Omg I just want to get gas not give a life history at the pump. Please simplify

Not only is the staff at this store VERY nice and friendly, they also are a pilot store so theyre testing these very cool cooler doors for all of their drinks.At first glance it feels chaotic and confusing... BUT once you walk past a few consecutive doors they all change from product ads for whats behind those doors into a digital display of what is ACTUALLY available in that particular cooler.I asked a staff member about them and they explained that when a row of particular product (lets say Monster Energy Drinks) is empty, a sensor in the front of the row realizes that there isnt a product there and that row then changes to appearing empty (faded out picture of the product) on the digital display door. For a tech geek like me thats a really cool innovation. And according to the staff, despite taking up energy to run the display doors, it actually prevents people from opening them unnecessarily to then discover the product they want is out of stock so it keeps the cooler temps down and saves electricity in the long run.Very cool idea by Get Go here folks. Come check it out for yourself. 🤙🏻

If you don’t have change for some paying cash why make them round up almost another dollar and the thing that really got me was after I decided to pay with a card my total dropped one dollar that is total B.S that they do that to people that like cash or young kids that can’t get a card they lost my business at getgo and giant eagle screw that place

Night lady cashiers absolutely rude for no reason.

Posted on the door open 24 hours but they were closed at 10 a few days ago...needed gas so i went there then had to turn around a find a different gas station that was open....

Its like every other day the kitchens closed Half the time they dont have the stuff they offer on the menu I wish people would just care more about their jobs

All the employees are always friendly and have a smile on their face. It is a relaxed setting with a nice cafe area. The parking lot is well lit at night and easy to find a place to park and sit down to drink some coffee. I would recommend Getgo to anyone. They also carry 100 different types of beer for anyone with a taste for an IPA. Absolutely fantastic service with a smile!

We ordered an Italian sub, which had very little meat, but a ton of lettus and a Spinach Salad which had no Spinach and the mixed green were old, brown & wilted! Not a great experience.

Ive been here Ill say over 100 times since it opened. Ive had nothing wrong. Ive ordered food almost every time. The food is way better than fast food places and the other gas stations serving food. Ill keep going.

If you have a diesel vehicle, and youre not using Fuel Perks, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. If you want to know why, read on.Wish I couldve given 5 stars. The Store is clean and arranged so its easy to get what you want and get out. There is a huge assortment of coffees and creamers available. The staff are always, without fail, very friendly.The reason I gave three stars is that I have a diesel truck and three out of the four diesel pumps were out of order (typically only two are out of order at a time...). Luckily there wasnt a line of trucks waiting for fuel and I only had to wait for the driver currently using the pump. When I did get to the pump it pumped the diesel VERY VERY slowly. I estimate I took seven to ten minutes to pump 30 gallons. By the time I was done there were three diesel trucks waiting.And, to make matters more inconvenient, customers can get gasoline at the diesel pumps. Often some person getting gasoline at the diesel pumps with several gasoline only pumps available. Frustrating...The only thing that brings me back to this station is the Fuel Perks that I accrue shopping at the Giant Eagle grocery store.

Do not get gas from here. They automatically hold $80 from your account even after you have paid for your fuel. And they will not take off hold for over a week.

First time here. The cashier Lauren was in such a horrible mood that I didn’t even want to finish my transaction. If you don’t like your job, find another. No reason to ruin other people’s day.

My girl buys a sub with toppings, we drive 20+ mins home and find out we got a sub bun with turkey and nothing else. We decide to call the store to address the message up and are met with rudeness and told we are liers. We wont be coming back to this location as no customer deserves to be treated that poorly.

We used to get food and milk shakes all the time but the past few months everything we order is wrong almost and getting food thats not finished was the laugh a hot dog.with no buns but had everything else on it..
