Ive been wearing hearing aids for over 35 years, I have a LOT of experience with buying hearing aids. I have tried a bunch of different brands over the years and I know what works for me and what doesnt.Being a resident in Rapid City for only a few years, I had a hard time finding hearing aids that were a good fit for me. Most hearing aid places in town are set up to assist senior citizens with hearing aids. Nothing wrong with that but I am a technology professional and I need the higher end hearing aid equipment in order to perform my job efficiently. Small size hearing aids with a lot of power that doesnt break the bank.I was pleasantly surprised when I met with Dan and saw what Miracle Ear has to offer. He was able to match me a with hearing aids that were an excellent fit. Love the new hearing aids I have now, Miracle ear has exceeded my needs and didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. And they offer payment plans.They are a one stop shop here in town and are able to take care of all your needs. The standard warranty that comes with the hearing aids is excellent too. Since Miracle Ear is a national company, if I have any problems with my hearing aids during my travels across the county I can just stop in to any Miracle Ear and they can help. All covered by the warranty. That is a nice bonus.I would highly recommend this place if you are a first time buyer or have been wearing hearing aids for years like myself.

My husband has tried repeatedly to call and go to this location because one of his hearing aids stopped working. He has left several messages to Scott with no call back, doors locked up all times of the day. With this being the only location in this area this type of business ethic really sucks.

Had an appointment once and couldnt make it. Called asked if i could just walk in. The gentleman told me that he is there from 9-5 Monday through Friday and just walk I when I have time. When back and the door was locked no light on at 10:30.
