He was meticulous in his handling of the inventory and educated me on the particulars of what to expect with inter-state moves. Northwestern Warehouse/Allied Van Lines (Mike Sherry & his crew) were very professional. They worked with me on getting the move scheduled & re-scheduled. Our move occurred early on during the pandemic & we had to delay several times due to delays on closing on our new house. He even had a plan in case something delayed the closing on our house after the truck was on the way. Mike was very flexible & accommodating. He & his crew were fantastic. I recommend them.

I worked with North Western Movers - Allied Van Lines a couple months ago. Here is why I worked with them – and why others should do the same.They primarily move people out of SD, but they also work with people from other states to SD – like me. They can work with their nationwide network.During my 34-year military service – and after – I found that there are scams in this industry so I knew the NWM were professionals:NWM did this for me:- easy to connect on phone and email- told me how to cut down my costs – and they kept me in the loop – in the end I got the lowest possible price- their team has connections around the US (they moved me from Spokane to Rapid City)- they work with military and veterans (RC is friendly)- the pick-up and drop-off team were helpful- nothing was broken at my new hometown- they were honest and thorough in their explanations of the possible pitfalls people moving needed to be aware of before they signed a contract (e.g., how moves can be delayed).- they came back the next week to take paper and boxes at no cost (all I had to do was break down the boxes and put the wrapping paper in a couple boxes).Thanks Mike and your team in Rapid City!

It has been a 6 weeks since our stuff was picked up from Rapid City SD moving to Surprise AZ! I have complained numerous times as to when we will get our stuff. They keep saying due to COVID no drivers want to pick up our stuff and that isnt their fault! I even talked to the owner and he said we should get our stuff shortly but cant give me a date. If I would have known it was going to take this long I would went a different moving company or moved ourselves. It has been a hardship for us and we had to buy things to get us by. I wish Mike Sherry would have been upfront with us and to how long it would take. I asked him what is longest time a person has waited to receive their items he said a month but it is very rare. When I called to complain about the wait time Mike said he was embarrassed at how long it was taking. This was the 1st time I called when it was 3 weeks in delay. There has been no communication since the 1 month mark. They didnt even call to tell us when our stuff supposedly left Rapid City on July 6th! I had to find out by calling the Coorporate Office.

North Western Warehouse helped Rapid Chevrolet move from our old location on Deadwood Avenue, Rapid City, SD to our new location on East Mall Drive, Rapid City, SD. The move was a very large endeavor. Mike Sherry and his crew were wonderful to work with on this project. The move took place over several weeks and through the whole process we were kept informed of their progress and all issues that arose during the move. They are an awesome company and would highly recommend using them.

Jarred was awesome I had a difficult move and the that was scheduled was in an accident we contacted Jarred around 1pm and he was busy but said he would work after hours to make our move happen so he showed up at 530pm and we where loaded by 8pm. This was huge we where moving medical equipment out of a facility and was on a strict schedule and Jarred came to the rescue. Thanks again Jarred.

I contacted North Western Movers to help transport some large scientific equipment from SD School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, SD to the Sanford Underground Research Facility in Lead, SD. We reached out to them last minute, after another (local and recommended) moving company backed out on us. North Western Movers were able to accommodate us without a problem (and a week before the rally no less). I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future; reasonable rates and fast and friendly service.

North Western Warehouse / Allied Van Lines moved us from Rapid City to North Carolina. Everyone at North Western was extremely helpful and understanding when we had to make last minute adjustments to our loading date. The driver and his crew carefully loaded our self packed belongings which arrived in good condition. From estimate to delivery the professionals at North Western made our move go smoothly.

My driver was a 5, the salesperson gets 3, after he had what he needed from me, I no longer heard from him, sent emails and no response. I have yet to receive my firearms and had to call to inquired on those and will now wait another week.Better communication would have been much appreciated. Also the hired help in San Antonio was a joke, the lady was complaining about the weather, she was hot, she kept telling me that I had too much stuff, the make helper put my furniture together backwards. She put boxes in all the wrong rooms, should have been a quick unload and I was helping.

The move went very smoothly in spite of very cold temperatures and a bit of snow! Hard working, honest and competent crew all around! Highly recommend them!

We needed a piece of heavy workout equipment moved. After A LOT of discussion and analysis the 4 guys could not get the equipment down the stairs. After they left, myself (130 lb female) and 2 guys, moved it down the stairs and got it in place. We did nothing with the weights on the equipment, they were left in place as they could not be removed. We angled it with the stairs instead of their way, against the stairs. Yes we learned from what they failed at but it cost us $360 for them to do a lot of talking and a little moving.

The Most Wonderful Company ever....They were there for me when I had to make an Emergency move out of my rental and went above and beyond helping me...They care about people.....what seemed like a hopeless situation for me turned out to be an awesome Experience Thank You all who helped me from the Owners managers and Movers...God Bless You and Thank You So much...
