Been going there for years fantastic price on a 5-gallon jug of water which is a dollar fifty its always very good water they use the best reverse osmosis system and they clean it out every month if you go to say Giant Eagle on users I dont know whens the last time they claim theres out I like clear water and we even when I moved the Kent I will still go to Clearwater in Ravenna and get my 5-gallon jugs of water

We usually go when theyre open. The staff is awesome. They even help you get your filled water jugs out to your vehicle. This time they were closed. So, we used the outside machine to fill our jugs. Its well designed and well lit.

The building is small and only 2 people can be in the facility at a time. And the associate kept taking off his mask and touching his face. The parking lot needs to be replaced and taken care of better but a great place to fill up jugs of water.

I like the manager at this location. He and his son are very nice. The guys that cover for the main guy are also very nice people. Only downside is the new software system slows the order, bottle trade in system slower than what it used to be.

The gentlemen that worked Jan 13th were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to explain everything to me and helped me to my car. I will be purchasing my water system from them thanks to their great kindness.

The employee running this shop is awesome. He is over worked cause he is the only employee. Even when he is swamped he is in a good mood and helpful. MANAGEMENT needs to get off their wallet and employ a second hand to do the heavy lifting asap.

Got a 5 gal. Got sick. Went to 1 gal grocery store. Next month got another two 5 gal opened one got sick. Got better opened second 5 gal. Got sick. After three Im done give your zombie virus to someone else I like cow meat; cooked.

Great place for water conditioner salt

Although the repair rep (Larry) that had been dispatched to my home in the past was both professional as well as personable, thats the last positive thing I might say about this company. Bruce in the parts department gave me the distinct impression that he cared little whether my questions were answered, and was all too happy to give me a fervent take it or leave it attitude from the beginning of the phone call, throughout. Seriously, Bruce...please tell me why Clearwater is the only company I called who found it difficult to be of ANY help to me unless I could recite the 7 digit model number of my softener unit? I ONLY WANTED TO BUY A NEW FLOAT TUBE for the brine tank, for Petes sake! Two more phone calls to your competitors, and I discover that your (eventual) price for that part is 250% higher...with no justification. Take it or leave it? Ill leave it, Bruce...AND Clearwater. Im betting you wont lose any sleep, but Id also bet Im not the last CUSTOMER youll lose.
