Superior Customer Service. Best Ive seen in a decade. A cashier quoted us at a much lower price for a product. So we drove significantly out of our way to get an older model. When we arrived there was a big price difference, frustrated at the confusion. The 3 representatives were very friendly. They verified the details with the person who mis-quoted us. AND MADE IT RIGHT!! Most other stores and even this week, would have callously told us thats our problem and sent us in our way. But this store or staff or company did the right thing, and made us loyal customers for life.Thank you for the superior service and renewing a sense of pride in a quality service.

Received excellent service on Saturday from Tom. I needed a propane regulator and tubing to replace an unexpected failure of such while staying at a local campground. It was COLD, and I needed that heat! Tom took us directly to the aisle of the store and found us the necessary replacement, which was exactly what was needed and fit the situation perfectly. The camper was much more comfortable to sleep in that night.

Great prices here. Wanted to buy an outdoor picnic table. They had quite a few options. They have great discounts especially during memorial day weekend.

Great location for a clean and organized store. They have nearly everything you need from gardening to welding. I suggest this location to people all of the time.

It was ready for pickup when I arrived and the girl was friendly however I ordered a 1/4 inch shaft collar and received a 3/8. The part was useless, you cost me a job because of this. I lost time and money. It was 1 part and it’s clearly marked 3/8. I triple checked to make sure I ordered a 1/4 and the mistake was 100% not on my end.

New to the area and needed some supplies. The store had everything I was looking for. Always great sales on ...EVERYTHING. Always a great Clearance section too. I get most of my work clothing there. Staff is always friendly. The only minor complaint (if you call it that) (it is a company thing, I am sure, and no reflection on this store) however, If I am in another town and i end up at another TSC sometimes clearance items are cheaper or more expensive at 1 or the other? For example I bought a Carhartt sweatshirt from Middlefield store and it was marked down to 9.99 and when I went to Ravenna the same exact sweatshirt was full price? (scratch of the head) But all in all Ravenna TSC is GREAT!

Overall, this store is great. Great selection of items. We bought our chicks here 2 years ago and theyre still strong and healthy and great layers. However, the staff is not always helpful or friendly and beware on vaccine days because you will be slipping in puddles of dog urine that hasnt been cleaned up.

They have everything you would need for your pets and general tractor and supply items. They have a really good program for giving your dogs their vaccinations and shots that is cheap and quick and they also chip them. Other than that the prices are not that great though. Average-at-best

This is a good place for anyone who owns a farm, or has a big yard. They have very nice tractors out front usually. And they sometimes have baby chickens for sale. If you own a pet, this is a good place for medicine. They usually have medicine that other stores do not have.

Great selection, always someone to help. People seem to be so nice at this location! Plus clearance deals make stress shopping much better.

Prices are kinda high on some things and their selection for mower parts and belts is limited but overall they are great to purchase feed for all your farm animals that dont have to really sing for their supper....but hell I do

Everything is easy to find. The employees are always so nice and helpful. When we bought our chickens and ducks, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and helped us find everything we need. This is where we always go to get our feed and bedding for our chicks, ducks and goats. And our food for our dogs. They also have some great country clothes, shoes and boots. They have cute John Deere clothes and boots for my grandchildren.

Friendly, polite customer service! Workers ask if I need help out to my car. Store is clean and has that friendly, down home feeling to it like a mom & pop store. Love this store!

Terrible customer service! I just stopped in to pick up 9 bags of pine shavings. My wife grabbed a cart while I was getting my trucks bed cover secured. I came in to the store to help her and shop a bit. The pine shavings are located in the middle of the store next to the help desk. I came in to find my wife on her 3rd bag of pine shavings. To her left stood 4 employees shooting the breeze. One might think maybe just one would offer a little help. But not a chance. You guys need to learn about customer service.... Ill stop at any other tractor supply than this one.

They always have the most friendly staff. Brandy has been there for years. We love it there.

This place has everything. Chicken wire, traps, horse gear, outdoor supplies, and pet supplies that are reliable and durable. When you need dog food or kitty litter your first thought is the pet store down the road but instead you should come here because they have everything that pet store offers PLUS! Unless you are looking for a very specific brand this store has absolutely everything you could possibly need.

Will never shop here again! The 25% rewards member coupon on fireplace accessories is very deceptive! $2 off of a $275 receipt is unacceptable. I guess our fireplace necessities werent covered, I cant imagine what possibly would be covered! Still in disbelief !!!

Friendly employees and usually stocked well. The store is clean and generally has enough room to maneuver a cart through. Would not buy chicks here unless you dont care what breed you get or how many roosters you end up with, as they are not very knowledgeable and the bins are frequently mismarked.

No self check out here! You can always find friendly service anywhere in the store. You are always greeted every time you walk in. I have never had a bad experience here!!!

Walked in looking for a small tack hammer didnt find one walked around trying to find an employee didnt find one, then we walked up and down the tools looking for a small hand saw and tack hammer didnt find one and now we TRYED to fine someone to ask about paint you can guess the rest. Walked up to the cash register and they acted like we were invisible so we left and whent to home depot and spent a bunch of money.

Very clean, well organized store. Helpful employees. The offer a pet clinic which is great. We are always busy and the clinic is great.

Went here today and bought some shirts and a pair of Ariat boots. This place is a lot larger than other tractor supply stores in the area. They had a lot of selection and very nice people working there. Only thing i didnt like was the Ariat boots were 30$ more here than at Rural King. Highly recommend this awesome store!

Sales woman lied to my face about the type of chickens I was buying. Told me I was getting silkie chickens, instead I dont know what the hell Ive got, but I do know now that they ARE NOT silkies. Will never buy chickens from these people again. Id rather pay more for them online and know what Im getting than have them lie to my face just to make a sale. Plus, the woman gave me a sick chick. I ended up having to take it back immediately after getting home which was a 45 minute drive. Took it back, they let me keep the sick one and gave me another one. The sick one died within 2 hours of getting back home. If I could, Id give them 0 stars.

Very unhappy of the conditions the baby chicks and ducks were in. Bedding wet and poopy. Told someone and was ignored. Was told I fed them earlier and they looked just fine...if thats the case then they need taught better husbandry skills on the animals. Chicks were wet because in with ducks. 😟

I got a second bag of rancid, moldy horse feed there this past Sunday. Yes, they will take it back, no problem, but I need the feed and would like it replaced. It would take them 2 weeks to do that! Since it is Wednesday, and they order on Tuesday, it wouldnt get ordered until NEXT tuesday and would be in the store 1 week after that. What kind of customer service is that? Here is what you do....call and get another bag in the order, have a manager go get another bag from area TSC that has it in stock and take it back to Ravenna store. 2 wks waiting for something to be delivered in this day an age is ridiculous. SO yes TSC is a cute department store, but NOT a feed store. I would be very cautious to buy any feed there. Not a enough turn over in product. Dog food, cat food, horse feed sits there too long.

They never have the parts In looking for. They didnt disappoint this time either . You get more parts at Auto Zone than here.
