Most foods really good. Pizza too greasy.Girls who work around 8:00am (around the time I go on lunch from work). Clears orders like they have been made without making them. Has happened 3 times to me in a week. And they also take forever to make the food.

My food is always dumped upside down, every time I get it. Other than that, very nice people and service.

They do serve cooked food, they have drink fountains,Restrooms, Snacks, All kinds of some drinks. Very nice descent place to go to will go again.

Drive thru service is terrible. Gave this place 5 tries and every time waited a minimum of 10 minutes at 4 in the morning with an empty parking lot and employees standing around.The 5th day I ordered, got tired of waiting after 10 minutes and since order wasnt paid for just left. Wont be back. Get Go down the street a hell of lot better food and service.

Probably one of my favorite places to grab food or some quick items. The staff here is super friendly and loves to help when they can. Store is safe to visit during the pandemic due to their mandatory mask rule. Love the pretzels you can get from this place too. Prices are pretty good for the quality stuff you can get here. Highly recommended.

Placed my order around 11:50ish I believe. Waited in like until 12:45. Mind you I only had 2 DRINKS, one of which was a BOTTLE OF WATER. Never received my order because after an hour my drink was still not made nor was I given my water. Wasnt given a refund either. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The food itself is great but every single time I come here and order I can hear the staff complaining about mine and other customers orders. They are literally yelling about it back there as if there isnt a half wall between us. This location always makes the food sloppily and shorts you on ingredients as well. The one in Kent and the one in Canton are much better about this. If you dont like making food maybe you should find another job. Its a made to order gas station restaurant, if you cant take the heat get out of the Sheetz

This Sheetz its generally quick and clean. If you have/use your Sheetz card, you save an additional 3¢/gallon of gas. Doesnt takes to long to earn a free hotdog either!

I have been stopping on there at least 4 times a week to get my morning coffee and fill up my gas tank. They recently changed the coffee makers. I hate them. They used to have some of if the best coffee around but no more. I will be stopping you at Circle K from now on

They dont enforced masks at all. So many plague rats walking around without masks. Will never stop here on my travels anymore.

I order my sandwich stand here for 25 freaking minutes just to get told theyre out of provolone cheese that goes on The Big Mozz burger and asked if I would like some other different cheese that doesnt even go with the flavor profile on the burger. I am so over the sheetz in Ravenna, I will never be back to this 1, theyre always out of stock on their made to order stuff. Thanks a lot sheetz for leaving me screwed on dinner again, I guess I got to go eat McDonalds🤮.

Very busy location... So cashiers are quick. Lines move like a conveyor belt. Very efficient. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Hot food made to order: by App, phone and in person. Tons of gas pumps. Have used this location more than 1-2 times a week and have never had to wait for a pump. Great location and Great Employees.

Great sheets! Lighting is always on point at night. I love the fact that its overly bright, that I can see everything and its not scary. Bathrooms are always clean oh, were not even going to talk about the sheets Cafe and the jalapeno poppers, that are always excellent

Always a perfect experience when I do choose to stop here. I was going to use the app to use the MTO but the asap option said 15 minutes, and going inside to order is more like 5 minutes. Sometimes I feel like when I select the heavy option for some condiments, its not really heavy, but maybe thats just me.

Even on busy days you appear to be able to get a pump fast. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. If you need gas and food its worth an extra mile to make this stop.

The best sheetz around. They carry e85 which saves me almost 70 cents a gallon. Easy exit and entrance from state route 14. Facilities always very clean.

This Sheetz forgot a lot of things for our order.1. My simple cheese burger with lettuce tomato and ketchup didnt have ketchup.2. My husbands croissant sandwich. They used the tiniest croissant for it and forgot tomatoes on it.3. The grilled cheese just tasted horrible. The bread didnt even taste right, like they didnt butter it... like burnt bread on the outside soggy on the inside.4. The mozzarella sticks I got just fell apart in my fingers, just crumbs and melted cheese. The only thing that was right was our fries and drinks. Very disappointed

They always mess up my food order! Today I ordered and paid online for drive through and got there to pick it up there were just cones blocking the drive through. No signs or explanation. Went inside, had to wait behind other customers, and when I got home my order was (of course) wrong. I called the store and explained my frustration, and they said next time I come in they could refund it. I dont want to come back! Had to call their corporate office and ask for a refund. I wont be back. Get Go is closer to me anyway.

Very nice. If you go to the get go part they have a nice coffee bar with lots of selections of different coffees and creamers and even whipped cream.

When they first opened it was nice and clean. Now it’s dirtier every time I go in.

Everything was great However being at the intersection of 2 main roads it is hard to get in-and-out but once youre in everything is good very clean friendly staff Tesla charging station free vacuums in case you want to vacuum your car over all a great experience

Great place to go when you are traveling but this place got a makeover and got smaller and one person rang people out, not enough workers there to keep up with a busy place like this and waited for 15 minutes to be check out.

It’s too bad I can’t give it a ZERO STARS rating. This is a horrible sheetz! I just ordered food though the drive thru, and I end up waiting over 15 minutes to get the wrong order. I didn’t even get A receipt. I call the store when I get home and the employee I talk to says”I have no idea what’s going on”. They didn’t even offer me a refund over the phone. I will never go back. Go at your own risk!!!

I came here and got a grilled cheese. I know that it is a general rule to not take the advice of a grown man that eats grilled cheese sandwiches from gas stations, but I emplore you to believe me when I say this place is amazing or as they say in France, Le Good!

Worst Sheetz ever! What is the point of the drive thru when you get served faster when you walk in? I can unbuckle a screaming child, carry him inside. Let him run 6 laps around the store. Get my items. Wait in line with 4 other people in front of me. Pump my gas. And STILL leave faster then it would take for a person to buy a water at the drive thru. I know this because I saw all this happen while I sat at the drive thru waiting. 7 people came and went before they even sent someone to the window.

I used to work at this sheetz and they are terribly under staffed due to one particular manager but my problem is everytime i order online and brianna is working my food is shorted. i know how much comes in an order so when i get 5 mozz stick instead of 6 and 5 cinnamons poppers instead of 7 i have an issue. their food is far from cheap so i don’t appreciate being shorted.

Cashier was friendly, but i order 25 dollars worth of food, my boneless chicken and fries were still cold and kind that hard frozen, it was 2 am so i wasnt going back

Sheetz is your one stop shop if youre on the go, MTO food and gasoline plus a well stocked convenience store. I love their fresh giant choc. chip cookies. This location also has beer and lottery. They have a drive-thru for those of you that just dont want to go inside, a car wash, and take both Apple and Samsung Pay. Overall I will have to say Sheetz is my favorite place to fill up. Did I mention the MTO food is pretty darn good well, its not a steakhouse mind you, but its tasty and fast. The location is in a safe neighborhood and the locals are friendly. Stopped to get fuel, gas pump would not work with Discover credit card, tried it twice. Went to Shell gas station in Mantua right after this and my card worked okay in their pump.

Really friendly place to shop for food or gas and very helpful people plus the gas was super cheap and its very visible from the street so all and all nice friendly cheap place to visit shop or get directions.

This is one of the few places left that you can use their air pump for free!
