troy was always a text, email or call away. When it came to the final process of dotting Is and crossing Ts, we were even able to work things out over text, which worked out well during my normal workdays. I am extremely pleased with my decision to go through Troy and Grieco Ford !!!

I came in looking for a Jeep for my family and got great customer service. The Process wasn’t rushed and we were able to find something big enough and affordable. Our sales rep was Brian, he did a good job over the phone and sending information to us during the Covid pandemic, I highly recommend Brian if dealing through this dealership!

Great service they did my oil change & tire rotation in less than an hour

This place is horrible! We got approved for a vehicle ran our credit did all the paper work and was told to come in and we told them we would be in there on Monday. We packed up our kids Monday morning and after we were already there they told us the car sold! Mind you we drove an hour to come look and pick up the vehicle!!. This place is a joke dont run someones credit if you are just going to give it to someone else like that and waste our time! Do not shop at this place save yourself time and go somewhere else!!

My wife brought our truck in to see what the trade in value would be against a truck I picked out. We had a price wanted to pay and my wife would leave a deposit for the truck. The manager told her that I would have to come in there with a mask and gun to get that price. ($400 difference). The next day get a call the price is good. I sent a text to salesperson that I will come in Friday. I get a message Friday someone is test driving the truck. Im not driving there for nothing so i told him to let me know if its sells. Saturday morning i send a text if the truck is still available i will be there at 12. Salesperson called me at 9:20. I asked if I would be able to take the truck home that day. He said yes and that he would pull the truck out and go fuel it up and have it ready. I pulled in at 11;15 the truck was right out in front. I thinking nice the salesperson is on the ball.. I walk in and ask for the salesperson he comes over and tells me someone else is looking at. Would I like a cup of coffee while i wait?Tell me what you think

Keith was very helpful and went the extra mile. Our van was totaled and my old truck was practically dead. I explained to Keith what our situation was and he went the extra step to talk to his repair shop to see if they could help with our van, which was very considerate and appreciated. Unfortunately it was a situation where they werent able to lend their services. However, Keith helped me find the right truck for the right price and took care of the registration. They took care of us and provided good coverage for our new Explorer which we are very happy with. I had a check engine light come on the day after we bought it and called him up. He said no problem and we brought it in and took care of the issue. The people at Grieco were nice, professional and cared about helping us out. I will definitely go back them in the future. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership honestly. I absolutely hate having to go to the dealership for work but while I was there a young man approached me (Rashad? I believe his name was) and completely flipped my perspective. He showed me around and definitely gave me some things to think on about upgrading my Lincoln. Very polite, not at all pushy, just really seemed like he knew what he was talking about.Oh and the repair was good too. 😅
