I had a charcoal filter for the whole house water installed as well as a reverse osmosis system installed at my kitchen sink. The installers did a great job, I had no issues with their work, and they left no mess when they were done! They answered all my questions, and all the Culligan employees I have dealt with have been responsive to my concerns and knowledgable about the products.

I referred family members to this business since we started and it is dependable service; great customer service; and good communication if you have a question.

Had the reverse osmosis installed on august 20th.they installed a 3 gallon tank that never filled up full.I had to upgrade to a 9 gallon $170 tank that still doesnt fill up. Never got any receipts e mailed to me or no credit for the tank they took that i paid for.they came twice to fix the problem to no resolve.just wouldnt recommend

Culligan of Ravenna has the best service I have ever received from a supplier. Our salt is delivered on time, every time! The water softener unit that we are renting is superb. We have NEVER had any trouble with the unit. The staff are friendly and professional at the same time; cant ask for anything better than that!

I recently looked into Culligan after they were recommended from the commercial side for my home and a previous water company failed to deliver. They were prompt and provided the best experience Ive ever had with a vendor. Wade was experienced, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had asked. They didnt try to over sell me, installed what I required for safe water, and spent the extra time answering each question while installing equipment.Thank you for keeping your promise and being reliable. Those qualities still go a long way!

I have had Culligan for five months now. My water is very hard, it has large amounts of calcium and lye. We were having itchy skin and white spots on dishes. The installation went great and within a few days I could tell the difference with my skin, hair and the dishes. Culligan has delivered salt twice now, and the gentleman brings the salt in and fills up the container and takes the empty bags with him. We get three bags about every three months and if there is not enough room in the container the extra are left and my husband adds a bag when its needed. I can pay my bill online and they let you know when salt will be delivered.If you need soft water I would highly recommend Culligan.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I was a customer for 3 years and just switched vendors.Before you decide to engage with them make sure you shop around. Their prices are higher than almost any other service provider in the area. If your going to do a water softener rental - definitely DO NOT go through them. The pricing structure is borderline predatory.When I asked about my buyout I got several different versions of the actual cost that were not consistent with the contract (questionable integrity of sales teams). All of which were insanely expensive. They basically want to rent equipment and recover their costs in 3 years, but not pass the payments forward when you do a buyout. Somehow theyve been able to get away with that for a while and have a litany of excuses to support that model. At the end of the day, its definitely a structure that stretches the line of fair and honest pricing.They also mark up equipment well beyond reasonable margins and present solutions to their customers that make them the most money, but are not necessarily the best option. How do I know this? I had 4 other vendors come in and evaluate my setup, all of them told me the same thing about what was recommended to me from Culligan.Im all for companies making money, but price gouging is not part of that equation and they are definitely walking a fine line here. Eventually the model will shift and more options/vendors will become available. When that happens Culligan will have to start offering fair prices and stop taking advantage of their customers. In the meantime, shop around with other vendors, my experience tells me you will find far better service and pricing with other local vendors.

From sales with Wade to installation with Ray, they were awesome, friendly and professional. Felt very comfortable with them in my home. Very clean work and left no mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their service! We love the water softener!

A great place to buy a softener and reverse osmosis filter unit

Culligan of Ravenna installed a water softener and carbon filter 2 years ago and everything has been running well. They have great customer service and are always willing to stop by if I have any questions or concerns, without me having to sacrifice time away from work. Give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Horrible customer service, ive had interrupted service for months and ive called both local and corporate phone numbers and it rings then goes to voice mail. Avoid them, over priced and not convenient.

Buyer beware, poor installation resulted in water leaking through my floors into my basement. The install team also scratched my hardwood floors removing the old equipment. After 4 months of calls and voicemails they still have yet to repair the damage.

The manager does not answer or return calls, I have never yelled or argued with these folks, I only want the damage taken care of. Their manager told me that because my floors had other scratches on them he shouldnt have to pay for the repair. If someone scratched your car door should they pay for the damage if there are other scratches on your car? Of course! After 4 months of calls and voicemails they still have yet to repair the damage.

If you need a cooler rental, call someone else. They used to be good, but this year they quit bringing me water jugs. The customer service from the office is awful.

Poor Customer Service. Constantly having to call and ask where my monthly delivery of water is at. THEY MISS SENDING US A BILL THOUGH! Usually the women who answer the phones are rude, and never seem to be able to offer explanation for the ongoing issues.

Total lame place to try to get salt delivered. Complete break down in understanding. Even though they do it daily they never seemed to get the delivery thing right.
