These guys are the best. I wish I knew about them when I first moved to Ravenna. They can help me find what I need to fix something, but they also know that sometimes I just have to wander around to find what I need using parts in random ways to build things. Working at a local school in a research capacity, I can tell you I have turned some of their plumping parts into precision jigs to hold important samples, and to make my kitchen sink work. The folks working there are always friendly and I cant help but smile when I walk in.

Montigney Hardware is a tremendously important resource in Portage County. Years before I moved to Ravenna it was my fathers go to spot for tools, supplies, recommendations and conversation from one workman (Winston Potter) to another. In the 23 years I lived in Ravenna spending my energy and money restoring and renovating my century home Montigneys was by far MY go to store for modern and old time hardware. The employees were experienced and happy to share their knowledge. Great store!

Its like a step back in time! Not like the big box stores.....a good, old-fashioned hardware store, off the beaten path. Staff immediately greets you when you walk in the door and they are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Good selection of products. A little gem in our community!

They always have that thing i dont even know i need. Or will make it. Eg i needed a metal punch block. No go. He says over here $0.40 each got 3 wrapped with electrical tape snd hzve my punch block. Today i need an adjustsble map gas torch head, map gas, and butane. Bet they have the most unique maphead and cheapest fuel. Headed out now!!

The gentleman at montigney Hardware are always so extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! If they dont have what you need they will try and get it for you, if they cant get it for you they will recommend a place for you to get it from.
