The shelves are pretty bare. I had to rearrange my paint project to work with materials they had in stock.I know there are shortages from covid, natural disasters, etc, but maybe thats how the world works these days.Hopefully this mess will come to an end soon, and I can give them another shot when they have stuff to buy.

Competently helpful, made sure I had the color I needed.

Always go Fri-Mon to hit sales. Normally saves us $15-$20 a gallon. Staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. As a matter of fact Ill be getting more paint there within the next few weeks.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a SW store. So rude, aren’t able to answer ?s, and don’t bother with online ordering because it won’t get filled until you call. They “usually don’t see it because too many tabs are open all the time, haha!” It’s worth driving the distance to the Stow one or going somewhere else. I appreciate what a high priority SW places on customer services. This store just really misses the mark. (And this review was posted only after giving several chances).

This is a great store! The manager, Victoria, is top-notch; not only does she run a tight ship (the store is ALWAYS organized, clean, and well-stocked), she knows the products and how to use them. Always going the extra mile, she works hard to keep her customers happy and coming back. She is by far one of the best customer service pros I have ever known; Im always impressed when shes the sole employee on duty, and it seems every painter in Northeast Ohio has come in wanting 5 gallons of 5 different colors in 5 different sheens. She never misses a beat. This young lady knows what it means to have a work ethic. Sherwin Williams struck gold with her... shes a winner!

The associate that assisted via telephone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The curbside pickup was great. I would highly recommend this store.

One of the managers helped us. She said she is a paint nerd and Im very thankful for that! She was very helpful, helped us choose exactly what we needed, and was able to save us some money.

The employee was very helpful, friendly and informative. There is a large selection of quality products at reasonable prices. The paint is excellent and use all the time. Shop there again for sure.

Nick was very helpful in explaining what paint/primer that would be best for my project. Also, the color I wanted was very easy to locate in your paint samples. I also purchased my paint at a 30% off price which was nice. Very nice store in Ravenna, OH.

They always have everything I am looking for and usually with a great discount! However the thing that sets this store apart is Victoria. She is amazing, every time I go in she is always smiling, friendly, and helpful--even though there is usually a line of customers and the phone is ringing!

The sales person new the paint products and was able to help me but the price of paint was expensive. If the paint was not on sale I probably would have left and went to a big box store where its cheaper

These guys are great. They know their stuff, are super helpful and have good quality products. After we bought our house, we had to repaint all of the bedrooms and the Ravenna store manager, Victoria, answered all my questions, no matter how many I asked. She does everything she can to help the customer from having the knowledge and understanding about their products to suggestions for your current situation. They are a bit on the pricey side vs. a big box store like Walmart or Home Depot, but I feel its well worth it to have people to ask questions to that actually know what theyre talking about.
